I had four companies come over and give me a quote. Ernie was by far the most informative, knowledgeable and the only one who sat down, pulled out a calculator, and itemized the quote. Everyone else just pulled a price out of thin air. This whole shingle roof repair was easy and the crew did a great job, they were on time, they clean up after. I was informed the whole way through. We have had excellent service from Mikku & Sons Roofing twice. Three years ago we had a roof leak in our shop. I called Mikku and they came out that same day and made the repair (no more leaks). With this good service, there was no one else to call to give us a new flat roof on our house (roof over 20 years old). Our entire roof is covered with solar panels so it was considerably more effort for Dion and Mike to put down the new roof. We were kept up-to-date on the progress and the project was completed in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.

We had minor roof damage due to a microburst on January 25. We noticed some loose tiles on the roof so we called Clyde Hardacker and asked for an inspection. He came out the next day and inspected our roof. He found no problem as the tiles were from our neighbors. He did find some roof tip shingles loose so he replaced them right on the spot. The charge was minimal. He has done previous work for us, by replacing flat roof top on our patio and front door overhang. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future. I had called Stapleton roofing for a roof replacement. They sent out a kid that couldn't be older than 21 years old. He hardly knew what he was talking about or doing even with me pointing him to all the areas of the roof that needed extra attention. I waited a whole week to get a proposal and nothing. I then called them back and they had concerns because I had a flat roof. Mind you I don't need any work done to my flat at all. I only need my shingles to be replaced. The comment they made was they would need to redo my flat roof as well if they wanted me to do the shingles. Which makes no sense. And then instead of giving me a proposal anyways they stated I was just going to be over 12k I didn't provide any back up to what they were talking about. There's no way my roof would cost that much. and even if it did they didn't even take the time to write up an appropriate proposal. If you don't want to do the job just say that.

We have used Star Roofing on at least 5 homes and now on our own. They are busy but they are worth the wait. Call them and make an appointment. You will be glad you did.

Had an excellent experience with Capstone Roofing. I was referred to Capstone for work to my tile roof by a general contractor who felt my needs were beyond his scope of experience. I was looking for a company to come out and give my roof a once over, replace any cracked tiles, reset any slipped tiles, and redo all the deteriorated mortar packs as the various ridges. Their crew of three came out on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job of matching the existing tile color and were cleaned up after themselves well, taking care of small spots where mortar had fallen to the ground as they were redoing the mortar packs. The roof is about 20 years old and of the several companies I spoke with, Capstone was the ONLY one interested in helping me perform the needed maintenance to get the most remaining life from my existing roof. EVERY other company I quoted for the work saw 20 years old = you automatically need a new roof, here's a quote for $25 K. I have since referred Capstone to others I know who needed similar maintenance done, repairs after monsoon storms, etc with similar results. Unfortunately did not experience the same level of service as other reviews have claimed.

I feel we were given a rather misleading sales pitch during the estimate and then once the work started we had to followup repeatedly to ask about what they were even doing. The quoted multi-day job would have been done in an hour if my wife hadn't called to ask - and she was was berated over the phone by their field supervisor for doing so (he basically called her stupid for even signing for the job). End result was sloppy at best and I have zero confidence that the issue was even properly fixed.

Received no followup after escalating to the office staff (despite their assurance otherwise). Overall very displeased. Maybe they are great for a brand new roof but don't call for repairs/leaks/small jobs. Their penetration seal is nothing more than caulk and paint...

Travis was recommended on the Nextdoor app. I was either needing repairs or a new roof but had a tough time getting anyone out. Called on a Saturday and thought I was going to be leaving a message but Travis actually answered the phone. Explained my situation and sent him photos. Told him no hurry a week out would be fine if they were busy. The following Monday Turner came out and then called me to explain what he saw and sent me more pictures. Yes they could repair but as I have seen several other issues and my home is 17 years old so I decided to replace it. Not knowing the roofing business or their lingo, I had several questions in regards to the quote. I called Turner several times and he was very polite and answered them professionally. We had the roof done a couple of months ago and am very pleased with the work. Would highly recommend Travis & Turner at Nextgen Coating & Roofing Systems.

Im a property manager, I tried to get them out to a property for 2 weeks. They called me twice saying they were in the area, when they should've called the tenant. I gave the tenant info Somehow they didn't show up either time still?? I have an unhappy owner, a roof that is still damaged, a tenant who is wondering when we will have this fixed, and they made everyone look terrible.

We had our roof updated. Front was to put underlayment to our tile roof and back was to put new shingles. The crew was very prompt and quick . Bryan came by and was here to make sure all was going smoothly and it was. He was here most of the day and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. The work was done in one day and it looks very nice. We have used PCC Roofing & Construction before and will use them again.

I called this company yesterday when Augusto missed our appointment. He said he had the wrong day scheduled. Today was the day confirmed and he was a no show again. This has made a really bad first impression and I am no longer interested in doing business with Centrik Roofing.

BEWARE!! I wish I could post zero stars. I was in the privacy of my own home taking a nap on my couch. Meanwhile, Southwest was working on my roof. I woke up from my nap alarmed to make eye contact with a man peeping through my high window. The man was holding something in his hand that appeared to resemble a phone. I immediately covered up and took a picture as he THEN proceeded to tape my window up. I do live in an apartment complex and the HOA did not notify me because the work was not being on my specific building. I called the police and they told me making a complaint would not do much because I am over 18... which I do not understand because I did not consent to this. Next, I called Southwest and they also told me there was not work being done on the windows near my unit. However- they were working on some roofing the building over—super creepy...I asked them to please go through the employees phone and remove any photos and they refused. I believe it is extremely negligent to not disclose proper notice if your going to be having workers near my unit. As a citizen I feel extremely violated by Southwest Roofing and believe this privacy invasion should be recognized to the public. This company is extremely negligent and unprofessional. If you are a woman or have children beware of these peeping Toms!
