Best Building Repair in Phoenix AZ

When I first used them they were excellent. This time they were incredibly expensive and much of what they did had to be redone by others

The work was done in mid January.
We were having an issue with a new dryer we had bought. AZ Electrical Solutions fit us in within a day or two and did a great job. Their electrician was prompt and early at 7am. Found out that our dryer outlet was never installed into our breaker but he took care of it.
Definitely worth the price and would recommend to others.

We needed to have an electrical panel for one of our buildings replaced due to age-related component failure that knocked out power to one of our units, so we contacted Jeff with Phoenix Contracting to find the appropriate replacement. Jeff was right on top of his game all the way, from figuring out the load calculations, design parameters, submitting that data to SRP for approval, getting permits from the City of Chandler, all the way to installation and test. If we had any questions, he was always available to answer them with clarity. If there was any situation that might be a concern he always let us know, explaining in detail what he discovered. Jeff and his crew members, Mike, Gabriel and Salvadore were always very friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and professional all the way. Once they had all of the materials available to complete the job they arrived as scheduled, set up quickly and completed the installation within a two day period (!) with minimal down time for the affected apartments. I don't think I've ever seen any crew work that fast and accurately. The safety of their crew, our personnel and of the units was always a top priority. Especially important to us was that when they left the property after completion of the project it was cleaner than when they arrived. Nothing but professionalism all the way! Wang's service technician, Nathan Thomas, notified me what time he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done. The fee was more than reasonable and he would not accept a tip. I highly recommend his and Wang Electric Systems.

More about their drivers than their quality of work. Had a man named Joe swerve into my lane a couple of times almost causing me to crash, as I look into my rear view mirror he was in two lanes behind me. I never like to call businesses but I wanted to get his plate number and he slows down almost stopping traffic so I don’t do so.

We have used many electrical contractors in the past, but AZ State Electric is by far the best electricians we have sub contracted to. We do both commercial and residential and these guys know their stuff. Mario is awesome and a master at electrical. We would highly recommend these guys, and do all the time!

Technician came to my workplace and didnt want to replace a breaker that was faulty. Poor service

If there was a zero star this company would get it. We hired Rick to do the electrical on a remodel. He said him and his son would be performing the work themselves. Ricks initial quote for the job doubled once he began the project. Rick hired the work out. We failed the inspection because his guy buried live wires in the wall, left live wires buried in the ceiling and did a very poor job. Magnum Electric is a scam. He shouldn't be in business. Beware. He is a good salesman but will leave the job incomplete with the homeowner scrambling to fix his mess.

They came did the job and cleaned it better then when they got there I was amazed by the work ethic they had really polite and well mannard most definitely recommend best work I've seen
