I think the employees are very well mannerd and answerd all my questions on the products they use which are really great they also are very detalied and even took the time to organize my products in my mater bathroom which i havnt had the time to do overall they do a great job and there products are not harsh at all and smell very wonderful my home has never smelled so good thank you for all your hard work hope to be having your services continue twice a month :)

I have a hectic schedule, flying in and out of Phoenix, and I often need to request a cleaning before my arrival or immediately after my departure. My contact at Arizona Cleaning has always been Sean. Sean has a professional attitude, and has always treated my family and me with the utmost respect. Typically, a cleaning will take place while I am away. However, within the past few years, I have been able to witness Sean and his team in action. To say that the team works like a “well oiled machine” is an understatement. Sean and his crew will arrive at the home, immediately proceed to their designated areas and start cleaning. Reflective of a good leader, Sean is not afraid to dig in and work along side the team. He also continually assesses the work being done and assists his colleagues when needed. The crew is very thorough, courteous and does an amazing job. There are a few times I have contacted Arizona Cleaning at the last minute, and they have always taken steps to try and accommodate me. If you are looking for an excellent company you can trust to clean your home, I highly recommend Arizona Cleaning!

My mother needed some assistance in cleaning her home. I went to Yelp to look for a reasonably priced cleaning crew with great reviews, and I'm so glad I found Wave! Today, Maria and her crew arrived at her condo, and two hours later, I had an extremely happy Mom on the phone! Everything was sparkling, the team was fantastic, and from an administrative standpoint, Wave was wonderful to deal with. Very responsive to all our needs, and I never waited more than a few hours for an email response. We've already scheduled her next cleaning, and she can't wait!

I have worked with Maid Brigade for 3 years and have been impressed with their work. The ladies do an outstanding job of cleaning our home from top to bottom and are happy to do anything additional you ask them to do. The office is helpful, friendly and responsive. a professional operation al around! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Kerry is the absolute best! I needed an emergency deep cleaning and a fellow mom recommended her services, spoke wonders of her so I decided to reach out. Luckily she was able to fit me in for the following morning and took care of all the areas that were bothering me, I was more than impressed with her work. She uses environmentally friendly products, she pays attention to detail, very cordial and her energy is contagious. I’ve hired other cleaning lady’s in the past and have never been as satisfied as I was with Kerry I will definitely be calling her again. They are very nice and professional

Molly maid is just OK. The first time they were at our house, one of the maids knocked one of my wife’s earrings off the wall and broke it. She said she would tell her boss and they would reimburse us and that never happened. It was a cheap earring so it wasn’t a big deal, just a lack of follow through. They also came to my house a few times and did a fantastic job. Then one time the quality went WAY down and they missed a lot of a basic things. They offered to come back and reclean those areas but we had company so we couldn’t accommodate them to come back. They ended up giving us $20 off our next cleaning.

Additionally, there’s not a lot of flexibility around scheduling. We worked with other cleaners where you could cancel a month if you needed to or reschedule, but they will not allow you to cancel without paying quite a bit extra on your next cleaning. Lastly they charge you an exorbitant amount for your first cleaning which is not something any other cleaning company has done to us.

We are very pleased with the services of Jolene and Kourtanie! It’s so nice to enjoy our clean home after they have been here. They are courteous, friendly, and respectful. Thanks to them for a job well done!

Anais and her partner arrived right on time. I was upset that the small windows in bedroom were not washed. The blinds were not cleaned. Floor in closet master bedroom was not washed. Ceiling fans were cleaned but not great. Chandelier in master bedroom
was still very dusty, I sprayed it to get it clean. Refrigerator not cleaned as they ran out of time. I worked along side them cleaning sliding door and window tracks. I also recleaned floors when they left. The grout was still pretty dirty. My trick is to soak the floors with bleach water on the grout and mop after half hour or so. Thanks for showing up and doing an okay job.

I've wanted to start a cleaning service for some time but didn't really know where to start. My son uses MaidPro so I gave them a call. The person who answered was friendly and professional. I set up a service to clean once a month. I don't know why I waited so long! It was wonderful to have the house so clean and best part, I didn't lift a finger. Tracy did a wonderful job, first a deep cleaning and then back for regular service. She really got the place looking great. I felt happy to know Tracy would be the same person who came regularly. I was so thrilled that I changed from monthly to bi monthly. Loving it!!
