We had a problem with one of the laundry room exhaust fans, they made the repair and did an awesome job. The guys that came were polite and did a great job making the repair.

Taps, Henri, & John did a wonderful job on my AC unit install. They were punctual, professional, kind and courteous to my tenant during install. Really appreciate Jessica and Joanna being nice on the phone. Many businesses just dont care about or are appreciative of the work people give them. Not this crew. Good people to work with ! Paul and his crew of Cameron, Jordan, & Brian did a fantastic job of installing three new HVAC units in two days. There was little interruption in the house, and the crew was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Howard Air for service and particularly for new installations.

I called for a second estimate on my furnace. Scott with Howard Air did a thorough check on my unit and found nothing the other company gave me the estimate on replacing. He was here for over an hour where as Hobaica was here for maybe 30 minutes at the most and came back with their diagnosis’ and an estimate of over $1100 to fix my furnace. After delays getting back to me , I called Howard and scheduled an appt for the next day. Sure glad I did. He explained everything in terms I could understand and his diagnosis’. Once again very thorough and completely satisfied and my furnace is now working. I will use Howard Air for all my furnace and air conditioning needs. Thanks Scott and Howard Air.

Needed service in a pinch, with the AC not working and kids in the house. Daniel came out and took care of everything. The whole family was happy and relieved. At an affordable price as well! Will definitely be calling back!

My A/C unit was having a lot of difficulty keeping up with the summer heat and something seemed off. I had Green ID come in and do an energy audit which revealed poor insulation in my roof and leaky duct work attached to my A/C unit. They came back a couple of weeks later and replaced all the duct work and added spray-in insulation and the difference is night and day. Where my A/C wouldn't be able to cool the house to a temperature of less than 84 degrees in the middle of the day to comfortably holding at 79 all day long. Very glad I contacted them.

Had two different AC companies come out and examine my problem both said your systems old going to be exspensive to fix it and who knows how long it will last if they do? Called ICON spoke with an awesome gentlemen named Rhet. Gave him the rundown on everything said I needed a new system, he had all my info and a quote ready for me in a matter of a few hours (while he was still working elsewhere!) I look over the quotes very reasonable, next thing I know I get a phone call from Rhet saying hey I'd like to look at your old system, just to make sure it's truly not functional? I said sure. Punctual the next morning, runs a few tests fixes a quick part...bam cold air! Saved me a fortune in these tough times! They truly do see us as a big AZ family, and it's the only phone number for AC repair you'll ever need! From my family to yours I say thank you Icon Mechanical!

Well I guess I’m not the only one. If they’re driving is a representation of the quality of their work. Fast, impatient and just driving up my rear end. Then perhaps this isn’t a company you should use?

Tried calling, they never returned my calls when my ac went out. Thankfully theres plenty of other contractors who want my business.

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
