Re-Bath and Kitchens

We had a small bathroom redone recently and it was easy! Everything was done as expected within 9 business days. (Only waiting for custom shower glass.) The head worker, Clay, was great...so neat and orderly. Any question I had was answered quickly by text or phone. To gain more counter space in a single user bath, we went down from two sinks to one and live the change. Also, removed tub for walk in shower.

Everyone we dealt with was very professional and did great work. The designer JR was very patient and attentive to all our needs. Antonio did the demolition, was very professional and did a great job cleaning up the mess. Dylan who did the remodel was great at keeping us informed as things progressed and constantly made sure we were happy with the work he was doing. We had a few issues along the way but every concern was addressed and resolved to our satisfaction. A very special thank you to Tony who handled the permit issues. He went above and beyond to take care of a permit problem. I commend Re-Bath for having such a great work crew. We highly recommend Re-Bath and Kitchens and wouldn't hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

We had a very old, ugly sunken bathtub/shower from the 70's in our main bathroom and the tile was in bad shape. Our Re-Bath installer, Kyle, did a fantastic job removing everything, raising and leveling the floor and changing the plumbing to prep for our new walk in shower. He installed our new white and bright shower in exactly the time frame we were given. He explained everything he would be doing each day and made sure we were given options for placement of the fixtures and hardware. We had Re-Bath do a shower remodel, converting a traditional walk in shower with two built-in benches to a handicap accessible shower with no built-in benches. I was very impressed with Blaine, the installer. He was always on time, very professional, and answered every question. He has a wonderful sense of humor and is very personable. Everything was covered, including the floors, before starting. At the end of every day, the place was immaculately cleaned. He listened to the individual who will be using the shower, making sure every shelf, grab bar, and the shower head itself was positioned to make it easily accessible to her. The work was completed in only two days. Before leaving, he showed the individual how everything functioned. She is very pleased with the shower. I was exceptionally pleased with Blaine's work ethic, showing the utmost concern for the individual who will use the shower. He did not just rush through, as sadly many workers do nowadays, but took the time to make everything just right. I hired Re-Bath and Kitchens for the removal and replacement of my guest and master bathroom vanities, countertops and faucets as well as hanging 3 vanity mirrors and a small drywall repair in my guest bedroom.This was the second time I hired Re-Bath for projects in my home. I was so impressed, and still am, with the first job they did that I was excited to have them back.Caleb Wilkins was great! The job from start to finish, was done by a professional in a professional manner. The installer was at the top of his game.He kept us informed at each phase of constructionThere was never any surprise, or concern, during while the work was ongoing. We have used this company before. So it's was a comfortable fit to be a repeat customer. In the final phase of construction, there was a visit by the production manager and design consultant. Starting with the design consultant picking the right person for construction,by production manager,it all came together like a well done and thought out process. Well done!!

We did a total bathroom remodel and I am ecstatic over the results! It looks so good and Cameron walked us through every step. He also finished 4 days early!

Gabe did a great job remodeling our bathroom. The demolition was quick and clean. He created a large walk-in shower, built a new vanity, replaced the toilet and replaced the floor. Every day he communicated what time he would arrive and at the end of the day he reviewed his progress. The logistics were great - the inspector and the glass installer both arrived right when they were needed. The job was completed within the predicted time frame and cleanup was thorough. One set of vanity lights was broken and Gabe returned a week later to replace them. Overall, a great experience. We love the new bathroom. Highly recommend.

Full remodel of master and guest bathrooms including filling a Roman tub and complicated honeycomb tile. Very well done overall. Jason P was a very talented and dedicated primary project manager. He clearly cares about the client and puts extra effort into making the execution beautiful and functional. Trustworthy and reliable. Eric S was another individual who stood out among the various workers as someone who is invested in seeing the project come to fruition in a creative and efficient manner. Highly recommend, particularly if you’re able to secure one of the above named individuals as part of your working team. Communication on point for Jason and Eric with the client. Would use again but not sure they’d want me as I tend toward high maintenance and finicky.

