David was amazing, he answered his phone after hours and spent 30 mins on the phone with us before he even had our business. He was able to schedule us in an emergency situation and was timely, communicative, clean and professional.

Tom showed up on time, worked for hours to determine the source of the leak and his rate was very fair for the work done.

Technician Bo arrived timely. I received a phone call stating he was on his way, followed by a text message with his name and picture. Really appreciated that given I was home alone. He promptly checked the a/c unit on the roof and came back to explain what was happening with the unit including showing me pictures of what he saw. Repair was done immediately and he followed up with an email with the photos for my records. I could not be more satisfied with the service!! Fantastic.

They were great! Answered my call and got here quickly. Few minutes to remove a door knob and get me in my room! Suggested a new door old one was chewed up. Reasonable price.6. Nice people

Gabriel and Manny came to my place for my problem with my shower spouts. Both guys were pros and answered every question I have. Upon assessment they noticed that my problem is an easy fix, so they just advised me what to do and they didn’t even charge me for their time and expertise. Really appreciate the help. Would def recommend!

No call no show

This company couldn’t give me a quote or even tell me they didn’t want to do a job I had. If a job is too small you can just say that.

I had 2 toilets installed which also included two new shut off valves, the price for just the toilets was competitive and included the toilet seat which the competitor's price did not include. The toilets are American Standard Cadet which does have a powerful flush. My original install date got postponed and rescheduled for a week later and I received $50 off the original price quoted. Install went fairly well, although the technician did wear foot coverings I did have a stain on my carpet from what appeared to be the from stepping in a piece of the old wax ring. I felt the self closing toilet seats installed were cheap mainly because they were plastic and not because they didn't work correctly. I ended up replacing them with self closing wood seat which are much sturdier. One of the toilet tank tops didn't seat real well and rocked when pushed on. The company called and wanted to survey my experience, when I made these issues known they immediately agreed to come out to handle my complaints, they day after Drake drake came out he brought a new tank top which fits great and he cleaned the carpet stains. It should be known that he was not the technician who installed the toilets. The only complaint I have is the toilet seats, had I known they were going to be plastic which I didn't realize until after the technician had left I would have preferred to have the choice of purchasing and installing my own which I ended up doing myself anyway. All in all I was happy with the service I received , would use them again which I plan to do and recommended them as a reputable plumbing company.

Mountain Ridge Plumbing Services has staff that are professional AND kind. They immediately responded to our request for the installation of a new water tank and gave us a quote significantly less than another company. Once we agreed, they scheduled a technician to come out the next day. We were regularly notified when to expect him, and quite frankly, this technician who brought and installed the new tank was probably the most thorough and respectful plumbing technician we've ever had (we've lived in our same home for decades.) The contrast in the experiences we had with other companies before we contracted with Mountain Ridge was night and day. The others were late, quoted us sky high prices (I guess that's expected these days?), and still tried to upsell us. Mountain Ridge asked us what we wanted, gave us one price that was so much more in line with what we had researched, arrived on time, and had us back in the hot water business quickly, a huge relief after days of haggling with other companies. They will be our absolute go-to in the future. Thank you to everyone we connected with there!
