My car would not start because the theft deterrent system did not recognize my key. I was totally stuck. I went to Google and tried all the tricks they suggested. Nothing worked. I then found these guys on Google and Mendel answered right away. He said he would have somewhere there in 25 minutes. He and his son got the job done in under an hour. What do you say about a company that basically saved your butt from being stuck in the middle of nowhere. I was locked out of my car at 2am Away from my hometown, staring right at my keys in the front seat! I called a few other places and even tried my insurance at the time to no avail. When I called Lock Butler, he was out of bed and at my location within 30 minutes. Gave me the best price in town, helped me figure out how to contact my insurance and take advantage of my road side assistance reimbursement as well as worked extremely fast to get me back on the road again. I was quoted the least expensive price for a chipped key of all the places called - and paid that same price when it was all said and done! Tom arrived within the 60 minutes promised from the shop, which was really nice, plus he was quick and professional, explaining each step of the process and my options as he went along.I would definitely recommend and call The Lock Butler if and when needed.

Locked keys in trunk of 2011 Audi A5 convertible. Tripple A was able to unlock car door but could not access the trunk. The trunk of an Audi A5 2011 does not have a release button inside the car. We called many places that were unable to access the trunk of my make and model. Lock Butler Lock Smith Nathan quoted us an extremely fair price right up front. Nathan arrived on time, less than 30 minutes after making the call to Lock Butler. The trunk was open and I had my keys in less than 10 minutes. For the professional, prompt and quality service, the cost of service was surprisingly reasonable. I thought I was going to end up spending hundreds on a new key but thanks to Lock Buttler, and specifically, thanks to Nathan, my clumsy mistake did not break the bank! I was even able to keep the key he made so I now have a spare key incase this ever happens again. So grateful. If you need a Lock Smith this is your guy! Don’t think twice. Highly recommend!

Got locked out of my high security condo in Scottsdale. called the lock butler and they were there in 15 minutes, and this was at 11 pm at night. took them about 10 minutes to get me in and the work was flawless with no damage to the door or lock. Mendel was awesome! I have used him before but could not find his number, so I used a different locksmith service and it was a nightmare. I was charged probably double of what I should have been and the job was not finished when he left. I finally found Mendel‘s number again and called him out. The Lock Butler showed up on time and did a wonderful job he made a key for my truck and even aired up a flat tire. I had driven up with my daughter in-law and her new baby in a borrowed vehicle. When the truck was ready my daughter in-law and the new baby left in my truck I realized I left my purse in the back of the truck!!! The Lock Butler tried to stop her but she was too far ahead. My purse had my phone and the keys to the borrowed vehicle so I was stranded once again. Lock Butler to the rescue. He drove me from Tempe Town Mall all the way to my home in Gilbert, I got my purse, then all the way back to the mall in Tempe. On the way he was pleasant and even bought me a coke and a brownie!! He went far above just fast friendly service and I would recommend his service to anyone.

All I have to say is WOW!I walked out of my office to use the restroom and slid the office door shut without locking it, only to find (with in a 2 minute period) that our cleaning lady locked the door after she clocked out.I go outside to find someone with a phone and LOW and BEHOLD the owner of The Lock Butler, Mendel Beck, was sitting there on the phone waiting for someone. The only locksmith I spoke to who didn't try to take advantage of the situation and charge an exorbitant rate. He showed up when he said he would, charged what he quoted and did a good job which is all that I could hope for. Should I need a locksmith again I won't bother calling anyone else.
