This housekeeping service is my favorite service because they do a good job cleaning and The owner Bruni is really nice Lady and really polite I hundred percent recommend and will definitely call them again !

I have used this company in the past to do standard cleaning and was happy with the service except for one time. THIS time I am VERY UNHAPPY! I scheduled a deep clean for $340 the staff showed up a little after 8am and were done a little after 10am. The kitchen was just a surface clean. The baseboards were not cleaned, the fans were not cleaned, under the raised entertainment center, raised couches and around the bar stools were left with food crumbs and a layer of dust. I specifically asked for that to be addressed. I feel like I should be refunded the whole amount they just down graded it to a standard clean that is NOT what I asked for! I will not be using them again!

The ladies were professional in doing a pre-holiday deep cleaning.
They got to all of the cleaning areas on the list and did a thorough job.
Our house smelled clean and fresh when they were done.

Leslie cleaned my AirBnB for the 1st time. When we talked over the phone, they gave me a window of time. Beacuse I it was the first time and I wanted to explain couple of things I asked for a narrower window, while I am still at the AirBnB and explained that I need to leave at certain time. She said no problem and cleaner will be at the time I requested. They did not show up on time and when I called to check, they said cleaner is delayed but can be on her way soon. We than talked few times and cleaner arriver 90 min late. She also did not complete the job and they needed to send another cleaner. This create an issue and stress and when I gave them feedback that I was disappointed, instead of taking responsibility ownership she said As we had previously mentioned our afternoon appt is within an arrival window. The reason I am giving 3 stars rather than 2 is that they did try to get someone and cleaning was OK (took a bit longer though than what I typically I had before).

I was nervous about having a new cleaner but honestly I feel like jennifer has done 100 xs better job with the details I need focused on then my last cleaner. I love how my house now feels fresh and really clean when she leaves.

We are in the process of selling our house, and I thought it would be nice to have “professional” cleaners come in and tidy the place up. The appointment was scheduled for Monday (5/13) and the cleaners were supposed to be there for five hours. They left a hour and a half early, which at the time I didn’t think much of it. Once I arrived to look at the “work” done I found the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, the kitchen floor hadn’t been swept or mopped, the kitchen cabinets that I paid extra for were not cleaned.. which left me wondering what they actually did for the time they were actually there. On the plus the managed to clean the fridge and oven but even those had soap stains.

I called and told Maria what I previously mentioned and she assured someone else would come out and clean up what was missed. They would come out Tuesday morning to get this taken care of. Tuesday afternoon I go to the house and find again the kitchen floor hasn’t been swept or mopped, and the cabinets haven’t been cleaned. I paid $450 for these services... I shouldn’t have to check their work or follow up repeatedly to get the services I am paying for.

I called Maria on Tuesday night and advised I didn’t want them to come back. I would clean the remaining items myself as I can’t keep stopping potential buyers from looking at the house because they can’t do the job I hired them for. Oh yes, to add insult to the whole situation we had folks wanting to look at our house but because of them we had to turn them down. Their response to this whole situation was we will take $45.00 off the total bill.

At the end of the day I paid a total of $405 and I get to go to my house and clean the cabinets, sweep and mop the kitchen floor when I hired them to take care of this for me. $45 dollars doesn’t even cover the hassle of dealing with this nonsense. I shouldn’t have to stand over you to get things completed. The items I paid for were on the contract I signed... apparently giving their maids a list of things to do is hard. Let’s see if I even get the $45 back because their work ethic wasn’t honest, how could anything else be?

This business is amazing! I recently had my apt deep cleaned by this company, and it was worth every penny!! They cleaned things I would never have even thought to clean! 3/26/2022.. I would just like to reiterate the terrific service I received from Angie & Trinity this week. I have been laid up with a knee replacement and not able to do much in the way of cleaning. The 2 made my house sparkle and feel clean again! I am so grateful for their services!!

After having an insulation disaster when a gentleman stepped through the ceiling of our dining room while a new air conditioner was being installed, we needed to have a deep cleaning done of most of our home. Team 6 was absolutely amazing. They arrived on time and made our home sparkle like a new model home in 4.5 hours. They even made a bow out of toilet tissue in the bathrooms and a fan in an envelope fold on the paper towel roll in the kitchen. I highly recommend this cleaning company
