CBN Building Maintenance

I work for a Civil Construction Contractor. We contracted CBN to clean our field office in 2020. They were a very affordable solution for us in keeping our field office clean and sanitized every week during this Covid pandemic. They have been great at communication and fixed any issues we have brought up, which have been very minimal. We are now done with the job but will use them again if given the opportunity.

Thank you Bob and your team for creating an easy process to set up our account for weekly service. Bob came out and evaluated our needs and answered all of our questions. Security and trust were the most important factor when hiring a service and CBN Building Maintenance was an easy decision. The monthly fees are worth it and Kevin and I are pleased that we turned over the cleaning to them. We highly recommend them.

We have been using CBN as our building maintenance service for about 6 years. They always do a great job. I just had them wax and buff our tile floors last night and they came out absolutely fantastic! They are shinning like brand new. Great service all around!

CBN has been cleaning our medical office on a daily basis for the past three years. We have been happy with the services that they provide. Their staff have been trustworthy and reliable. In addition to the daily cleaning, we have them do our carpet and tile cleaning when needed. I give them 5 stars for their work and for their great communication when needed.

A few weeks ago I contacted CBN for a quote for janitorial services at our new office suite, as our lease did not include it.
Bob came out to meet with me, walked the suite, and sat down to thoroughly explain their methods, practices, and what makes them different.
After meeting with two other companies, and being ignored by two others, we opted to go with CBN. I emailed Bob to let him know, and we settled on a start date, a time to sign our agreement and deliver keys.

The first clean was last night, and this morning, it prompted me to send Bob the following via email:

I know your Ops Manager typically handles this, but I wanted to let you know personally...

WOW. Your team did a phenomenal job last night. I got in, wondered why my cords were slightly out of place, but didn't give it much thought. Then happened to notice that the glass counter was spotless - and I remembered they were here last night! I jumped up and dashed about the office to check it all out, and was blown away.

1. We had terrible, horrible janitorial service at our last office. Truly wretched.
2. I haven't been able to keep up with these folks in addition to my own work load, I'm no pro.
3. Our suite is cleaner right now than when we took occupancy.

I'm sure the team spent more time than anticipated here last night, because it required more of an initial clean than maintenance clean, BUT I am thrilled (and grateful) that they went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Seriously impressed, and confident we made the right choice with CBN.

We were paying one of our employees extra to do the cleaning. We switched to CBN about a year ago. They do a fantastic job. Our office is much cleaner for about the same money. Bob is always very available and quick to provide answers to any questions.

These guys do a great job! In just two weeks after hiring them, our building is looking in great shape again. Bob was very good at following up the next day after the carpet and tile were scrubbed to insure we were happy with the results. I highly recommend CBN.

Working with Bob, Rebecca and the crew was a great experience. They were easily accessible and their work was top notch. They were happy to take on extra projects as needed. The only reason we are no longer clients is that we sold the building. When we need janitorial service again the first person I call will be Bob and his company.

These guys are great! They are always checking in to see how things are going and making sure I'm happy with the results. I met with Bob a few months back and we sat down and he explained all the details to me, how things are done, when they will be done and why they do things the way they do. I work in a dental office and you can only imaging the things in the air, they use a hand held particle counter to make sure our air is super clean. He even has an MSDS book of everything they use! That's 1 less thing I have to worry about!! Pablo is great also, he stops by and checks out the office just making sure everything is in tip top shape. And if it isn't, I just make a quick call to Pablo and it fixed BY THE NEXT DAY!!!
I would (and have) recommend this group to anyone!

These guys are pros. Who else goes into the customer's facility a couple hours after the cleaning crew with an air particle counter to see if the crew did it's job? They are smart. They are professional.

Highly disappointed in the cleaning and customer service. They cleaners missed multiple items despite my communication with the company. Problems happened repeatedly and company did not take ownership of the problems no offer any kind of resolution. I would not recommend them.

Bob and his crew did a great job getting our office cleaned up and keeping it that way.

Excellent janitorial services, Bob and CBN staff are professionals and well experienced. Highly recommended
