I had a problem with my hot water heater. Ray was very prompt and called before he came out. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He did not try to upsell or make unnecessary repairs. I would use Harley Plumbing again.

Omg THE BEST EVER. Had an issue with a hot water heater that Joe installed a couple of months ago called him this morning here he came running all the way to Wickenburg to resolve the problem. The issue had nothing to do with the time consuming job Joe did previously it was due to lack off attention from my EMPLOYEES. He's awesome resolved the issue and was more than fair with me. Last week, my elderly mom who lives in Sun City was struggling to install a new washing machine. I live in the Seattle area and I was doing what I could to help. She happened to be referred to Dominic at Din-O-Rooter Plumbing. I am so glad that she found him. He went out of his way to make my mom feel relaxed and well taken care of. He even went out of his way on a Sunday morning at no charge to assess her situation so he could get the plumbing blockage and vapor lock corrected. Called with a plumbing emergency due to sewage backflow. Even though they advertise 24/7 the lady that answered the phone said she had to wake up one of the technicians. Supposedly, they would call me back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later I contacted someone else.

I can't rate what i didn't experience. They never called or showed up to take care of the service call set but the management company. So after 2nd day of no water, i bought the party and fixed it myself.
