This by far was the easiest experience, really shocked.
Installer came to the house, was very informative and courteous.
Gave me a 3 hour window and called when he was 30 minutes away.
Quick service, paid with credit card and no hassle.
Will definitely use again, and I am hard to please. A hidden gem.

“Johnny on the spot”. They do great work and are always on time. On time is one thing we appreciate more than anything. We have in the past called the “big guy” Safelite Auto Glass and not only do you wait on hold, they book out a week or so. Their commercials make it seem like they will be there when you need them. Haha! Reliable was there there the same day and took care of everything in the time window they provided. We will never use anyone else.

The consultation was quick & easy, I was able to browse samples & have all my questions answered. The price was more than fair & the overall quality of work was exceptional. I was impressed with the professionalism & quality of the product which was replacing windows throughout my home. They cleaned up washed all the windows inside & out & vacumed each room. My windows are beautiful, my house is quiet & Im sure I will see a decrease in my electric bill. I would recommend this company & Jose 's crew for installation.

They are crooks. The cash back for insurance claims is false. They wrote me a bad check on a closed account. Check BBB even fraudulently stating they are a member.CROOKS....

Sean came on time and very courteous and friendly ( qualities you look for in a business) he took his time to survey not just the swamp cooler removal and repair, but took time and gave great advice about suggestions and tips for the rest of the roof. And they came and did it before the rain came, they could’ve waited, but he wanted to get the job done so we wouldn’t have to worry about our leaking roof!!! Terrible Experience the guy that replaced the window didn't put the correct window or tint. Never once mentioned he would have a problem doing the job. Took advantage of the situation and did not return as he said he would to fix his mistake. Very dishonest company I would be very cautious. This can be perceived as misleading, deceptive and can be considered False advertisement. ? I think your company should do a bit more research before conducting business.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
