We had a timing/delay issue but were serviced the next day. We were very pleased. The entire team is customer service focused--office staff to field workers. Brain P. was our inspector and our go to person for questions etc. Brian provided excellent communication and follow thru. Brian E. was our foundation technician--skilled, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Thank you for doing a super job for us.

Ociel came by my home to look over the stucco we wanted. I guess because our home is super small and built in 1925 he prejudged and felt that providing a quote would not be beneficial to him or company. He promised to give me a quote in the evening and did not. I followed up with him couple days later and asked if he had the quote, and chose to not respond back. Not professional, not a great way to earn business. If he could not do it whether it be because of the house, neighborhood, or just cant do it! Then a simple message back of letting me know would have sufficed. What a waste of time and what a shame to ignore customers.

Tim Mavis was awesome. Did a great job of informing me of everything, going over the survey results, walking the property and looking things over, giving suggestions on how to maintain my foundation so I don't have any issues in the future, etc. Would strongly recommend Ram Jack for anyone's foundation needs.
