Recently moved to Jacksonville and the house I moved into needed some repairs. One of which was a leaky shower valve. My property management company has great reviews and it's obvious why they chose this company to do work for them. Noah, the lead plumber, was fast, profesional, and super clean. He cut an access hole on a wall opposite of the shower valve with marksmanship accuarcy. His assistant Vlad was almost 2 steps ahead at every phase of the process which helped cut my down time tremendously. I was without water for less than 30 mins and when done they worked together to leave everything as clean and tidy as they found it. Im willing to bet if this is not the best team they have on their payroll its one of the best. If I am in need of any other repairs I will make sure to ask for these two by name. Just moved in to Jacksonville, had a slab leak on my house, Elvis and his team were very fast responding and helped me out very quickly, highly recommend these guys!!

I saw some of the workers at a neighbor's house and stopped to inquire information. After calling the number on the van to set up an appointment, the guy that answered was very rude. I told him I needed to make an appointment and he was rushing me, asking if I was a property manager. I told him no, he said well we are too busy and don't have time. So, I asked, are y'all not making service calls to residential properties? He said no, we don't have time ok!!! I politely hung up. Then after, I had two missed calls from the same number. It only takes one time to be rude and I will take my hard earned money elsewhere. Y'all need to do a better job with your customer service.

This company has an extreme lack of communication; it took 3 days to repair a faucet. Repair personnel came out on a Monday, stated they didn’t have the parts and they’d be back either that day or the next. Wednesday rolls around so I reach out to see what the hold up is. Apparently they had forgot about me, and was now trying to reschedule me for a future date. I kept trying to explain that I’ve already taken 3 days off work to be home when the fix was promised to be done within two days, an employee over the phone stated, “come get this phone before I cuss this b!t*h out”. Do not recommend at all!!!!!

On 11/26/2021 at 1420, the driver of van #10 got out of his van when behind me at a red light, screamed at me through my window, got aggressive after I rolled my window back up, then attempted to open my driver side door after I refused to open the window again. I hope the manager will contact me about this and separate this driver’s employment, as I would not trust a company continues to have violent employees on their payroll.

Had a pipe break in our wall at 8:30 PM and these guys were here and had the job done in about an hour. Very knowledgeable, super nice, and very professional. I would recommend this company.

I worked for this company they are no good!!!!! Very scam artist style do nothing to code don’t even understand plumbing code… only work for slum lords because they are slum lords and there car lot is a lemon lot nothing but lemons!!!! Just based off off personal experience both worked and Plummed for them

They came and replaced the water heater in my house, very professional and they know what they’re doing.

Horrible!! I was very ill hospitalized for 5 days, finally home. We made an appointment for them to fix something. Out of the blue I had to go back to Mayo. Since we didn’t cancel they are charging us $75.00!! Shame!!! For this company! He (owner) could care less over the situation all he cared about was $75.00!! This company (owner) had no sympathy. I did talk to an employee and he was very considerate and understanding to reschedule and absolutely understood. But not according to the owner he didn’t care. He wants $75.00. Scrooge

As a plumber in Jacksonville , after seeing this horrible quality of work , if you guys use them , run. If your property management company calls then , and they come out , run. These guys have messed up every drain they touched in a condo they service . How they are still in business is beyond me .

Elvis is amazing! Of all the plumbers I have worked with in Jax, these guys are the best. Super responsive, and better pricing then the guys with all the fancy commercials.

This company should not be in business! They've made holes in my home that were unnecessary and then screwed the piece of dry wall they cut out into the pipes in my wall?!?!!! They never told anyone in my leasing office that they made this particular hole. I discovered the hole when for the 2nd time I came home to my bathroom trashed after their plumbers left. And they covered up the hole with my painting! Never use this company! They have no clue what they're doing and they definitely don't care about anyone's home!

Steve and his partner (didnt catch his name) were incredible! I was busy taking care of my baby and toddler and Steve was on his hands and knees cleaning up my bathroom, took out my garbage and asked me if there is anything more he can do to help me get my bathroom back in order! He was so considerate! Very very appreciative to him!

Working for a top property management company we need a company that is fast and sufficient. FL Empire is that company there professional staff make sure they get the job done while making sure they satisfy our tenants and our owners. We appreciate Elvis and the entire Fl Empire staff.

This company was great they came the day before and accessed what all needed to be done, they gave a time of when they would be here and arrived on time. They communicated with us on everything and were done in no time, I foresure would use them again, great people with extraordinary service!!!!

Ryan and Caleb are the FASTEST installation crew I have ever dealt with; they installed new toilet in less than 30 minutes.... no mess...no fuss!!!!

I called this company looking for a small business to see if they could come to my cafe and replace a busted pipe under our hand washing sink. I have never used them before. What i got was Rude Rude Rude! He told me he did not have time for this, i cant help you and hung up.

They don't have a set hourly rate and can't accurately explain what they did accurately. They just show up and give you a bill of whatever they think is fair
