Todd with Alcatraz Locksmith was very professional and amazingly skilled at his job with comparable prices. We had originally scheduled an appointment for Sunday to have Alcatraz come out and key the ignition to our Suzuki Samurai after my son lost the only key. But within an hour of hanging up, Todd called back saying he had a cancellation and could be at our location in a few minutes. Within 15-20 min of Todd's arrival he had carved out two brand new keys and the Suzuki was on the road again. I will be using Alcatraz Locksmith for my future locksmith needs and will recommend them to my family and friends. My son learned some very valuable lessons today and we both learned Alcatraz Locksmith is a company we will both work with again in the future. Thanks again Todd!

Me and the wife and 3 dachshunds were locked out of the house. Told he would arrive in 35 minutes, probably was about 20 minutes which was great.

It was a cold, dark, & stormy night. I was locked outta my house and I called up J&J. Jeff showed up in 20 minutes and had me inside in no time. Fast service, nice guy, great attitude. 10/10, would get locked out again.

Daniel was so great! He kept in contact with us as we waiting for him to finish up another job. When he did arrive at our car he was so professional and quick. He was able to make a new key for our car quickly and accurately. We would recommend Daniel to all of our friends and family.

Work was done fast and easy however car door no longer fully seals at the top.

In March of 2022 your company, Sage installed three very expensive locks. You damaged my door jams as shown in the photos. I attempted to contact you many times, to no avail! you even hung up on me. if you do not repair what you caused, I will be forced to react by calling the local tv stations, leave a review on yelp, or file a small claim.