We couldn’t be happier with our master bath remodeling. Luis did excellent work replacing our fiberglass shower with a beautiful stone surface and pretty accents. The sinks and countertops are also beautiful. He was meticulous with detail and very accommodating when we wanted to make a few adjustments to the original plan. He was always on time, cheerful and helpful. He even gladly installed the medicine cabinets and shelf we purchased separately, at no additional charge. Our salesman, Jim, was also excellent, helping us choose just the right products to suit our style. Project manager Chad was also extremely responsive and helpful. Re-bath provided us with a very satisfying experience.

Had our 1970’s bathtub/shower replaced with a new walk-in shower along with a new drain and copper. Our tech Jeff did an outstanding job for us through-out the process. Brandon installed our new shower and was nothing short of wonderful. He was very professional, courteous and respectful, he was even sweet to my dog. No problems with RE-Bath. Our guest bath needed a remodel. The representative came on time, was knowledgeable, no high pressure sales pitch. We felt the quote was fair and in our price range. They gave us an install date.They were on time, said it was a 3 day job and that was exactly what it took to complete. The workers were great, took extra care to cover floors and they kept the dust to minimum. The products used were major company quality.I would definitely use RE-BATH and Kitchens again for the job.

Our sales rep Kevin was extremely helpful, really worked with us to get the final numbers closer to our budget and was the least pushy tub-to-shower remodel salesperson we spoke to. Jordan and Zach did an excellent job remodeling our two showers. They were courteous, communicative, on time when they said they would be there and took great care in remodeling. They were always on time and got done that day what they said they would do. We had a very good tech. He always cleaned up and he was very precise on his work. He needed some help with the shower pan since it weighed about 300 lbs and when he installed the shower wall panels that were 8’ x 4’.The tech was very professional and he had great work ethics.

Gabe and Caleb took out my 40 year old tub and turned into a walk in shower and then replaced my other tub. We had a new shower enclosure and shower door installed by Re- bath more than 12 years ago and a 3” crack developed at the bottom of one of the panels. We contacted Dru Lammle at Re-Bath and he scheduled a technician to review. Turns out it was a crack but the shower wall material was no longer available so they replaced the entire shower panels under the lifetime warranty. We were very impressed with Re-Bath’s commitment to their warranty. We are very happy with Re-Bath and Service Advisor Dru’s communication thru the process. Installer Josh Coffee did a great job with the removal and replacement of the shower panels. Thank you Re- Bath.

So let me start by saying I did not end up hiring the company as it absolutely did NOT fit in my budget!I called for a quote and Kevin came out the very next day. He was 5 minutes early and a pleasant, nice gentleman. I have no issue with him at all. He did all he could for me.My issue is in the fact that it took 2 hours to get to the nitty-gritty, which is how much is this gonna cost? I was looking to have my very small (35sqft) master bathroom remodeled. We went through all the slide shows about how great the company is, the A+ rating they have, and past customer reviews. All this is great, BUT I wanna know what I will PAY. We picked out all the fixtures, tile, paint, shower, everything!! After all this and 2 hours later he turns the computer around to show me a whooping $30,000 price tag!!!! Needless to say that was about 3X my budget. I just feel that when the consultation BEGINS the 1st thing that should be discussed is how much a person can comfortably spend. It would have saved us both 2 hours of our lives.I am also a #'s person, so I would have appreciated a price break down as we were going along about what each item costs, for instance the light fixture, if it was to high I could have chosen a less expensive one, but you pretty much get what they pick for you.I had Re-Bath come out as I am a convenience person and wanted a one stop shop to get it all done at one time. And they absolutely provide this for you, but the cost was just to high for me.

We are so very, very happy with the complete bathroom remodel. Our 75 year old bathroom was literally falling apart, and Re-Bath, and most especially Cameron, has done an amazing job.This is our third remodel on our home, and it is the very first one where my wife is truly pleased with the outcome. Marcus performed a complete remodel of my kids’ bathroom; shower, floor tile, vanity and baseboards. He ran into some unpleasant structural surprises during the process but handled them quickly and efficiently so that he stayed on time with the project. He provided project updates, with pictures, at the end of each day on a group thread between myself and the company. I had a total bathroom remodel done and Josh did a wonderful job. He's very nice, professional and explained everything at the end of the job. He was great with little kids and our fur babies. I highly recommend Josh for any work.

