I must have caught these guys on a bad day. Other people seem to have good things to say about them. Here's my experience.

I needed to have some keys made for a lock in a cash register at my shop. When I visited Pro-Lock & Safe, I was told it would take about an hour to make keys. I returned a little more than an hour later only to find that the front door was locked, and the lights had been turned off.

I waited around for about 20 minutes before someone showed up to re-open. When I went inside he gladly charged me full price - $18 for 2 keys. The price seemed high to me. But the shocker came when I returned to my shop, re-installed the lock, and discovered that only 1 of the 2 keys actually worked.

Like I said, it seems like people like this place, but I wouldn't go back if you paid me.

The key I needed was not a normal stocked key in the machine so they offered to mail one to me in 3 days. The machine scanned the key. I received it from ups in 3 days. Worked great! No worries. Thanks a lot.

Arrived home early hours in the morning to find I could not get in due to faulty Yale locks. Called the emergency number and was in my house with locks replaced within 30 mins. Great service

I lost my car keys while out running errands and called this Locksmiths for assistance. They arrived promptly and were able to create a new key on the spot. The technician was very helpful and the price was fair. I would definitely use their services again.

Took longer than expected to receive the key. I was extremely satisfied with the convenience of ordering as well as the key itself.

They came out within a few hours, even though my case was not an emergency, and the man that change my lock was very efficient and informative

I didn't give 5 stars because I thought I would receive keys at kiosk. They are a bit stiff, but with use they will be fine.

Friendly staff, and if you need your key cut correctly so that it actually works as good as the original, I do believe this is the only shop in town that I have faith in to do it.

Ruben came and fixed all of my locks very quickly and precisely. Arrived on time and did the job as I asked him to.

My copy keys did not work but I sent email and got a refund right away, no questions asked.

What more could you ask for? Excellent service, affordable costs, and a knowledgeable and welcoming staff. In less than 45 minutes, they manufactured me two sets of car keys, programmed the remote FOB for each, and the cost was fantastic as well! They are absolutely worth using again, and I would suggest them to anybody!
