We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

I wanted enough natural light for all my plants and when Lorrie suggested extending the living area into the patio to make a sunroom, I was blown away by her ideas. Rob at Project Construction LLC has done a lot of high quality work for our real estate investment company here in Scottsdale. Before we met rob we had a few contractor nightmares but am happy to say that those are over and would highly recommend him for your job.

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

We made an appointment with Keith, to come give an estimate to remove old granite and replace with new quartz kitchen countertops. He was so friendly, helpful, funny and courteous. Keith’s estimate to do the work was much better than all others. Every time I had a question, I would either text or call Keith and he was willing to help right away. We decided to go ahead and choose our quartz slabs at MSI through Keith. The process was very simple and smooth. We even had enough quartz from our 2 slabs, so decided to add a new counter to a 2nd bath. Javier and two others came to do the demo and install, they worked quickly and efficiently and did a GREAT JOB. We are VERY pleased and HAPPY having our work done by Serrano’s Surfaces. Our countertops look FABULOUS. Thank you Keith and Javier for working with us. We will highly recommend you to all.

FHR Construction is currently working on my home remodeling.Oren is the owner of the company he’s doing outstanding job. He worked with us for about six months before we start the job and he was always there for us.him and his crew lead by Tony they are very clean and neat workers. Home builders services of Arizona is the best dam company that I can get efficient and clean yard when it's all sead and done and about what that guy said about sloppy jobs the only sopy job is the one he gives to earn that cash he is loosing how's the jaw feel slacker

Crew was very unreliable.. would not show up on Saturdays. Twice waited all day for them and never showed up. Finally work was completed. Discovered one tile not attached to floor. Called in 3 times. Made appointments for repair by Briana Light. On 3 different occasions they were no call no show. Very disappointed on your follow up service. I’m having to pay a different contractor to repair your work.