The installer was wonderful, however the product fell short of what I was expecting in the shower surround. The quality of the material is a hard plastic and for what I paid (over paid) I was expecting more. I asked the company repeatedly before the job for a detail cost of the scope of work including commissions and I have yet to receive it and the job is done. I feel like they are just pulling a figure out of the air and pulling the wool over peoples eyes, especially seniors such as myself. The company had two whole months to provide the information and didn’t. They did however charge a large amount $11,000 to my HomeDepot credit card before the job began and I still owe a lot of money!

Rebath was the perfect company for our bathroom remodel job. They sent out a consultant to work with us bringing the samples of the materials to us. Our consultant was Mister Smith and he was wonderful. Our installer was Brandon Groninger and he was the best. Communication was great, very polite, very professional and had an exceptional work ethic! Our only complaint being the wrong vanity was brought out. It had our name on the box, but was not what we ordered. Had to re-order which will now be several weeks before the project is totally completed. Brandon went through all the work of installing the vanity sent to us so we at least can use that till the one we ordered is installed. This mistake was apparently from the custom-made cabinet company, not Re-Bath. Yes, we would highly recommend Re-Bath......and ask for Brandon!

Lani came out and made suggestions no other contractors did. She had fabulous options to choose from. We replaced a bath/ shower in one bathroom and chose a shower only in the other. The installer was professional, on time, and did impeccable work. We loved the communication and follow up.

Oh my goodness!! What a great job. We live in a house built in 1939 and Ray was met with many challenges to completely renovated our master bathroom. He did a spectacular job and always wore smile.

An excellent crew foreman, Blaine Roth, worked to get job done to our satisfaction and within allotted time even though a major plumbing issue interrupted the contract schedule. A change to the shower head and its pipe took several days to resolve and should have been predicted at beginning of project.

The bathroom remodel was very well done. Josh, the installer was courteous, polite, organized and always on time. Cleaned the area before leaving for the day.

Shower installation and take out old bathtub. The installer was very polite, respectful, clean, spoke English. He gave me updates throughout the day, arrive time and when he left, since I was not home during dismantle day. It took 2 days just like they said it would be. We had a shower that was leaking and was dark and ugly! We had re-bath take down a wall and cabinets to open up the room and it look’s beautiful now! Exceptional experience. We had an old bathtub removed and a new shower installed. Jeff was very professional, kept us informed throughout the whole process, made sure we were happy with everything and when the job was done made sure everything was clean. Wouldn’t go with anyone else and would request Jeff.

Started job ahead of schedule, products installed great quality. Their estimator David Molina very informative and helpful. The installer Jeff mulbaurer very personable, professional and did an awesome remodel of our bathroom. The window is still on backorder but the company is doing their best to hurry up delivery and installation.

Hired them for 2 full bathroom remodels. Our tech, Brett was awesome. He showed up early every morning and had great communication skills. He cleaned up well and took care as if he was in his own home. We had issues with fabrication and some other issues that resulted in the project to be delayed by 1 full month. Not happy about that or how management handled it especially with them hounding us every day after the project should have been done to demand payment. So frustrating cuz the job wasn't complete but they tried to push for it. Job was very expensive and well above other quotes but we went with them because we were promised a dedicated guy to work with and good communication which they held up through their tech but not so much on the management/office side as follow through and expectation setting could be improved.

The service provided was removal of existing walk-in shower and glass doors, and replacement with the reBath shower and doors. Aaron Phillips was our provider. He was very professional , timely, courteous, thorough, and skilled in every aspect of the project. His rating is 10/10 !! The materials seem to be very high quality. Our room looks so much brighter now.

