Trademark Roofing

Trademark Roofing is without a doubt the best roofing company in the valley. I have had three neighbors on my street that have had their roof done regret using a different company after seeing my roof. Ray does not spare any expense to make sure everything is top notch. My roof was also done in half the time my neighbors houses were done. If only everyone knew what a mistake it would be not to use Trademark.

Trademark was recommended to us and I have to say, they did not disappoint from the first contact.
They were prompt to come and inspect our roof, and provided a quote immediately which came to a lower price than 3 other competitors. In addition, their quote was the FINAL price to pay, they took care of 8 plywood boards which were rotten without asking any questions or increasing their price in the process while other would charge >$65/board. And finally their quote includes a 20years workmanship and warranty for any leaks.
Ray's son was leading our roof repair project, and his crew did an excellent job, and cleaned up after themselves (except for a few nails we found later which must have rolled off the roof during the 3 days repair.)
They were also great at communicating about the work done, leaks found, etc. and with other parties involved such as the solar system company scheduling uninstall and reinstall of the panels.

Ray and his crew did our roof two years ago. I regret waiting so long to write a well-deserved review. We had a few estimates at the time, but Ray was the only one who just gave me a price (which was very fair) with no fuss or hidden fees, etc. I even found a house painter through him and just this month I reached out to him via email and asked him if he knew of a good air conditioning company. He's just an honest, reliable person, and super responsive. You'll get zero runaround with him and excellent work. Save yourself a lot of headache and just have him do your roof!
