Man, it is hard to trust anybody

Very professional and responsive company. Came over and had our toilet fixed in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend this company to anyone with piping or disposal issues!

DO NOT USE CERTIFIED PLUMBING. I had to have their shoddy work redone by a competent plumber. They demanded full payment despite not delivering working plumbing. Then, while negotiating, they threatened a lien. Use anyone else. Seriously.

We had a major rebuild at our home which required almost all plumbing fixtures to be replaced We also had the house replumbed at the same time. Their plumbers didn't know what they were doing. Our GC had to go guide them the whole way. We tried to get the owner Buddy to meet with our GC but he failed to call or show up. We had no choice but to get another company to finish the work correctly. We also found out that when they did the repiping in the attic that the new pipe was laid on top of the ducts and the ducts were stepped on and completely destroyed. We had to get our AC company to repair the work. We contacted the owner about paying the bill and he refused. We do not recommend this company

I hired Daly to fix a leaky sink. While he was here, my wife mentioned that the temperature valve in our shower wasn’t working well, and could he look at that while he was here. Daly took apart her faucet, fiddled with the shower and said he’d be back in the morning to replace the faucet. His fiddling with the shower made it unusable and I texted him that I also wanted the shower valve replaced. At that time he refused to fix the sink until he could fix the shower, which would be days/weeks later. He then mentioned that he had just gotten a bigger job, and he refused to fix my wife’s sink. I told him that I was prepared to pay whatever he charged, because I really needed it fixed because my wife is disabled and it is too hard for her to go across the house every time she needed to wash her hands. He never came, and he left us with a non functioning bathroom sink, and a shower which sends out either full hot or full cold.

In addition, he is a very heavy smoker, and he reeks of tobacco. After he has been in a room for 10-15 minutes, the tobacco smell persists for hours.

SO FAR - customer service was great. I called and asked for pricing info to service my tankless heater...the very kind lady who answered the phone did not know but took my info and will get some info by the end of the day. They likely won't be able to schedule my non-emergency visit for a couple weeks, so I'll update the review after that happens...

They failed to find the leak even though they admitted that there was one. They attempted to get another plumber to come and help them but neither business ever contacted me or came out again. I waited a week and called several times, only to be ignored. I am now having to find someone else to do this work.