The response time between my request for quote and the actual job bid was within 7 days. They started work earlier than they originally planned and the job was finished within the contract timeframe. We discovered a water leak in our master bathroom and were told the entire shower needed to be replaced. After searching for a few months for someone that could do the repairs, we had Rebath stop by and give us a quote. Carolina was thorough, on time, responsive and truly took the time to help us pick what we wanted and get us the financing needed to.pay for the project, which was painless! Though the price was higher than we wanted to pay, just because the expense wasn't expected, but we knew the product that was being offer was above and beyond its competition. After signing all the paperwork, we were given a 6-8 weeks time frame on when the project would start, but Rebath notified us quickly thereafter that the project was going to start ahead of schedule. Before the work began, Rebath notified us the project team (with pictures of the team!) and completion ETA. Cody showed up on time everyday, kept us informed on the progress (pictures again!), was polite (covered our floors to minimize tracking dirt dust and debris, and thoughtful about our two nerve wrecked pups), and finished the project on time. We are INCREDIBLY happy with the final product (better than we could ever hope for!) and we are extremely thankful for the painless and perfect process Rebath did to get our bath fixed the right way, by a reputable company. Rebath tore out my old 70's shower and ugly tile floor and replaced them with exactly what I was looking for. From initial consultation to finished product everyone listened to my needs, didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want or need and everyone explained everything every step of the way. I had a shower make over in my master bedroom. Raymond Diaz was very professional from the start. He arrived on time daily. He executed the removal of existing shower, removal of toilet and flooring, tile and carpet...and more. Always clean, courteous and explained what he would try to accomplish that day. Each day when Raymond left, he cleaned up any mess and prepped for the following day. Raymond listens and then executes the plan! WOW! What a great experience it was having Re-Bath remodel our guest bathroom. From the consultation to the completion of the project! The designer, Jim Blackburn, was very helpful with putting the material samples together so that we could see what we liked. He set my phone up with an app that would allow me to communicate directly with the whole crew that was working on the job. I received introduction texts from the team that would be coming to my home so when they knocked on my door I already knew them! Our project technician, Andrew was such a delight to work with. He is very professional, very personable and he takes great pride in his work. Right before he was finished I noticed that the counter top was not what I thought I ordered. I called Jim and he came out to look and it was correct but I couldn't accept it. It didn't feel right. Jim told me it could be replaced with an additional charge and that didn't sit well at all with me. We talked some more, he made some phone calls and the counter top was replaced at no charge. To me, that is top notch customer service that is very rare these days. They were able to install (jumped through many hoops) it the next day. I have a beautiful guest bathroom and I have so much trust in Re-Bath to call them again to do our master bath. Thank you Re-Bath for quality, professionalism and outstanding customer service. The entire process was very nice. Everything was explained upfront, the group chat was very helpful and convenient. The entire project was completed earlier than expected. I had two bathtub/showers redone and was very happy with Brandon my installer. He was always on time, considerate of all my pets & aging mother in the home. The bathrooms look fabulous. It was expensive but I have peace of mind with the plumbing all being repaired. It adds value to my home and I can enjoy it for years to come.

5 stars to the whole team especially Nic and his team support Ray. We did two bathrooms one with a fully tear down and remodel. Nic did an amazing job!! Took his time made sure everything was done correctly and up to his high standards. He is detailed oriented, easy to approach when questions or concerns arise. He is friendly, professional and a true craftsman. He texted every morning and showed up on time. He and Ray went absolutely above all our expectations. This is our third house renovation and without a doubt the easiest and worry free time we have of had. We even had a family emergency and needed to leave town. My wife had no problems communicating or interacting with Nic and crew to keep the process moving via text and calls. We highly recommend this company and it’s people! I needed to replace my 35 year old bath tub with a walk in shower that was also compatible for my special needs son. Re Bath made the process extremely easy and worry-less. My installer, Jacob, was extremely professional and knowledgeable, always on time and never had any hiccups. The home was kept clean, and the job was done ahead of schedule. These guys are awesome. We had a tub to shower conversion done in our guest bathroom. A variety of workers were assigned to “oversee” our project, but the only person we saw throughout the installation was Jason. Never did any of his supervisors stop by to check on the project? He was an awesome, energetic, & very personable young man. His professionalism & knowledge in our project was superb! He was very tidy & prompt with his estimated length of project. Last day of installation is when it was discovered that the glass door inside box was incorrect. So we are now waiting for the company to reach out to us about a replacement door & when it might get installed????

The entire experience was as close to perfection as anything can be. Sales representative was attentive to my wishes. Communication from the office was timely and responsive. Demolition was done cleanly and carefully without any collateral damage. The work was done with only up-to-date quality materials. No inexpensive, cost saving products.Installer Justin is an artisan craftsman. He builds a warm friendly relationship with the customer and he checks with the customer before making any decision.If/when I have more work of this type done, I will go straight to Re-Bath.

