We've had ProMax do quite a few jobs for us over the last few years at both our home and rentals ranging from our tankless water heater repairs to shower line installations and faucet repairs. As a matter of fact, this review is long overdue.Daniel at ProMax was very professional, fast and efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, reasonably-priced, and friendly too. He's got a solid work ethic which has been, for me, a rare find in the construction industry. We trust Daniel and ProMax completely with all of our plumbing needs. He and ProMax are a pleasure to do business with. ProMax is our go-to plumbing company.

Pablo came out today and fixed up a water valve behind the fridge. I live in a high-rise in down town and he was able to work with the on-site tech and finish the job in 30 minutes. He was well prepared for the job and we had no leaks during the process. He also tested it before you left to make sure there were no leaks. Thank you Fox!

Vic provided a timely and reasonable estimate immediately upon request. I delayed in scheduling the work to be done but he was understanding and honored the original estimate. He had an unexpected issue on another job the morning of our appointment but communicated well and sent Art to do the work later in the day. Art did a great job and was quick too. Vic sent the invoice and payment process was easy. Great experience and I’ll definitely contact them again for future plumbing issues.

Danial was fantastic, did an inspection to check why I’ve been smelling mildew smell from my pumps. He did a thorough check, cleaned hair out of my pipes and even scoped out the vents from the roof with a camera. All for the cost of the diagnostic. He didn’t find anything to fix beyond that (thank goodness), but I feel like it was well worth the value of the diagnostic visit…which was the most competitive rate I got for a plumber visit. Will be using this company again.

I experienced a problem with my water heater. I called Ideal and Joel was heat in 1 hour. Joel immediately diagnosed the problem and set about to resolve it.Joel made correct recommendations and arranged to return the next day within a 2 hour window with the necessary parts for my aging water heater.I received a call from Ideal 30 min prior to start of window and Joel was at my door at the start of the window.Joel was extremely kind- courteous and helpful to a person with minimal mechanical abilities.I would highly recommend Ideal Plumbing for all of your needs and I would definitely ask for Joel specifically.Dave. My sinks were draining slow after numerous attempts to clean them myself. I called Get Rooter and they were able to come out very quickly and fix the problem at a reasonable price. Manny (not sure how to spell it) was very professional and patient. I will be using this company in the future for any plumbing needs.

Our water heater failed unexpectedly. They showed up within an hour and had it replaced a few hours later. They were professional and did quality work. We are happy and would definitely call them again (hopefully not too soon)!
