J. Miranda was so helpful and replied to our request right away! Called other places for emergency repair on our AC and they wouldn't be able to send someone for 3 days! Anyone who lives in AZ knows waiting that long is not an option especially during the summer! J. Miranda was friendly and took the time to explain what needed fixing. Will recommend! I cannot day enough good things about this company and Gabe. I had both units go down and Gabe came out on short notice and had them up and running in no time. He explained what he did and what was going on and was a straight shooter. Honesty and Integrity are huge qualities I value and Gabe and his company must have those as their core values and truly live by that motto. I have my HVAC company for life. Thanks Gabe!!!!

I heard about GreenID on the Arizona Midday show so I called them to do an energy audit. They sent Cory who was friendly, honest and trustworthy. He arrived with his name badge/inspection license and logo shirt. Along the way he would stop to show or educate me about something he found. He was very clean and careful not to make a mess. I provided my SRP electric usage history and he plugged that into his audit and prepared a wonderful presentation showing us the top recommendations for saving energy, and reducing dust on furniture. He took over 100 photos to show us the problem areas, so we felt confident what he was telling us is true. I was very thrilled with the energy audit experience and would highly recommend GreenID.

Scottsdale Air has excellent office help and expert field technicians. Our tech (we always ask for Scott) diagnoses the issues with our units... carefully informs us of his findings and what the 'fix' is... and takes care of the problem or maintenance. Having Scott come by is like having a visit from a good friend a couple of times a year. We love this company and would give them an even higher rating if it were offered.

Phenomenal service and professionalism! Very happy to have met Rhett yesterday as he helped our A/C get back up and running for our family.
