We’ve used Wave many times. Our most recent cleaning by Sara was extra amazing. Her attention to detail was phenomenal. She was on time. We’ve requested her for future cleanings. She asked when she had questions about how or what we were antes worked on. She didn’t like how our tile cleaned the first time so she mopped it a second.

I appreciate the attention to detail and responsiveness of the ladies to keep my home clean.

Team 4 (Guille and Celia) did a great job and we so appreciate their efforts. We have used Maid Brigade for several years and find all the teams professional and responsive....but Team 4 is our favorite! I had to reschedule a couple times but all it took was a quick phone call to Elizabeth and it was accomplished quickly and easily. Thanks!!

The Ramirez House Cleaning team did a great job! I just purchased a home and they made it feel ready to move in. They were on time to the appt and were very efficient with their time. They were also great at communication. I would highly recommend them for your cleaning needs!

Had team cone out a month ago and they did amazing job. New team came out yesterday they did horrible job skipped so many area. Picture frames were not dusted, tv was streaked but not complete, top of desk was just swished and could see where they wiped. And where they didn’t, lights in master bathroom not wiped, hall light fixtures not wiped, door frames not done, picture frames on shelves not done list goes on. There were in too much of a hurry. Called company and they would send same team out, but I’m not interested. If they couldn’t do it right the first time I have no confidence they can do it at al. I have asked for refund, $228, and now being ghosted. Not very professional, should do it right the first time.

I have used Special Ops twice now for move-out cleaning. I have received my FULL deposit back both times, which is hard to do. Well worth the money! They do everything, top to bottom and do not miss anything. SPOTLESS!!

Where do I start.. this is the worst company I've experienced here in Arizona. I was quoted $350 at first, with two cleaners coming. The manager said it would take 4-6 hours to complete the cleaning. I asked for a $50 discount, and she said ok. On the day of cleaning, one cleaner arrived at 9:00, and the other one came at 9:40. I watched them clean, and there were many missing spots, so I had to do it myself. 2-3 hours passed, and they said they should leave since they are done with everything. I knew the second floor was not vacuumed nor mopped at all, and the hair and dust were everywhere. I asked them to fix it, and they seemed mad at me. I told them they were supposed to clean for at least 4 hours, but they said it is not. I asked the manager about it; she also was kind of angry at me, asking for the final lists I want them to do. I had to beg them to do everything that they should've done at first. In the end, they spent more than 30 minutes at my front yard doing nothing, just filling the time they are supposed to spend here. I wish I could give a lower rate. This is a total rip-off, and the future buyer should be aware. This company has a big big problem with their service quality and attitude.
