I had a guest’s truck leak oil all over the place and Tanya was really amazing & had their techs out the next morning! Carlos & Manny were super friendly and did a great job. They were even here early. Highly recommend!

We have been working with AZ Exterior Cleaning for a few years now and it has been a great experience! They have done an AMAZING job with power washing, oil and rust stain removal for homes that my office manages. They are always easy to communicate with and do a great job. We appreciate all that you do for us!

We wanted the exterior of our home cleaned and pressure washed, including the entry courtyrd. Their tech, Daniel, was knowledgable and efficient. We have a single story home but visible sections of the home extend well above the parapets. He was fine using our ladder to get on the flat roof and do these areas well.

As they predicted in their free quote, not all stains were removed with their soap and wash process, but the home looks much better.

Daniel mentioned the solar panels were quite dirty. Apparently they clean panels as well. We'll be working with them on this next.

AZ Exterior Cleaning pressure washed to clean and remove stains in our driveway, patio, and around our pool. Extremely prompt and professional! This is a job you don't want to do yourself - this company has highly skilled technicians and the right equipment. Well worth the money to do this at least once annually.

The office manager, Tanya, was very courteous and professional and went out of her way to meet our tight timeline. The service representative, Luke, was excellent. As a heavy duty truck repair facility, we have some vehicle come in with mud, tar, and other debris that gets left on our lot. From time to time, we have to clean up this stuff. We scheduled to have these folks sweep our lot a week in advance. We were excited they could get us in and did not need any additional advance notice more than one week. They person showed up a little late, but that happens given our location on the Gila Indian Reservation can be difficult to find if you have never been here before. The gentleman worked very hard while onsite and stayed on task. We appreciated the help given it was a coordinated effort to move all 100 vehicles offsite so the lot could be swept. He blew all misc debris to the center of our lot. I wished the sweeper had been able to pick up more of the loose gravel, but our lot looks a lot better with their help. Thanks for the hard work. We appreciate helping get everything cleaned up!

Tanya was helpful with scheduling a time for workers to come test a section before launching into a full day's work on our driveway. Ultimately, they could not remove the water stains on our brick entry so we paid for the initial visit and their time which was amiable.

My property looks AMAZING!!! my house has been collecting dirt and webs all summer and it was looking pretty dingy. AZ Exterior Cleaning power washed my house, and concrete and also cleaned my windows. Looks like new. Great service

I just bought a house and had a huge stain on the drive way. I used AZ Exterior Cleaning to remove it when the seller failed to. 98 to 99% of it was removed and I am 100% satisfied. I am a raving fan of AZ Exterior Cleaning.
