I was out of town when I viewed on my security camera that my front door had blown open with a storm. Fortunately I had an Arcadia screen door that was locked. However it being the dead of summer my air conditioning was running non-stop. Plus I had not left a spare key. I had called several places in town. When I contacted them they were very flexible in waiting for a family member to show up as they unlocked my screen door in order for someone to close the main front door. Then again was able to re-lock the screen door. They were very patient and their communication was very helpful in making sure everything was at it should be. I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip stress free thanks to their help. 100% great customer service and after calling several places the best prices in town. 5 stars and would recommend them for anyone looking for a locksmith.

We were in the process of moving, on superbowl sunday of all days, when someone locked the keys in the moving truck. With only one day to move an entire 3 bedroom home any delays could cripple our plans. We called 6 locksmiths. Only one answered. These guys really saved our day.
