Absolutely recommend Robins plumbing!! Called in for a plumbing issue, and they were out there within hours. Previous contractor was going to charge $3,000 for a made up issue that our sewer line was broken. Ron at Robins plumbing was efficient and friendly. He could not find any issue with the sewer line. Very thankful for their help as they have saved me a lot of money.

We were referred to Jason by our freind. We called and got a quick estimate as promised. We engaged him for a water leak in the house Jason was extremely professional and did excellent job of fixing the leak in time. We were very happy with his quality of work and his efficiency. We will be referring him to our friends and family in the Valley.

When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. I had water coming through my landing light, which I discovered was the result of a leak in my loft water tank, so I called James late at night for help. He walked me through what he thought it was (I provided pictures, which he reviewed) and told me what I needed to do to end the evening. The next afternoon, he came around and fixed the problem (pressure issue) while explaining everything to me. I appreciated his promptness and clarity in explaining everything. He is also extremely reasonable! Thank you, James.

The company was great at scheduling to get my water heater installed ASAP. The two plumbers who installed my water heater were very professional and kept me informed of every step. They made sure everything was done properly and correctly, and gave me great tips to keep the best life of my new water heater. I couldn't have asked for better service.

The technician, Trevor, was great! He was able to come early and started promptly when he arrived. He explained each of the inspection findings and how they all impacted the performance of the HVAC system. What I really liked is the photos he took, and how he had those ready to show me while he was explaining things. Very detailed inspection report with photos. We have used ProSkill services for many years and they never disappoint!

Absolutely appalled at the level of unprofessionalism with this company. First off, the technician was rude and condescending in his approach and secondly, the owner of the company was unprofessional, defensive, and totally out of line when he had an opportunity to turn the situation around for a customer. I do not recommend Veteran's Plumbing to anyone!

Let me explain:

Our technician didn't initially fix our plumbing problem...He told us we just needed to order some drain cleaner product to clean our drains. After he left, I noticed the same problems continued to persist along with an additional problem that had been created... Now our washing machine was leaking water everywhere. He returned back out to our place 30 minutes later irritated as can be (like it was my fault).
He spent about 2 more hours fixing the issue... and then left without giving us instructions on how to drain out all of the mucky water that had collected in our washer. He just said the problem was fixed... didn't even have the courtesy to turn back on our water in laundry room or provide us with information on next steps.

Fast forward to the next morning, and now our washing machine isn't working at all... the water isn't properly draining out of it so I called Home Warranty back to let them know we now have another problem. The owner of Veteran's Plumbing calls me a few minutes later:

He starts with I heard you are accusing our plumber of breaking your washer... First off, what type of business owner leads with that?

The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional the rest of the conversation... completely unhelpful. I expressed my frustrations in a professional manner and told him I'm not accusing anyone- I'm simply stating that now we have another problem.

I said I would be turning to review sites to share my experience. He said Go ahead, we will be sure to write you one back. LOL what kind of business owner responds with that? Just goes to show...

The actual plumber was nice enough although it took three trips to find out the problem and I was told everything was fixed after the first visit. I was also yelled at by the crazy appointment setter for requesting they fix things faster than the estimated 1-2 weeks quoted (this is after the three prior visits) which was weird enough but she also thought it a good idea to carry it into aggressive and angry emails arguing that she's not going to sit and call 20 people on the phone to find the part herself. When I asked her to calm down (I couldn't get a word in because she was yelling at the top of her lungs)I had to ask her to please just call when the needed part came in the mail and to stop communicating with me otherwise. She sarcasticly stated that I could always ask my home warranty to just give me my money back and fix the shower my self and that she is the only person on the phone so I would have to deal with her. She still sent another email stating that she thinks it best in the future if I do not use their services. Well finally we agree on something... Honestly the strangest dealing with a vendor that I have ever experienced. I'd bet money this person is related to the owner. No way anyone else would allow that. I've yet to have my shower fixed so I will update if and when that happens. It ended up being a cartridge needing to be replaced. I'm not sure if this is a tricky fix or not. My issue isn't with the plumber although it would have been nice if it was diagnosed properly the first time. We'll see if it gets fixed at all.