We had 2 bathrooms remodeled and both have turned out amazing; we truly could not be any happier.We first met with Deborah Crawford to go over what we wanted to happen and to pick out our new bathroom items. She was very knowledgeable about the products and was patient with us to the end. Her suggestion of the Cobalt Blue vanity was spot on. She even swung by to take a peek at the progress.Our Remodel Technician, Cody Jett-Logan, did such a fantastic job on everything. His attention to detail fit perfectly with mine, making it all look wonderful. The grab bars in both showers are at the same height, as are the shower heads to name a few examples which are details I take notice of. He made sure to cover all work areas and then made sure all was cleaned up before leaving each day. Any issues he came up against were brought to our attention immediately, and he always had a solution. He is very professional and courteous, and his work shows his knowledge and expertise. Our project got extended by 2 days, but that is due to having a 50 yr old house (plumbing). I totally appreciate Cody taking the time to do the job correctly and not rushing to meet a deadline. Cody kept in daily contact with us, from arrival times to pictures and updates on progress. We never had to reach out or ask a lot of questions.First bath had a tub removed and a walk-in shower with glass doors installed. Single piece walls with corner shelves replaced tile & grout and had the shower head raised 20 inches so everyone in the house can enjoy it without having to bend down. Both the toilet and vanity were replaced; my Cobalt Blue vanity looks so good against my Fuji Blue walls (think tropical). A recessed medicine cabinet was removed and filled in since the vanity has drawers. Brushed nickel fixtures and new baseboards finished off the hall bath.In the master bath, the 3/4 shower now has floor to ceiling walls and new basin, replacing tile and grout walls and basin. The vanity was replaced as was the flooring and baseboards. There was a recessed medicine cabinet in here as well that was removed and the hole filled in. Bronze fixtures round out the finishing of the master bath. Just let me tell you, floor to ceiling walls make my walk-in shower look so much bigger! We love it, we love the hall bath. We just finished our master bathroom remodel with Re-Bath. From the beginning we were looking for someone who could complete the remodel in a timely manner and re-create a beautiful, updated bathroom. Re-bath did just that. Deborah assisted us with the initial consultation, choosing materials and designing a beautiful bathroom. Once the remodel began, Gabe put it all together with stunning results. We were very impressed throughout the whole project with his communication, daily updates and efficient work of the project. After a few days we looked forward to Gabe arriving in the morning and seeing his great work as the project moved along. Gabe was always extremely professional, knowledgeable and completed work of the highest standards with attention to every detail. The remodeling was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Everything that they said they would do was done. Our remodel tech Sam was very professional and did an excellent job all around. Fantastic. Each step of our guest bathroom re-modeling project, from design to completion, was described and moved forward as planned over about 4 days. The bathtub/shower was replaced with walk-in shower and sliding glass door. The toilet and counter top were both replaced. All the hardware was replaced as well. Matt did our remodel and was exemplary. He was on time, conscientious, communicated well, and worked hard. We could not have expected or asked for a better experience.

The sales presentation and initial install experience were fantastic. Deb (sales), Mason, and the other gentleman assigned to the install were both very professional and personable. The work performed was top notch.There was an issue with our glass shower door and frame being damaged during shipment. The frame and glass door had to be reordered of which took an additional month+. While I understood the glass door portion of the job was outsourced, I felt the communication on the status of the door was always initiated by me and not by the company.Overall, our experience was good. The quality of the product is fantastic. The installation was great. We love our shower!

Called rebath from newspaper ad and had a designer come to our home and go over what we wanted in the bethroom remodeling. After deciding what we wanted, established a date for work to be done.Workers arrived on time and started the destruction of the shower, old tub, and tile floor. Work was done in a VERY professional manner, with clean up done at the end of each day. The work lead was very professional and answered all of our questions whenever they came up. He was pleasant to work with, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful.Rebath was not the cheapest of the business we interviewed and also not the most expensive but I believe we received good value for the work done. I highly recommend the company and especially Jason Presz, the primary construction person.

I had already used rebath to do a primary sink and vanity. I was so pleased that I used them again for main bathroom replacing tile, plumbing and bathtub. Compared to those who just do a shell overexisting bathtub and walls, this is a better quality for just a little more money. Everything is new and better!! Plus their installers and customer communication is superior.

Ethan was was very professional and did a great job installing the bathtub. It only took two days to complete the job and he cleaned up everything after installation. I’m really pleased with their whole process from quoting to installation. They have a chat group where you can ask questions and get updates from them which was really nice because you knew exactly what to expect.

