Best Plumbers in Arizona

If you don’t have time to read the whole review, the brief review is this: Lennard’s Plumbing provided top notch customer service. Since leaving the Midwest, I haven’t experienced customer service this good. They have a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone!

The long review: I talked to Lennard personally the day that I called. He was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. He discovered that our tankless water heater was a Home Depot model and that it was going to be hard to get parts for it. Lennard stopped out to verify the issue and told us he would work on getting the parts. He made some calls and went way above and beyond what I would normally expect. He had a warranty unit lined up and all I had to do was call to give my credit card information (for the core charge) to place the order.

After the unit was received, Lennard was able to get an installer out the next day. We were very grateful for this as we had been without hot water for almost 5 days. The installer showed up when he said he was going to and had the new water heater installed in no time. This gentleman (who I unfortunately cannot remember his name) was also extremely friendly when I talked to him on the phone.

Everything is working great, and again, I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Thank you all so much!

Mike, found what appears to be a hot water leak somewhere beyond hot water heater, a smaa but continueus flow of water under the slab.

My tech was Don and THANK GOD he was able to come out the very next morning after my water heating broke and flooded my garage. I only had to go without hot water for less than 24 hours. I thank Don so much for his great work and timeliness!! Of course it's not a fun expense to have pop up, but I asked my neighbors and friends - and from everyone I've asked I've heard that my price was extremely fair. Thank you, Don!

David was fast, efficient and reasonably priced. This was second time he did something for us and he has been super! Highly recommend. First was gas fireplace project,the second a water leak outside. Both times he was professional and very capable.

Had our yearly kitchen r/o filter change and water heater check. Dale was a little earlier than the window of time we were scheduled for, but he called ahead to make sure we were okay with it and completed the jobs quickly and professionally.

Worst Plumbing Company Ever! 100% Terrible service. They don't even deserve 1 Star!!!

Referred to by my Home Warranty company so I had to use them. At 7AM I noticed that I had a hot water leak at my house coming through the concrete slab which I explained to my home warranty. They send a request to bunch of different plumbers and who ever can get there first get's the contract apparently. So Veteran's Plumbing called me stating they could be at my place between 3 and 6PM. I asked them if they could come earlier and they said that's the window they have.. ok so far no problem. I explained to them everything and where the water was coming from. Plumber shows up around 3:30PM and is literally at my place for 5 minutes (inside the house actually looking at my issues). He stated he'd be back tomorrow because they don't perform leak detection!!! WOW what a useless plumber. I explained to them before they came out that the water was coming through the concrete slab soo guess what?! You need to do a leak detection!! How mind blowing. The next day they told me they could have a leak detection company out there on Friday!!! Really?? I have to wait 5 business day's because you're too incompetent to find a leak! Which by the way I found myself by using an infrared camera.

Long story short I ended up finding the leak and demo'ing out the floor myself and dug out the dirt. My home warranty sent out Economic Plumbing who then fixed the leak for me last night (Thursday).

If I would have waited for Veteran's Plumbing they still wouldn't know where the water is coming from!! What a bunch of experts they are! Thanks for nothing.

Mind blowing how they are still in business with all the frustrated customer's they got because of their incompetency. Also, the secretary blatantly lied to me when she told me that my Home Warranty hasn't given her approval to send out a leak detection company. I called them up and complained and they told me that she has had approval already!!!

I have a home warranty through AHS and was assigned Alan's Plumbing for my shower repair. I was scheduled between 8 and 12 received a phone call at 8:40 saying the technician was on his way. My tech was Karl and he identified the problem right away and had it fixed in no time. He answered all my questions and gave me some advice on how to avoid future problems. My experience was great!
