Best Plumbers in Arizona

So refreshing to have an honest plumber! Stevan was early to the appointment. He was extremely articulate and explained everything . After scoping the line with camera explained there was no issues with line and showed us the video. Other plumbers told us that the line was all deteriorated and needed replacement and told us it was all original cast iron when in reality it was 90% new ABS. Thank you, Stevan! Restored our faith that honest tradesmen do still exist!

A technician named Charles came out to my house repaired broken pipes in my walls and left me feeling safe and secure. When it comes to family morals and great pricing these guys got it goin on ???

Gene and Phillip of the Plumbing Department were 2 pleasant hard working young gentlemen. They introduced themselves - Gene is the trainer and Phillip the trainee. They worked well together and kept me well informed as to what was being done and why it was done. Both men have very positive attitude and work at their best. We were able to have some small chats which kept smiles on our faces. I highly recommend both Gene and Phillip.

Nathan, thank you for having the utmost most professionalism. My water main has leaked in the past year and was recently fixed by another plumbing company. I was set up an appointment with Nathan to re-address this issue, remind oneself that this is his first time coming to fix this problem. Nathan was prompt every step of the way and communicated with me throughout the day. I was at work during the time of this repair and was not able to be there as well. Nathan sent photos, detailed what he did, and left me with a fixed plumbing issue. I highly recommend Freddy fox plumbing! Came out within an hour of being called - my washer valve broke and the water was off so I needed service immediately. Professional, punctual and for a fair price - most plumbers would have to cut into the wall and then i would have to deal with drywall but he made it work and did the job perfectly. I got air conditioner service made by Mr. Roger Pippins. Roger performed air conditioning thermostat installation service at my apartment on June 9, 2022. He did professional job installing my thermostat very well. He was neat and pleasant employee, attentive with good customer skills. It is recommended his salary to be raised as his job performance and good constructive and intercommunicative interaction skills are being an example for other employees.

We have used Charles services several times now. Some of the work he has done for us has included replacement of an aging water heater, replacing a clogged 50's era cast iron drain pipe and a sewer line camera inspection. If you have a problem with your plumbing, chances are that Charles has encountered it and will know how to fix it. In the rare instance that he can't fix it, he'll refer you to someone who can. He's always professional and punctual, and his prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Delaney's Plumbing!

This is my 2nd experience with Penguin Air and I continue to be impressed. I have two AC units and one of them was not working. I put in a call to Penguin Air and was again impressed with how courteous they were over the phone. It was understandably an extended wait for service due to the busy summer months and I called to ask for an ETA due to other appointments. I half-expected a very curt or abrasive response from the lady on the phone but what I got was the epitome of courtesy. Upon the arrival of the technician, Jimmy Browne, I could tell that he was tired from previous customers but he did not let that diminish his customer service. I explained my problem and Jimmy sprang into action. I chatted with him while he worked and found him to be a great conversationalist and an overall good man. What really earned this 5 star review was something Jimmy had that is in short supply these days. Integrity. While checking my 2nd unit (the undamaged one) to make it a thorough service call, he accidentally broke a piece of the unit. He could have simply told me the part was worn and needed to be replaced along with charging me for it. Im dumb and wouldnt have known better. Instead, Jimmy laughed and owned the accident. He didnt charge me for the part he broke. Again, I wouldnt have known any better.Thank you Penguin Air for employing men of integrity like Jimmy Browne.
