Moon Valley is great!! I needed pipes rearranged in my bathroom and they did a great job. The gentleman that came out worked really fast and was out in no time. A little while ago I also needed to get my water heater replaced and I had Moon Valley come out and helped me get all that straightened out. I am very happy with the work they've done at my house. Antonio is the best. I called him to replace my old toilet that was giving me so many issues. He came same day and replaced it same day. I live far west and had a hard time finding someone in town willing to come out here, but he didn't care how far I was and came over and replaced it. Elemental Plumbers did an amazing job! I had heard really good service from some friends and decided to give them a call for a few plumbing issues I was having around the house. Frank came out and did a thorough inspection and gave me his honest opinion about what can be done to fix it. Incredible customer service and job performance! Bill came out to our home to give us a price and he was so kind, respectful, patient and professional. His pricing was close to one other company, but we chose him because he was much more knowledgeable and made us comfortable about the work. Nick also did the work and was also amazing to communicate with. Everything was done to perfection, and exactly how we wanted. They also gave us advice and helped us make decisions. Clean up was immaculate. Here's a list of what they did for us:
1. Convert kitchen stove from electric to gas.
2. Remove old kitchen sink and faucet, install new sink and faucet.
3. Install RO spout and air switch in kitchen sink.
4. Remove three toilets and install new toilets.
5. Install new shower head in master shower.
6. Change water heater from electric to gas.
7. Install recirculating hot water pump.
8. Install water softener.
9. Remove pedestal sink and install a new sink & faucet with cabinet.

This plumbing company did a great job fixing our plumbing problem. They arrived on time and were very friendly. The plumber explained the problem and the solution in detail, and was very knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again!

Sunday evening, clogged sewer drain line... Couldn't get anyone to show up. Marco with Aloha showed up and was extremely professional, got the line unclogged and then ran the camera to show what caused the problem. Would recommend them to anyone, and if the rest of the service technicians are like Marco, all of their customers should be as impressed as I am.

I have a new build home and have my warranty through this company. They are not helpful and all there phone representatives tell you something different.My a/c broke yesterday and waited for 2 hours for a call back from their technician that never called I had to call them back from them just to tell me they couldn’t come out until 2 weeks and to just google someone that can come.Also the warranty is nonsense! They told me to get anyone to come and the warranty should cover the parts and just to let them know. But no it wasn’t like that at all.I would recommend not to use them!!!

What a nice honest person and super friendly plumber and does nice work. We met Chris in the plumbing aisle at Home Depot as our original plumber failed us and he followed me and fixed our toilet. We liked his work and had him install our new kitchen faucet, and will have him come out and do future plumbing jobs.

Absolutely the worst experience of my professional life. I manage two high rise residential buildings and aside from the absolute incompetence of the technicians, they leave messes, have literally stolen resident's belongings, are unresponsive to warranty obligations and show up/leave without communicating with staff. I'm appalled by this company.
