I saw some of the workers at a neighbor's house and stopped to inquire information. After calling the number on the van to set up an appointment, the guy that answered was very rude. I told him I needed to make an appointment and he was rushing me, asking if I was a property manager. I told him no, he said well we are too busy and don't have time. So, I asked, are y'all not making service calls to residential properties? He said no, we don't have time ok!!! I politely hung up. Then after, I had two missed calls from the same number. It only takes one time to be rude and I will take my hard earned money elsewhere. Y'all need to do a better job with your customer service.
