Rob and his crew are amazing! We had our tile removed today and it's exactly as stated: left cleaner than when they found it! The quote was easy to understand and fair. Communication was excellent. While the work was being done, we were alerted to a few issues. Best part - they offered solutions! I knew we'd have problems but having some options really helped relieve stress! After the tile was gone and floors were being cleaned up, they were even cleaning things that were not affected by the work being done - thresholds, light fixtures, etc. Really went above and beyond! We highly recommend Rob and his group at Flooring Professionals!

I called this company looking for help to clean residue off laminate floors in a huose we’d just purchased. I spoke to Frank and he was beyond helpful with his advice & suggestions. I even contacted him later with follow up questions. Terribly managed outfit.The installers barely speak english and the owner is too busy to deal with issues that may come up.This company is your typical kind that will secure your work and then sub it out to Julio so they can pay less . Result is poor quality,not done on time and you will have to babysit your own install . That's if who they send to you can speak english.

I was quoted a Labor Day sale of $743. The sales rep never called me back so I called them and talked to a different sales rep who is now quoting me $1600 for the same exact pantry. Seems like a bait and switch and not happy with the sales experience. They will not honor the sale price.
