I had a 100 year old lock for a door that had no key. They spent about an hour turning up the lock and making me custom keys for it.
It now works awesome.
The guy working there was there was a true craftsman and very helpfully.

What can I say, Todd is great. I bought a vehicle (Hummer H3) that was sans Key Fobs. I ordered some replacements as well as a factory key, but found out I couldn't program the fobs without the use of a special GM Scan Tool. The dealer would have charged over $100 and took hours to get me out, but one call to Todd, and he got me set up within a matter of minutes. Literally. To boot, I was in a pinch and couldn't make it to the area he was in, so he agreed to meet me a few miles from my house the following day while he was on another job. The whole thing cost me a fraction of what I would have paid at the dealer and I was in and out in 5 minutes. The guy is pretty funny and quick-witted as well, so that makes it fun. I'll be back for any locksmith related work in the future. 5 Stars and thanks again Todd! You are a Legend!

Daniel was able to come quickly and get the job done when I needed it.

So we went on vacation and came home in early hours of the morning just to find out we took the wrong keys with us and found ourselves locked out of our home.

We called David Locksmith who is either affiliated or is someway apart of Sage Locksmith. His response time was on point but his attempt to pick our lock was less than stellar. what I found interesting is he drive home even before attempting to pick the lock that he may have to drill the lock off. That was very interesting although needing in our home we were at his mercy. His attempt to pick the lock was unsuccessful and he than drilled our lock off.

The aftermath was a lock set that we would consider cheap as compared to our original and the bill that was paid was damn near $500.

A few days later I contacted Sage and was told someone would look into this and call me back. Up until now no call backs.

Beware: my opinion is that he knew he could drill off the lock which is much easier at 3:30am and is an additional cost to do so. We aren't locksmiths we can't challenge.

Well we had another locksmith pick another lock on our main door and that was a Schlage took the man under 3 min....

At this point we have no choice but to leave a review and warn others of our experience as we can't get a call back to resolve and at this point I'd want a substantial refund.

I had a great experience with Metro Lock & Safe. I had an employee leave late in the afternoon, and for security purposes, I needed the locks re-keyed. I did not expect it to be done same day, but the dispatcher sent somebody out that same afternoon to complete the job. The technician was extremely professional and did great work. Thank you!
