I am from Pennsylvania and stayed in a lovely condo in Phoenix this past week. Being that it was 115 degrees out and my husband I had just come back to the rent a condo with groceries I was much just made to find out that we have lost our key. I had the Good Fortune of choosing this business off my web search and was delighted with the outcomes. The technician that did our work was very professional very patient and very knowledgeable. The lock was unusual and difficult yes he stayed with the job until the end and even had a lock to replace the one that had to be drilled out. I couldn't be more pleased with a service and with the price. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitstion. I also really liked that the service representative let me know he would need proof via a rental contract that we were renters there. Honesty and integrity , rare in this day.

Alon did a fabulous job and knew his stuff. He change my locks in two bedroom and re-keyed my front and back doors and gate to be same for me. A pro doing it out best my time figuring it out. Very nice guy did my job in 30 mins!!

Our Hero! Someone broke into our house, stole my purse and my husband's keys and his car. After the police left, we wanted to get our locks changed at 10 pm at night. We called 8 different 24 hour locksmiths and got nothing but 5 voice mails, 1 guy who said can't get there til tomorrow afternoon and one out of country dispatcher who's accent did not set me at ease. It was a nightmare until we called Corey. He came out to our house within an hour and a half even though he was on a job far away. His price was reasonable and the work completed well... This is the best locksmith, period.!
For starters, somebody try to steal my truck and mess up the driver's door and left a hole there, and the ignition busted, second I lost my truck keys and spares when I moved. The truck's battery was dead and we need it to be alive and cranking to program the ignition key and no jumper cables at hand, well to top it off, the transmission cables were loose due to the tow truck moving the truck with no keys, well Mr. Geronimo took care of that in the most professional manner and courtesy, he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me, and take care of having keys made to take the truck to a shop.
When I said he is THE BEST I mean it!.

locked my keys in my truck(which i never do) called these guys, they were there in twenty minutes, opened my truck with no damage, very professional and reasonably priced. i will call them again if it ever happens again

After wasting my time at the incompetent place right up the street @ 35th ave and Cactus, that refused to cut my key blanks, i found that this locksmith was at 35th ave and Cheryl. The gentleman at the counter was more then willing to help me. It took him, i kid you not, 3 minutes to cut the 5 key blanks i had. They worked perfectly in the car, no issues at all. The gentleman undercharged me, so a tip was in order for great service!!!!! I will continue to do business with Metro Lock $ Safe for as long as they are in business. The place up the road @35 ave and Cactus, will NEVER get my business as long as I'm alive, even if they are the last place on earth!!
