Did a thorough job. Arrived as they said they would, cleaned up after themselves and friendly crews, Would recommend them if you're having sewer problems and need them relined,,,,

I used to love this company. Since it merged with whatever company, their service is terrible! I have a maintenance plan that's a joke. They reschedule the maintenance indefinitely. We bought 2 water heaters from them, one hybrid, one regular. The hybrid breaks down at least twice a year and once it's out of warranty the repair costs are ridiculous! Move on, look for someone else. Don't waste your time and money. The more you spend, the worse customer service is.

I have to HIGHLY recommend Somers Plumbing! They are the MOST professional, clean, and punctual company I have ever worked with!
I needed a new toilet and contacted Dave.
He made the process of purchasing and installing the item SO easy for me! I picked out, and paid for, the toilet I wanted …and then Dave went and picked it up… came directly to my home…and installed it completely within an hour! There was NO mess whatsoever anywhere!!…and he even put booties over his shoes to spare my carpeting! Such service! (I especially appreciated his thoughtfulness re: my home)
I found Somers prices to be very fair and reasonable AND they back their work 100%!!

In this day and age when lots of companies have ‘come and gone’ I’m truly thankful to have found a great plumber that I can now rely and count on!

We have used Johnco Plumbing last year for a sewer line break through our service line warranty (they were the ones to pick them and send them to us) Service was great and a great job done without us ever having to fight with the insurance. SO we decided to use them this time when we have had an issue with our water heater leaking. I called at just before 8am no answer left a message w/phone# no call back after an hour. Called again just after 9am still no answer and left a second message, waited and another hour and still no call back. I called again just before 11am and finally reached a live person. The representative took down the model#, serial# and the brand of or water tank and gave us a window time of 11:30am-1:30pm. well 1:30pm rolled around and no one showed up nor did we get a call that a plumber/tech would be late. I called again and still no answer only answering machine left a 3rd message. No call back AGAIN. Called a final time around 3pm and left my final message that I was following up and we have a no show. FINALLY at 4pm a plumber/tech called stating he only was forwarded our issue at this moment and if we can reschedule to MONDAY. I told him absolutely not, I've called and spoke to someone around 11am we were told a timeframe of 11:30am-1:30 pm and its now 4 PM and now you want to reschedule? I don't know whose exactly at fault here whether our info was never passed on to the plumber/tech or the plumber/tech forgot and lied about not getting the job til then...but something needs to be done about your customer services process.

Inspection went great. On time and explained issues.

Our plumbing service was absolutely fantastic. Our boiler needed replacing and the plumbing contractor from explained the options clearly. His work was of the highest quality, worked non-stop, and cleaned up after they were done. We highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or gas services.

I couldn't recommend this team any more for those that need a whole house Repipe. We have a house in Ahwatukee that was laden with Polybutylene (gray pipes) that are known to burst close the the T taps after awhile. We didn't want to have to ever deal with that, nor the inspection findings if we ever sell the house. We called Arizona Integrity Plumbing and man were they so much cheaper than all the other plumbers we called, by over 50%.

They had to shut the water off for a about a day when they were cutting over to the new PEX pipes, but we were mostly out of the house, so it wasn't a big deal at all. When the walls were opened up we had them install some new shower valves since ours were over 30 years old. It turned out so well, even though there were some mishaps along the way. It was so nice to have everything done by this company instead of subcontracting out drywall and painting work, they literally did it all. Such an awesome process to see. I included some pictures of the process, but rest assured that everything is patched up, textured and painted like it never happened.

The team that came to my house was over the top professional, friendly and knew their stuff. They tackled all the challenges along the way with grace and kindness. I couldn't have asked for a better Team than Alex, Romero, Bianca and Alby. Amanda was extremely helpful with every phone call as well. I had some questions how they are so cheap compared to the other plumbers and the owner Kelly told me about all the experience he had and how he cross-trains his team to make it he best value out there.

We had a personal issue happen that required us to get our upstairs toilet looked at to make sure it wasnt leaking into the floor.
They were able to get somebody out within the week. Frank was very professional and knowledgeable. Within a couple hours he had our toilet fixed with the peace of mind that it wasnt leaking into the floor. Frank also discovered that the shut of valve wasnt working properly and was able to fix that on the same visit.

Freddy has been my go to plumber for years now at my personal home and my investment properties. He always does an outstanding job, is very personable, and cares for his clients and their homes.
This week he truly outdid himself. I had a plumbing emergency in the ONLY bathroom at one of my Airbnbs (sewage backing up into the tub and the toilet leaking all over the floor). Freddy came out at night and in the middle of a monsoon (or what seemed like a hurricane) got on my roof and jetted out a tree root.
I know I can always count on Freddy to be there for me and to get the job done. He is always quick to respond to my texts and is always willing to take the time to explain things to me as well. I never hesitate to refer him to anyone I know since I know he will always be presentable and professional at any job.

Chose this company as they have good reviews on Google. There is a reason for good reviews as this guy is great. Reasonable on cost, did not try to sell me something that I did not need and very understanding of my situation. This guy is very honest and kind to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way. I will definitely use and recommend him in the future.

Josh and Yessie left my house and I couldn’t feel more happy or at ease. Both of them are personable and professional. They did a fantastic job at problem solving the issue one of our AC units was having. Took their time to inspect each aspect of what could have gone wrong and were able to get the issue fixed. Now the unit is running smoothly and we have cool air! So thankful for these two and very thankful for this company! Will be requesting them if we ever have another issue. :)
