He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. Even helped me out with their membership maintenance plan to help lower cost of repair and gave a lot of great advice since my AC unit is really old, highly recommend them!

Not 20 minutes later I got a call from their office and they cheerfully offered service the next day, a Saturday. I use Parker & Sons whenever I need electrical or plumbing help. They never fail to fully please me. I had an electrical issue at 3am on Christmas Eve a few years back. They came out immediately fixed everything and there was NO surcharge of any kind. Every employee is very friendly and they all know everything they are doing. Can't say enough!!

I shopped around for an annual service check for our heat pump split system. Liked the company philosophy of service to their customers. KJ's could come that day. Leonard was early, too. Polite and knowledgeable, he spent about 90 minutes going through the check points explaining all the readings. I am well satisfied with the service and fair pricing.

I can't say enough good things about these folks. They came out quickly to help us when we were in a pinch. They could have taken complete advantage of us and our situation but they didn't. They were friendly, homest, fair and bent over backwards to help us out. They have now become our go to company for anything that ever goes wrong with the plumbing in our home. Saw one of this companies vehicles driving dangerously on I-17 north bound today at 1:30PM

I've been using Scottsdale Air for some time now. Always easy to do business with, knowledgeable staff. I've used them for my business and home for my annual summer check up and when the systems failed. Good folks.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
