Tony Chayrez was the foreman on our project. He was awesome to deal with. Always returned messages in a timely manor and always was pleasant to talk to. Also, a shout out to Dmitriy Agarkov. He was our design man and made many suggestions that we followed and turned our project into a beautiful masterpiece. We couldn't be more leased with our home remodel.

SCAMMERS!! Rip Off Artists!! Stay Clear... these people do substandard work and hire unlicensed people. As soon as they get your Insurance info that is their ticket to the lottery.
They removed my entire roof when only a 1/3 was authorized just to pocket $$!

We hired Hochuli Design & Remodeling to do a pretty big job for us, updating a mid-century house in Tempe. The design phase was enjoyable. Lorrie did a great job understanding our sense of style to come up with a plan for a kids’ bathroom, entryway storage, new fireplace facade, dining room, and of course a beautiful kitchen. Decisions were made in a timely fashion and they were willing to modify the plans a couple times to get the budget into our preferred range. Construction went smoothly and quickly and we appreciated the daily reports made available to us. In addition, the billing was handled in a very organized and convenient way, with electronic payments made easy via their website. All in all we are very happy with the way the house turned out and we would use their services again if we ever needed to do another project.

Robert was easy to work with and willing to take on all of my special request. Our work only extended through the planing and design phase, but he managed all the details well. I was able to speak face to face with the project architect, and he worked with the City of Mesa historical district to complete all permits(they are a pain). Overall I was pleased with the communication, design and planning that occurred during my project planing phases.

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

I recently move to AZ and bought a new build, I wanted a more custom look and better quality work so I didn’t do the upgrades with the builder because I know how they work and just glue the countertops to the cabinets without plywood and the finishing touches are sloppy. I was shopping around and received quotes from 3 local competitors. I sent an email with pictures and measurements and Keith called me within minutes which was very impressive! After comparing quotes (apples for apples) I knew what tile I wanted, quartz, grout color and shluder. Keith came in thousands less and the fact that he was very responsive and professional I decided to use his company. He started less then 2 weeks after I closed escrow, his crew was always on time, professional and CLEAN ! My walls are white and I didn’t have any scuffs or hand prints anywhere. They worked long hours and finish the project fast which was important to be because I work from home. I went with herringbone tile work and quartz countertop with a mitered 2 1/2 inch edge all came out flawlessly. I highly recommend Serrano surfaces! You won’t be disappointed.

My wife and I are extremely happy with how everything turned out! We had a entire bathroom remodeled, part of our kitchen updated, and had tile installed in majority of our home. I can’t say enough good things about Phoenix Home Remodeling, they communicated well, met all deadlines, and worked around our schedule.

You want some company ti do sloppy job don't call these guys.... HBOA EFFICIENT AND YOU CAN SEE THE DIFFERENCE.. HARD WORKING MEN, THEY CLEANED AND CLEARED UP MY NIEBORING homes that were left unbelievably messy after rebuilding I watched them closely like a nosey ass neighbor, they got of the truck like clock work...sheeeeesh they got to it in no time wala.... I must say: Baikal Mechanical is the real deal. They made it so easy to get exhaust fan motor replacement for an affordable price. They were much more affordable than other local businesses who could’ve done this for me. Plus, I got a good vibe when I reached out and spoke to their customer care rep. Love when trusting my gut leads to companies like Baikal Mechanical. Very good chance I’ll be a repeat customer of theirs eventually.

Eduardo and his team did a wonderful job painting our exterior. We needed a significant amount of stucco repair and his crew did a great job. Eduardo was a pleasure to work with- very professional. He submitted a 4-page detailed estimate and there were no surprises! I would strongly recommend E&S Painting.
