Receptionist was very rude and disrespectful

Overall great experience because some employees are fantastic. Melita, who scheduled the appointments was wonderful to deal with. Very professional, efficient and helpful. However, the guys that came and measured did not seem very skilled. When the next team came to install the windows, they adequately replaced three windows, but a fourth window was too large and they had to put the broken window back in until a new one could be ordered. They taped it with obvious blue tape. It was a front window and we were having a reception. I requested them to replace the tape with clear tape which they returned and did. Melita was very helpful getting this taken care of. This morning, more than a week later, the fourth window was replaced. Greg and his partner were very professional and helpful. They even went (without me saying anything) and checked the other windows and cleaned them up a bit just to make sure we were pleased. I would definitely use this company as long as I got Greg and his partner...and Melita was planning it.

Update 11/4/21: Its unfortunate that this company cannot take ownership of the fact that they made a mistake by their response here. They, in fact, did accomodate me by making a Saturday appointment - but forgot about it (as I have voicemails to backup my claim)!! So glad we didn't move forward with them.

When researching different companies for full window replacement in our home, I was excited by this company’s great reviews. Made an appointment for a quote one month in advance due to my tight work schedule. Called the night before my appointment to confirm. Glad that I did because my appointment was lost, the owner planned a trip to Vegas and no one else could come out to see me. Perhaps this company has great windows, but the service didn’t appear great. Needless to say this put a bad taste in my month and we moved onto a different company that has been extremely accommodating.

Bought a new house and needed to replace three widows. When I called, I was able to get a quick appointment. They came out, gave me a fair estimate and got the job done without issues. Great company!

Josiah and Brett were the installers of our two bathroom remodeling projects. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all of our concerns as the project progressed. They are very hard working, did an excellent job and always cleaned up after themselves each day. It was a pleasure having them working on our project.

We couldn't be happier! The experience from start to finish was superb. The salesman that came to the house was knowledgable and not pushy. He was able to answer all of our questions and supply a final cost on the spot! The wait time while the windows were made was a bit long but appently they had hit a very busy time.... Summer in Arizona, not too surprising. The salesman was correct, the Windows were ready for install almost exactly 8 weeks to the day. The install tech, Aaron called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He was extremely professional young man who clearly took pride in the job he was doing. He made sure that each of the techs competed the job to very high standards. He took the time to walk to each and every new window and ensure we were happy with the product and the installation. My home was left neat with each window washed and sparkling! I would highly recommend.

Referred by Milgard for a missing door track. Quick response and call back, easy pickup. Total out the door was $22 for the piece that another local Milgard affiliate quoted $118!

This is our second time using Illumination - a couple years ago to replace our windows and now to replace our front entry door and side exterior door. The team is great - from the sales staff, Rick and Anthony, to the installers. They provide the best value. I look forward to using them again in the future to replace our sliding patio doors.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

I put in that I was looking for windows and was called within the first hour. Very professional crew. I had been quoted out a few places and decided to go with them over a Home Depot and Lowe's since they are local. They were up front about the lead time and stayed in contact with me every time there was an update on my order.

I worked with Jeff and he was very knowledgeable and honest. I would absolutely recommend going with Optum. The Windows came with a warranty (that I hope I never have to use).

Great service from start to finish!

PCC is definitely a five-star company. I spoke with eight different roofing companies and received multi appraisals and after some extensive research decided to go with PCC for a roof replacement project. Sean came out to the house, he was very communicative about the materials he was going to use, the timelines, and a basic entire outline how he was going to approach and finish our roofing project. Let me say he wasn’t the cheapest, but it also wasn’t the most expensive. All things considered he was more than adequately priced- their pricing was downright fair. They loaded the roof with the materials, and as discussed - two days later they were started on the project. The crew showed up on time, they were relatively quiet, respectful, and very applied to what they were doing. The roof was done inside of two days and looks totally awesome. I was also done a week ahead of schedule. It was actually a quite pleasurable experience. The crew cleaned the property to the point where you couldn’t even tell they were there, a final walk-through was completed after the crew left by Sean’s brother. Avoid this company at all costs. Signed the contract with Trevor (even though I didn't like the high pressure technique) February 2020. It's now March 2021 & my house only has 3 of the 5 windows they were suppose to replace done. The 3 windows that were installed last year are subpar at best. One of the windows was clearly too small & they used a bunch of small wedges to make it centered & did a terrible job of sealing the gaps. The owner, Tammy, came out once in the summer & tried to say they wouldn't continue with any other windows being installed because my home had a roof leak!! But she told me not to worry because she knows a great roof guy! BUYER BEWARE when a window company is trying to sell you a new roof. This company is terrible. When they finally called to say they have the other 2 windows in stock they can't schedule the install until the last week of April 2021, literally 14 months after signing the contract. They never call back, customer service is non-existent & literally the new dual pane window they installed leaks more air than the original single pane 1990 window it replaced. Multiple times I've requested to just call it a wash & have them void the rest of the contract since they can't deliver on the windows & they refused. When I said how the new window installed was terrible Tammy said she'd have the window manufacturer get in contact with me, that never happened. Avoid this company at all costs.
