Used this company one other time in the past. In the past they were great. Fast responses and got to my house in a timely manner and fixed my issues fast. However, it seems this company has gone downhill since. I originally reached out on Tuesday morning to have a shower valve installed in my home. I was told to send over pictures and that after talking to the team, they would let me know if the project could be accomplished. I was told Wednesday morning that it was definitely doable and that I would receive a quote “very soon”. Then I was was told the quote would be later that day or early the next day (Thursday). Well now coming up on Friday afternoon, no quote still. I don’t see how it can take 4 days to come up with a quote for a simple job. I connected two other companies and they were able to give me a quote within a hour of seeing the photos of what I needed done. I suggest using another company if you would like things done fast.

Incredible work by an even more incredible team. Joe and Donnie were very informative when they came out to evaluate the issues. When they returned to complete the repairs they were efficient and did a GREAT job! 10 out of 10 recommend this company.

Called for a drainage problem and they had 2 plumbers at my house the same afternoon. The guys were nice and got right to work. They got us back and flowing free in under an hour. I used them before and had a good experience then as well. This is a business that cares and I will continue to call them for our family's plumbing needs.

Truck number 08 needs to have his driver's license pulled. Driving 90 mph on I95 pushing us out of the way. Especially with the business name on the side. Then was playing kat and mouse when he noticed I was calling on him. No response from office. You guys need to watch this guy he is going to cause a bad accident and maybe hurt someone. U have been notified of his driving it is up to you.

It would be under my husband name of James Maguire, dates of service was 8/22 and 8/25 for the same problem of water backing in the master bathroom in the tub and toilet. Told us the problem was solved, two weeks later same backup. Don't waste your money on this company, we had a calcium stone that was blocking the drain after we call a another company.

I have used Hall and Sons Plumbing several times now.1. They answer when you call ( you would be surprised how many times you get a voicemail with no response from other places)2. Service is scheduled quickly and when they say there going to be there between 8-830. They will be there between 8-830. No huge 1/2 day wait windows then get a no show.3. The guys that respond have always been courteous, work fast, and give you real answers. They don’t try to up sell you.So in my mind there is no better option. Som of these other company’s have gotten to big for there pants especially with all the new construction and for got about just everyday people. The owner is prior service and it shows with the attention to details that go into his company.It has been a real pleasure doing business with Hall and Sons and will use them in the future for all my plumbing needs.So if you ask me if I recommend themYes 100%

I cannot say enough good things about Hall and Sons!!! At first when I told them what was wrong, I was really worried that they weren't going to be able to fix the problem. They were so honest and they told me up front that it could turn into a really extensive demo job that would involve a good amount of time and money. However, they recognize my financial situation and assured me they would do everything they could to fix it. I was completely astonished at the outcome; they did such a beautiful job repairing my shower faucet! I couldn't believe they were able to do it... It was a rusted mess! They did the job quickly and efficiently with a smile. Gary was so fun to talk to and you can tell that him and his staff are truly family and they love what they do. I'm thankful to know that I've found my forever plumbers!!!

I was referred to Hall & Sons Plumbing from a local Facebook group and it was a great recommendation. I called first thing Wednesday morning for a leak under my sink. Mr. Hall answered and told me he would be able to get someone out the same day but needed a little while to get a specific time. Once a time was figured out, I was sent a text notification that gave me the estimated arrival window and who I could expect to show up (name and picture). The crew (Jeremy and an assistant) showed up on time, were very polite and professional, and worked quietly (important with two napping kids!!). They ended up needing to come back on Thursday to make a tweak but that too was simple and professional - with the same text updates and an email detailing the job/services provided. The price was fair, the work was good, and I would highly recommend using this company. Great experience.

Hands down a stress free plumbing experience. Gary is great guy that is highly knowledgeable and qualified to take on any task you present him. I would recommend his service to anyone 110%.

I had particles in my hot water line. I talked to a few plumbers and other peoples with backgrounds in plumbing. And they thought it might be a break in the waterline in my slab. I talked to Gary Hall, explain to him what was going on, he asked me a question: by chance do you have a tankless hot water heater. The answer was yes. My water is so hard that the minerals were being cooked by my tankless hot water heater and creating particles. They came in and cleaned out the tankless hot water heater, and installed a water conditioner. The water conditioner should remove all the minerals, plus the water taste better. They did a great job, prices were very reasonable, and the people explained everything that they were doing for me.They just came back for a follow up, checked up on me, and they refused to take any money from me. What a fantastic outfit.
