Shawn responded promptly, was super friendly, took care of our issues that were above my diy pay grade, and charged a very reasonable rate. They’ll be my go to contact for all future plumbing issues!

Very happy with the service that Shawn provided. I was thankful that he tried to walk me through what is usually a simple shower cartridge install over the phone. When I couldn't do it myself, he came in and got the job done! Even with running into a little problem, he pushed through the complications and figured out the issue in a timely manner. I found Shawn to be very friendly, honest, and hard-working. I will call him for any plumbing needs in the future!

Super thrilled with my service. Called one of the big name plumbers and got charged $260 to tell me nothing. Not with J D Vaughn & Sons. Showed up on time. Knocked out my water heater in a few hours, and it didn't hurt my wallet in the process. Will use again!

Water supply pvc pipe to toilet broke just inside wall flooding bathroom. Water cut-off to house also had a slight leak. Sean arrived within 30 minutes and completed repair. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I'd hire J D Vaughn & Sons again.

Just installed new laminate flooring & had a kitchen sink plumbing leak. Sean fit me into his schedule on very short notice. He was polite, explained problem & fixed the leak. He even spoke to my HOA & described what he found in addition to the repair he came for. Did not waste time. Professional. Will Definitely recommend him!!!

My second experience was some updates to my plumbing and I was told they would come out on Wednesday never showed. I called a week later for s third time about a leak got told they were able to come out for 3 days I said no thanks . Called someone else. First experience was good second was not. Updated review. Tried to delete my review to be neutral but not able to so gave 3 stars .

Shawn does great work and is always honest and trustworthy. He's worked on the condo I used to live in and now the house we bought. I always know the place is in good hands with him working on it.

Called them and came out in 1 hour and unblocked toilet. Charged $99 which is price given on phone when making appointment. Was respectful. Would recommend.