Eric is a friendly and very nice young man. He did a fantastic job and explained in detail the steps as he progressed. The tile is very professionally done. The trim and the shampoo box are a beautiful touch to the tub area. He took his time to be sure all is perfect. The countertop and faucet set are gorgeous. Very professionally installed as well. We are happy with the results.

Rebath did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Supply chain has only caused minor delays with glass delivery and installation. The job was done well, the cleanup was thorough and ongoing, they never left our place a mess. They were clear about when the water would be on and when it would be off, which was minimized for our convenience. Cameron was a good communicator, highly skilled, organized and very personable. We're going to miss having him about the place! Great job! We're very happy with our Rebath bathroom remodel!

I have waited a long time for this bathroom remodel and I have to say the finished product was worth the wait and exceeded my expectations. The employees were always courteous, professional and skilled in their area. Everything was transparent, from what they would be doing each day, when they would arrive, any problem areas and their suggestions for resolution. They listened to my concerns and responded immediately. I have chemical allergies and they were very careful about paying attention and letting me know when specific chemicals would be used. It was a very small bathroom and a real mess. Now I have a beautiful bathroom with a washer and dryer and more storage than I thought possible in such a small area. I am very pleased with the result and all the staff I worked with.

We had a great experience with Re-Bath which converted 2 tub/shower combos to stand alone showers. I agree with other client reviews that the design consultation had a slight sales pitch tone however, our consultant Colin was very concerned about getting us exactly what we wanted. Re-Bath had everything we were looking for to customize our showers and we opted for real stone vs Re-Bath’s formed acrylic (SSP). The cost was high but we expected that when we chose to go with a company that could manage the project from beginning to end.Ray Hernandez was the project manager and we met with him twice during the 3-week project. The real star was our installer, Brett Sherry. He is a master of his craft when it comes to tile work. His years of experience shows in the quality of the finished product. Not only did he do a stellar job laying out the tile in our showers but he was responsible for everything behind each shower - plumbing, waterproofing, and on the spot designing. These projects take time and Brett went over and above to ensure the project met our expectations such as the exact placement of the niches based on the size of the shampoo bottles we typically use.Brett reached out each morning via GroupMe (a group chat app that allowed everyone on the project to communicate in one place) giving me his ETA. At the end of each day, Brett posted pictures of the progress and briefly recapped the project using GroupMe. I communicated with Ray via GroupMe as well and he was very responsive.I’d recommend Re-Bath to others and if your project requires Brett’s skill set then lucky you. The convenience, quality and assurance the project would be done on time was worth the money we paid.

I went to Lowe’s to replace my old tub and shower walls. A rep from Re-Bath came to my house and thoroughly explained everything in great detail. He was very kind and courteous. Jason M. installed a walk in shower for me. He completed the job which was estimated to take 4 days in just 2 and did it so professionally. From the time he came to the time he left he was at work being exacting in the results--from demo to completed project. The shower is beautiful, each section fitting precisely with the next. Along the way, Jason explained each thing he was doing and thoroughly answered whatever questions I had. The experience I somewhat dreaded turned out to be not only successful, but a pleasant time as well.

Our technician was James McGee. He was very concerned about keeping noise & dust to a minimum. He explained each step along the way. He also helped us solve a problem we have had for 6 years! The end result is beautiful!

Our install technician Corey did do a phenomenal job. He was quick and professional. He was a pleasure to have around the house. The work he did is solid and looks great. I took one star off for the price. I think this cost way too much and there are much more affordable routes.

Our installer, Mason was very professional. He greeted us every morning, always asked for our input to be sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. This was especially important since it had been a few month since our design (which was our choice not a delay). Mason truly knows his stuff when it cams.to plumbing, drywall and installing the product. He even made sure my bench was exactly where I wanted it. If I had questions he never got defensive and made sure I was satisfied with his clarification. Thank you, Mason.

I originally met with Dustin Stamper regarding my tub-to-shower conversions in both bathrooms. He gave me detailed information on the conversion process and the best materials to be used. The work was actually done by Mark Leal, who did a wonderful job on both bathrooms keeping things neat and tidy in the process. He arrived on time each day and finished both bathrooms two and a half days earlier than the first estimate. Thank you, Mark, for doing such a great job! My new showers are beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with them! I plan to contact Re-Bath when I replace the counter tops in my kitchen.

