I had a leak in the ceiling and had to get up in the attic to be able to access the leak. It was a pinhole leak that was leaking pretty good and considered it an emergency so needed a plumber to come out that day to fix the problem. Called 2 other companies that couldn't make it out that day.. Thank Goodness I found Diamondback Plumbing! They were able to send out a plumber right away, that day, and got to the house in 30 minutes or less! Did not charge extra for being an emergency and was decent pricing. Dane was VERY friendly, and professional, got the job done right way! 5 out of 5 stars! Would highly recommend!

We recently remodeled our home from top to bottom. Wyman Plumbing and Mechanical installed new P-traps, shower fixtures, bathroom hardware, kitchen hardware, garbage disposal, relocated our main water manifold, trenched through our concrete floor in order to give us a toilet in our newly created powder room and more. It's an older home so a few surprises were found along the way. Remodeling your home is extremely stressful. Doug, Tamra and the gang went above and beyond to help this process not be stressful. The professionalism and customer service is unmatched. Special shout out to Skylar and Charles! You guys are the best!

We had an 18 year old system in our home and in AZ that’s a ticking time bomb. We decided to go with P&S to get them replaced and it’s been a pain ever since. We haven’t had so much trouble with A/C units in our lives since we’ve had them install one. They’ve been back multiple times with problems. The A/C unit gave out on us during the summer and while we were on vacation. Good thing the smart thermostat was working so we could be notified that our house was at 98 degrees. Took a few days to get that repaired. Sounded like shoddy workmanship since the install guys pinched a wire to the upstairs thermostat. They shorted out a thermostat and had to replace that. While they were there they mentioned that they’ll have to come back to finish the install on the furnace since the install guys didn’t finish. This was only 3 months into a brand new system. 7 months later it’s cold so we turned the furnace on and the upstairs fills with smoke and the smoke alarms are going off. We live in an older neighborhood and there are quite a few older systems around. P&S is not getting any new customers out here since the neighbors have seen P&S at our house for the 4th time in 9 months. Bad install apparently. Wonder if we got some lemons or the install team was on drugs during the install. Not sure what’s up but only two stars from us. Looks like we got all the Melvins at our house to do this install.P.S. the picture is the kind of workmanship you can expect

They are quick to respond, they do quality work, and they are cheap. I had a leaking pipe by my water meter, I called at 7:30 am they were at my house by 8:30 am, repaired by 9:15 am and very affordable. Phoenix Arizona.

Joe was very professional and did a very good job replacing the leaking facet in my backyard. i was surprised how efficiently he finished the job nicely. since i don't have the right pool for removing my refrigerator water filter. Joe was very kind and used his plumbing tool remove the water filter quickly. thanks, Joe.

Charity plumbing did an excellent job. They were attentive to our issue. They never gave up, until the the clog in our pipes was cleared at one of our business locations. Great Service! Found out my Heater was leaking and out so I called Water Heaters Only and got same day Service. Don (my technician) got here when he said he would and took exactly the amount of time he said he was going to take. Not only that, he showed up with everything he needed when in the past I have had other Co. show up and having to come back within 2 days because they didn't have what they needed. Not Don ! he had it all with him. Very happy with the service. We are up and running in two hours !!!

Travis came out for a clog I had which my sinks were draining slow and within an hour he got them working again, very clean and professional. Definitely will use Neel's plumbing again!

These guys very well might have been behind 9/11

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.
