A Christmas Miracle. My unit's single toilet was not filling up with water, but the sink and shower all worked fine. I texted John and he replied within 2 minutes, was on site in 5 minutes and fixed the issue in 10 minutes on Christmas Day! I would give John six stars but Google only allows up to 5, he's the best and I recommend him to others on Social Media all the time!

Ryan Black was one of the best technicians I have ever met. He was humble, patient, and very professional in installing a new water heater. His service was impeccable and clean. No damage was done to our house, although the location of the water heater was tough. This calm and patient man went over all the steps several times with great care and strange obsession to make sure everything was set up and running correctly. On September 2020, Tom came out to a property we had in escrow out in Lakeside. Tom showed up on time, was friendly, professional, and got down to business. Tom helped us with scoping the sewer main lines and provided an additional whole house plumbing inspection at no cost. He just charged us for the scope, which was a reasonable rate. Tom appeared to be very knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips. I strongly recommend Tom. I feel he is trustworthy, affordable, and knowledgeable.

My name is Heidi and I live in a house in La Mesa built in the 50's.The kitchen faucet was an old Dish Master which over time had rusted and pulled away from the backsplash. It had started to drip water and leak. Well, last Sunday, the rainiest record breaking day in May, didn't my faucet decide to give its last hurrah and start to spout water. Did I know where the water main was to shut off the water. . . of course not!So I spent a good deal of time out in the torrential rain searching until I finally found the main. So no water throughout the house, swell.Called Tarpy on Monday and explained my problem. Dane was there that afternoon and we looked at our options. He crimped my lines in the kitchen so that I could still have water access to the rest of the house. Dane arrived on Tuesday and skillfully installed a replacement faucet and a water filter for my fridge in less than 4 hours. And he picked up all the parts for me at cost. I knew a trip to Home Depot would pose hours of questions of uncertainty as to what to purchase. They made this so painless for me. . .I had really been stressed out. Dane is a true professional. . .I would definitely use Tarpy again.
