Travis and his crew are great. They have replaced an outside hose bib, water heater and fixed a couple of water hookups under my kitchen sink. Both on short notice and for reasonable prices, quality of work is high and comparable to more expensive plumbers. I called three and went with Moon Valley - they just came across as plumbers, not salesmen.

The installation of the water softener and RO system was completed in under 3 hours, which was impressive. The technician worked efficiently to ensure that everything was installed correctly and that we understood how to use the systems. He was patient and thorough in his explanations, which made us feel confident that we could maintain the systems properly.

These guys do great work. They are very quick to solve the issue and are always very professional. I would and have recommended them to anybody needing plumbing work. They will be my plumber from here on out

Travis came out for a clog I had which my sinks were draining slow and within an hour he got them working again, very clean and professional. Definitely will use Neel's plumbing again!

I work for Doan Restoration and we use API for our plumbing needs. I had a back up and my apartment and my landlord sent out Pruitts Plumbing. It took three visits and three separate trip charges for them to finally say they could t get the job done. So my landlord asked me to help because of the industry I am in. I called Rick from API, they sent out a Technition and the problem was resolved without a hitch in less then an hour! Way to go guys, big thanks from our family!!!! I could not have been more pleased! He did work on both the house I was selling as well as the one I bought. He showed up on time, was very professional, did excellent work and repaired the problems. We were having issues with our bathtub not draining correctly, and we tried a couple at home solutions like draino and plunging the drain. When none of that worked we found Renew plumbing on Google and gave him a call on monday. We left a voicemail and to our surprise he gave us a call back the same day even though they were closed. Chris let us know that he could be out the next day (Tuesday) to take a look at our drain. He told us he'd be out between 2-4pm. On Tuesday he gave us a call and said he could be here earlier than expected, which worked perfect for us. When he came out he got working on our drain which only took him about 5 minutes to unclog and then he asked if we had any other issues going on that he could take a look at for us. We then told him about our sprinklers leaking in the back and were not sure if he could help us with that. He informed us that he may not be helpful but he took a look anyway and sure enough he fixed that issue within just a few minutes as well and pointed out a couple of issues he saw with our condensation pipes and such as to save us from having issues in the future from possible broken pipes and water damage. We love the fact that not only did he help us with something he did not necessarily come out for but he also helped to keep us informed about some issues we may have never thought about without the knowledge of an expert. We will definitely be calling Chris from Renew Plumbing LLC again in the future if we have any problems again. Thank you so much for coming out and helping us today!
