Caveat Emptor! I was very disappointed that it took the salesman over 3 1/2 hours to provide a quote that was outrageously overpriced. I could remodel my entire house for what he quoted me which was $22K - $45K for 2 showers depending on which product I chose. The options were extremely limited, and I couldn't get everything I wanted even at $45K. Make sure you ask for an itemized quote and I would recommend never financing through their lender because I was quoted at least 8% APR with outstanding credit. Typical used-car salesman tactics of I can only offer you this price today. I was furious and absolutely hate this type of company. The overhead and markup offset any kind of discount they offered. I deal with contractors on a daily basis and none of them are this bad.

Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

Not on time. Had to wait to get the job finished. They had to come back to fix caulking that looked bad. Still have gaps in the caulking. Sent one person to do a at least two person job. For the price, not satisfied

Steve, our contractor, was wonderful. He texted every morning to let us know he was on his way, he always asked if we had any questions or issues, he was polite & professional, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Rebath

Their glass guy put in flawed glass and we can't get them to come fix it even though they keep saying they have the new glass. Paid a lot to have a sad looking me shower. Would not recommend them.

UPDATE: So glass company replaced one panel and it had a chip in it. Tried to buff out other flawed panel but was unable to make it look better. They also did not replace damaged hinge. Installers did not speak English so hard to communicate with them. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. Down to 1 star.

I had a Sales Consultant provide a quote on a small stucco job on January 18th. The consultant was nearly 2 hours late past HIS stated arrival time for the appointment. Upon reviewing the quote, it was nearly $700 more than the next “highest” bid. Needless to say, I did not go with TWD, as they obviously do not value the customer’s time or input. *Update* The owners are claiming to have time stamped photos. I have phone logs, showing the estimator didn’t arrive until nearly 2 hours after his stated arrival time. I got a phone call at 10:31 AM, saying he was on his was way (but didn’t actually arrive for nearly another 40 minutes as he “had to stop by the office”), so how is it possible for them to have time stamped photos of my house at 10:35?

My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. After a few months of searching for companies to restore my old grimy tub and not knowing where to look, I finally came across this company and the reviews looked great. I was convinced that these bath refinishing specialists were right for a job and I definitely do not regret it. They did a fabulous job. My bathtub looks brand new no signs of grime! I contacted Miracle Method to refinish bathtubs in a home after tenants moved out. As a Realtor, I work with a lot of contractors/trades, Miracle Method was one of the easiest I have worked with in a long time. They scheduled an in home consultation to refinish bathtubs in order to give me an idea of what would be needed in order for the refinishing to not only look the best, but also to last a long time. The estimator was on time and was able to provide me a quote on the spot. The price was fair, so we made a decision quickly and their office got us scheduled immediately. The job was started on time and completed on time. I highly recommend this company and would use them again. I listed before and after photos of the bathtub for reference.

My mom was in need of a repair on her porch after a storm last year. After many attempts at finding any kind of contractor I came across Tim Mesic and his company. I had Rhino Construction come in and add a backsplash to my kitchen. The finished work is just beautiful. The guys were pleasant, worked hard and did a great job of making sure they covered flooring/countertops. etc. while setting in the tile. Once done, they cleared up everything, even sweeping my floors. I work from home so they were considerate of that aspect and I would definitely hire the team again. From builder grade to Beautiful!

When we purchased our winter condo last year here in Tempe we wanted to update both of our bathrooms. We contacted Hochuli design company and got the ball rolling. We met with Scott & Lorrie only a week before we were to return to our summer home in Chicago. We were immediately impressed with their design showroom and them. With in a week they came out to our condo to walk through and understand our wants and ideas. After that we were under contract to have both bathrooms completely updated while we were back home in Illinois.

We had constant communication with our designer Amanda and contractor Martin. We felt a high level of trust allowing them to work in our condo while we were back home in Chicago.
They worked seamlessly with our building management and provided us with daily updates on the progress through the computer program Buildertrend. In fact having the daily updates with photos was like living through the construction without any of the dust! The preparation to prepare our condo for demo and construction was unbelievable! Plastic walls, heavy duty flooring protection etc. Their timeline for the project was accurate and they worked within our budget. We are more than happy with the results and would easily recommend Hochuli design & remodeling team to anyone who wants to take their project from builder grade to beautiful.
