DJ, our technician, was knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He listened to all my concerns, explained things, and clearly showed he was an expert. Well let's just say that plumbing problems are NO FUN and when you need someone FAST you never know what you will get. I had what to me what was a major issue when my drains stopped up. I needed it fixed fast since a had family coming over and I called Mr. Rooter. The lady on the phone was very polite and got a plumber on his way within an hour. When the guy showed up he was very professional. He first figured out the problem and told me recommendations for getting it fixed. After explaining everything in great detail and going over what it would involve he got started right away. He was very protect full of my house and kept his work area very clean. After fixing the problem he cleaned up like he was never there. Problem solved and I am very HAPPY. The price was very fair and the service was EXCELLENT. I will highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who has a Plumbing problem.

Sub contractor conducted work, not All Star plumbing. Overcharged for minimal effort. Discussed the price and level of effort with Sub contractor, and he suggested I get another quote from someone else if I didn’t like his price. Because this work request was for a rental property and I have an obligation to repair quickly, I was taken advantage of. Obnoxiously overvalued egotistical plumber. I recommend calling a different company that doesn’t farm their work out to subs that are eager to take advantage of people.

Mike did a great job of repairing my shower fixtures and installing new kitchen faucet. Pleased with the service provided by Collins Pacific Plumbing.

Calvin was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He investigated and found the problem, and explained what needed to be done including the cost of repair vs replacement. He also checked the piping under the kitchen and bathroom sinks for leaks and proper installation, as well as the water pressure. I would call on him again if needed.

Jason came for the initial review of plumbing need. He explained what is needed with improvements. The estimate was reasonable and an appt was then set. Will call again if needed

Doug Higby did an awesome job. Difficult fix due to contractor plumbing irregularities. Doug worked very hard to overcome the difficulties. He did a great job and explained what was misplumbed previously. Doug, (#388), showed me all the problems and overcame them. Ryan came out to inspect the sewer line and give us a quote for plumbing repairs on a house my husband and I are in the process of purchasing.