Our remodel specialist, Jesus Suazo, was remarkable. He was prompt, kept in close contact, hit all of his time frames, kept a clean work site, and worked with us to make sure that everything was done the way we wanted. We had no concern about leaving the key for him while we were at work. The people who joined Jesus to work on the stucco and the demolition were the same caliber of workers. My experience with Re-Bath could not have been better. My two remodeled bathrooms are absolutely beautiful. My installer Doug put in two bathroom vanities which were extra work for him but he did everything joyfully with and with exceptional skill. Doug kept the workplace clean and was cordial and willing to answer questions and explain what he was doing. His first priority was to have a satisfied customer-- and he has one!

REBATH did a great job in remodeling our bathroom. Their sales representative (George Crider) came back in January, and helped us select the best combinations for what was essentially a complete gut job of our bathroom. The installer they sent out ( Mark Leal) was very experienced and professional, and really took pride in his work, and was a perfectionist in all his installs. He showed up every day on time, and finished ahead of schedule, even with some internal supply mixups. We could not be happier with the work done and are already saving up money so that REBATH can do our kitchen. The company has a quality product, but the real value is the experienced professionals like Mark Leal that they have working for them on installations.

The contractor Frank was amazing and went above and beyond. He was super respectful of the fact that I was working from home while he worked on the bathroom. The sales guy David was also really awesome and was so nice to my new rescue pup who was still coming out of her shell. Thats ultimately why I went with rebath even though other places were cheaper. I really appreciated the app they used to communicate. And I really liked that they had one guy doing all of the aspects of it, not 3 different contractors traipsing in and out of my house making it take longer like other remodeling places do.

Mason arrived promptly each day for our project. He removed a 1970s turquoise tub surround and toilet and installed a walk-in shower. Mason was meticulous in his work and did an impressively neat job with caulk and sealants where needed. He also did a great job of clean up each night. The shower unit is beautiful. Also, Mason was friendly, professional and very easy to have in our home for 3 days.Re-Bath’s communication with their clients and the quality of their products is good reason to recommend the company to others.

We decided to use Re-Bath to remodel our master shower. There was plenty of communication leading up to the job about who to expect and when. They even sent pictures of who would be coming out. At each step they checked in for placement of shower head and shelves. They were very clean while they worked. Put down cardboard and cloths to protect my flooring. At the end of each day they cleaned up the workspace and sent a progress photo. I was never out of the loop or surprised. They were nice and courteous. The installers were great communicators. They let us know when they would be here and did a great job. The manufacturer sent the wrong vanity they installed that so we would have the sink until new vanity arrived. Bathroom is done now and we are very pleased. This company goes out of it's way to please the customer. The installers are employed and trained by Rebath.

Absolutely amazing work by Josh on this massive kitchen remodel. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. The remodel included removing a load bearing wall, installing two beams, and completely redoing the kitchen all the way down to the concrete. Phenomenal work, I would highly highly recommend.

The young man that did the work, Ethan Little, I believe his name was, was very nice, did his best to be helpful and out-of-the-way and respond to my requests. He seem to be very knowledgeable about what he was doing, and was done when he promised he would be. Mason went above and beyond securing and installing an extra strip of material to cover where the floor tile came up short by about half an inch. Installed new shower stall, and fixtures. Victor did the demo and Chris installed and finished the project on time dispite a slight delay with the plumbing inspection. Both gentlemen were clean, courteous and knowledgeable in the performance of their work. I willdefinitely use Re-Bath and Lowe's again for other remodeling projects and refer them to friends and neighbors.

The technicians were very professional and very pleasant to work with. They did an excellent job and the shower looks great.My only issue was the lack of timely communication before the project was started. I would have preferred to be kept more in the loop about the process.But I couldn't be more happy with the technicians and the work they performed.Thank you all!

My bathroom was in dire need or a remodel as the previous owner had let it get into a poor state. The Re-Bath consultant was very friendly and knowledgeable, and there was a good variety of options. The installers were also courteous and explained what they were doing as they went.The overall result was good, though there were a few minor issues. The caulking in the corners looks a little rough, and the water control handle was not secure so I had to remove it and reinstall it. There was a small gap between the wall and the spout which I could not resolve. I contacted them and waited a week with no reply and had to reach out again. The original installer came out and resolved it with a silicone sealant.Issues aside, I feel that Re-Bath did a good job with the remodel.

