They have even been able to help us out last minute for emergency repair and cleanings, and you cannot beat that! I paid this company to replace my cracked screen, the next day my screen was in 3D mode half the time. I reported it to the company which they approved for it to be fixed at no charge. They stated they would contact me when the part arrived. Fast forward to a month later, no response. I emailed this company over and over again asking what was going on. They gave me the run around which ended up in me reporting the company to the BBB. I then decided to reach out to then again and they responded that the claim was approved AGAIN. They made an appointment for that week came out and fixed my phone. The tech told me that the my phone was doing that because of a faulty part. took 3 months to get my phone fixed, however its done now.

Brian is an outstanding and honest worker. he was on time, very fair in pricing. he installed a new front door and built a pergola over my back patio. his carpentry skills are superb!!!! If you want great quality workmanship, he is the guy i recommend to do the job....

I'm not sure as to whether or not this is proper etiquette. Although JBS has,nt temodeled anything for me. I have seen both the quality of the work. And the quality of the man. As an employee.. His honesty and his abilty to resesolve any issues that may come along. Are things that seem to be getting harder and harder to find these days. In any industry. I have,nt worked with Joseph for a few years now but .But I would like any potential customers to know. To pass up JBS for another. Will most likely result in a loss for them. Do not deal with this company. I called to discuss having them do work for me and for some reason they hung up and blocked my call. I called from another number and got a a different person to ask why they would do such a thing I mentioned I was going to offer them a number of large jobs but think I might take it somewhere else so they hung up again and blocked that number as well. I would understand if I was being difficult to deal with but I was being polite and trying to understand why they would do such a thing. If they do not like you they will block your calls so you can not get through to them anymore. I can just imagine how they deal with customer service.

If I could rate them 0 out of 5 I would. WOW!
