TSM roofing did an amazing job from start to finish. I contacted 3 companies to quote my 3.000 square foot roof. Tyler was the first to come out and give me a quote. When I compared all 3 quotes using the exact same materials Tyler’s TSM quote was significantly lower than the other two companies. Not only did the crew arrive on time to start the job but they had 8 or 9 guys on the job and and knocked it out in 2 and a half days. Two of my neighbors commented to me that their roofing contractor took a full week and they only had 3 or 4 guys on their crew. The foreman of the crew took pictures and showed me two areas where the wood was bad and needed to be replaced. I also had several broken tiles that were replaced. At the end of each day the crew cleaned up the area around the house. The office staff, Courtney and Carolyn were a pleasure to work with as well. I know three other people who have used TSM and all have had a great experience. I like knowing that I have a 20 year transferable warranty and I also like the idea of supporting a smaller, local family owned business rather than supporting one of the overpriced large companies. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TSM Roofing.

The whole crew from this company seemed highly skilled and aware of their duties in advance. Every one was working in a great coordination and their teamwork got the work done in a fast time. Our wooden roof is now restored completely and we are happy with the way it looks.

Very satisfied so far with Multipro Roof Soultions. They are actually re-roofing our home as I write this. Hayden Hobbs, our project manager has been thorough, professional and easy to deal with. He answers all of our detailed questions, and helped us through the insurance claim process after our roof was damaged a massive wind storm.

We had minor roof damage due to a microburst on January 25. We noticed some loose tiles on the roof so we called Clyde Hardacker and asked for an inspection. He came out the next day and inspected our roof. He found no problem as the tiles were from our neighbors. He did find some roof tip shingles loose so he replaced them right on the spot. The charge was minimal. He has done previous work for us, by replacing flat roof top on our patio and front door overhang. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future. Pat arrived promptly on time, a few minutes early truth be told. He could not have been more helpful and professional. He climbed on my roof and said almost immediately, Want to save a bunch of money? He then proceeded to point out that I simply needed to clean out some accumulated debris that had collected in area that drains off my roof. While on my roof he also reattached a couple of corner tiles that had fallen off during the recent storms. I'm not sure I ever had a more honest and helpful contractor at least well within recent memory. While I hope I never need their services, if the time ever comes again, I will begin and end my search for a roofing contractor with Pat Stapleton. Highly recommend!!!

I had these guys replace my skylight and 2 years later it's leaking. I went up to look and the foam around the skylight is cracked and flaking away.

After getting multiple quotes I found out there is a large crack extending away from the base of the skylight, It looks like they damaged my roof when removing the previous skylight and did poor patchwork on the repair.

Called for a review of our roof due a leak. Calling to schedule was easy and Nathan was on time. Nathan was very nice but couldnt figure out where the leak was exactly. He had ideas but wanted his colleague Brandon to come take a look. He said he would call Brandon with our info to come out and look for a second opinion. Following day no calls. I text Nathan and he said he would follow up. Friday still no calls. Therefore I called the main office who took a message and said they would get back to me. Again no calls. The experience started off positive but ended poorly with lack of call backs or assistance. At this point can not recommend this company.

Great experience with Sean and Team. Sean is very knowledgeable and uses the best products to assure the longevity of the product.
Roof looks great and I would recommend to get a quote from PCC for anyone looking to replace their roof.

Used Centrik to replace my entire roof, they replaced plywood, skylight, brought vents to code and the tile installation was first class- best roof in the neighborhood- family run company - they care about quality and their reputation!