From the begining to the end of the project everyone was there.They built both of my showers from scratch. They were both perfectional and clean. They were always letting me know where they were on the project and a time line to finish. They went through everthing they did and instructed me on how things worked. He showed up on time every day and cleaned up at the end of the day. He did a fantastic job on the tile and installing the glass panels, and even installed the hooks on the bathroom doors. Re-Bath master bath conversionWe recently had our master bathroom garden bathtub/shower combination converted to a walk in shower by Re-Bath.The project was extensive that included tile replacement, baseboards, toilet replacement as well as major plumbing work. All this was accomplished by one man in a week. The craftsman, Johnny M. was exemplary, highly skilled in all trades. Johnny was always on time, highly respectful to both myself and my wife, he never made us feel we were wasting his time with questions and his work was top shelf all the way. The remodel turned out beautiful.All other aspects of the experience were good from sales to the office staff. I highly recommend this company.

My husband and I had our master bathroom completely remodeled. While expensive, the quality of work and professionalism was amazing. The project manager, Omar, was very diligent with responding to phone calls regarding questions we had during the process. The remodeling specialist, Moroni, was absolutely amazing. Besides the demolition day, Mo did the entire project by himself and his workmanship and attention to detail is spectacular. Our new bathroom looks like it could be a page taken out of a catalog.

Just finished with our bathroom remodel. Tub removal with shower replacement. Our installers (Johnny and Cameron) were very professional and meticulous. We are extremely pleased with the finished job. The product (SSP) seems very durable, but with the warranty and insurance included, really put our mind at ease that much more.I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends or family.

I will start of by saying that prior to us selecting ReBath for our bathroom remodeling we had other companies come out to give us estimates. The first company that came to our house was a horrible experience with an unprepared employee. He didn’t even have a measuring tape in hand or anything to take notes but did give us a quote somehow with in 15min. Another company came by and the person didn’t even seem interested in the job she took 5 min to walk through the bathrooms and give us a price and let me say we had two bathrooms to fully remodel. Then on a Saturday morning Deborah Crawford walked through our door with a smile on her face. After the walkthrough she asked for a few minutes to see the bathrooms and take some notes. To our surprise she came sat down with us with a full drawing of our bathrooms and asked us to give her our vision with details materials and wishes after that she went out to her car and came in with all the samples you can think of. It was such a pleasant experience we felt she had our best interest in mind and was never in a hurry even though I am sure she had several other appointments to attend to. The level of attention to detail and honest suggestions she made along the way sold us on ReBath. We patiently waited for our job to start knowing everything is taking longer at the moment and they had set the right expectations. Once the job started the communication they had with us over every detail was outstanding. We had Rumualdo as our head installer and we are so thankful we did. His work is outstanding! He was in our house for three weeks and we have nothing but great things to say about him. Working with Re-Bath helped bring us the bathroom we wanted. One of the first points made by their salesman was that one person would be doing all the work. This was huge to us since we didn't have to try and find a bathroom person, drywall person, plumber, etc. It took 9 days to complete + 2 weeks roughly to get our custom glass installed. Completely worth it. They updated us daily on an app and even showed pictures. They cleaned up daily and let us know when we could or couldn't walk on the floor. The toughest part of everything... picking out exactly what to want. They have a lot of selections that would look great in a lot of bathrooms. Really happy with their work. Would contact them again for another bathroom job.

Johnny was absolutely amazing! He walked us through the remodel step by step, always attentive and never stopped while he was at the house working. This job was changing the tub to a shower and replacing a wall-mounted toilet for above-grade water pipes, which are common in Del Webb residences. The job was 5 days with Jesus - after cleaning up at the end of each day, he invited us to see & explain the work done. He was quality conscious and did a great job. We sure commend him for his excellent personal skills. A pleasure to work with.

My experience with Re-Bath was fantastic! Adrian was incredibly organized and communicated with me before, during and after my project was finished so I was always aware of what was happening. Even if there was a hiccup, I was alerted immediately and the issue was solved within 2 days.
