Bryan and his team did my roof in November of 2022. Bryan is personable and is honestly really responsive for being a small business owner. I’m also a small business owner and I get inundated and overwhelmed. Bryan super professional and quick. When I found out my neighbors got a quote with him he was able to get out within a few days and I had my estimate a shortly after that. Because of Bryan’s personable and honest demeanor my neighbor and I both did our roofs with Bryan and his team, and my neighbor got like 8 estimates

Come time to get started he actually was able to start a few days early and it only took 4 days I believe to get the whole roof done his Forman is really detailed oriented and the work was excellent. At least from my novice point of view but my neighbor who was in the construction industry watched them like a hawk and was pleasantly surprised on the quality of work and attention to detail. I was very happy with the whole process and definitely would recommend Bryan and contereras roofing to anyone. I’m actually recommending them to my other neighbor down the street.

On a personal note, as a female, I was astonished by the arrogance, skepticism, and lack of follow through by the other companies that came for an estimate. In a male dominated industry heaven forbid a woman would not only make the decision but also pay for such a large project. Bryan never made me feel that way and was helpful in explaining things and saw me as an equal to a man or a “husband” For me that was a major factor in the decision making. I never felt like he would take advantage and was always fair honest and equitable.

Bryan is always so helpful! I have referred Bryan and Contreras Roofing to my real estate clients for a few years now. And I just had a new roof installed on my rental home this week. Great service! Bryan and his team were so professional and hardworking. We had a new roof installed and from the beginning to the end of completion he was hands on in every aspect of the project. Solar panels had to be removed and then replaced on a new roof again from Sunrun which was a disaster in itself. The Sunrun team broke almost 300 new tiles after our new roof was installed and then left the roof a mess. Bryan and his team once again came to our rescue and had to Find 300 new tiles and to fix the new tiles that Sunrun broke, and then go back and fix the roof that Sunrun destroyed. Bryan has the best customer service and he cares about the customer. His company goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied and the job is completed. Thanks Bryan so much

Bryan and his team were extremely professional and by far the best priced out of any of the roofing companies I spoke to. Bryan even noticed that my nieghbor had a missing exhaust cap which he fixed free of charge. The entire job was completed within 24 hours of our first conversation and just I time for the rainy weekend forecast.

Our realtor contacted five different roofing companies to do roof inspection as part of the home inspection.
Bryan Brown of Contreras Roofing was the only one to quickly respond and did a very thorough inspection at no charge.
They provided a very detailed estimate for all of the work and materials needed to replace entire underlayment at a fair price.
Being a roofer in my younger days, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the inspection process and decided to have Contreras Roofing do the work.
The work was scheduled to start on a certain date and they were on time and completed the work as stated.
They did a great job. Very professional.

Called this company on a referral. Asked if they could give me a free estimate for a client. They said they couldn't get out until Friday. I asked if they could give one based on the inspection report. They said they'd look at it and let me know. I sent it over. No response. I called the next morning. No answer...left a msg...no call back. Sent another email...then another asking if they had even received it (maybe I had the wrong email) They responded by saying that they would be able to give an estimate off of the report and that they wouldn't be in the office until after 2pm...and they close at 4pm. Called the next morning..no answer...left a msg..no return call. I told my client to give them until the end of today but he said he doesn't mess with companies that give the run around and honestly, I don't blame him. Call another roofing company that actually wants business because this one does not.
