I received estimates from several companies. I went with Home Concepts because they do not contract out their installers. Also, I felt comfortable working with a family owned and operated Arizona business.

The estimator was professional and thorough in describing the work necessary to complete the job. 50% of the job price was collected at signing of contract. Product came in on time. Crews scheduled time that worked for us. Advised project could take a full day and part of a second. Crews arrived on day of installed at time we agreed on. They were respectful of our furnishings and property. Throughout the project they asked us to provide input on aspects that were variable and it was nice to be included. Project was completed by 3 pm on the 1st day and looked very professional and just as we imagined it would. The crews were positive, upbeat and pleasant to have around. My shower went from functional and ok to WOW in 2 days! Installer was on time, super friendly and unlike so many contractors, cleaned up between day 1 and day 2 and left our home clean when he left. The service and product are truly superior. I highly recommend Home Concepts!!

This company is great. My parents purchased a house with only one bathroom and needed to convert the tub due to my mom's handicap. They had 6 different companies in to bid and this company was by far the best. My parents hired them and they couldn't be more pleased. The tub looks great and really needs my parent's needs. The tech came out and did a fantastic job explaining the company, and how the product works, and he made things so easy and simple, which was just what I needed. Another thing that was great was that the owner of the company has vast experience remodeling bathrooms, so they are so knowledgeable! We were able to remodel my bathroom in one day and I absolutely love it!

I received a courtesy call from Home Concepts that they would be at my home at 8:45am. They arrived on time and was represented by Tom and Kevin. I walked them into the bathroom where the walk-in shower would be installed. I was quoted by the sales associate that the project would take 1-2 days to complete. Six hours later, Tom and Kevin had completed the project. Upon arrival they asked where I wanted grab bars, shower controls etc. Half way through, they had me show them where I wanted to shelves positioned in conjunction with the seat. These gentleman worked quickly and remained absolutely focused on this project. They laid down protective cloths throughout the house from the front door to the bathroom. They cleaned up the entire area and replaced all the rugs in their original place. They then explained in detail about the features of my new walk-in shower. One thing that I and my wife really appreciated was as they were going in/out of the house Amazon delivered some heavy packages. Because of our disabilities, they informed us that we had packages on the porch and they brought them into the house for us. How special is that. These gentleman worked nonstop and focused. If anyone reads this and is ever in the market for a walk-in shower; definitely give Home Concepts a call and don’t forget to ask for Tom and Kevin. They work so well together. Only 6 hours on this project and it is simply beautiful. I wish I could post a picture of my new walk-in shower. Just to let you know, I’m a disabled retired Marine veteran with a amputated leg.

We did a bath tub to shower conversion. The salesman was excellent in explaining the process. We were given a 12 week timeline and they installed in about 8 weeks. Larry came to the house and went over the entire project with me and left me feeling so comfortable that I called the next day to go ahead with the conversion of taking out my garden tub and installing a walk-in shower. Brian came to do the work and he was beyond fabulous. He worked long hours for two solid days to get it done before we went out of town. I had 2 bathrooms remodeled with Home Concepts. It was a very smooth process, not stressful at all which I appreciate. I had a consultation where someone came out to my home, they took measurements and asked for what I wanted. I got the estimate on the spot as well. Within weeks I had the first bathroom remodeled and it only took a day and a half. The second bathroom was completed soon after as well. There was an issue with the first bathroom remodel (not having cold water), but when the guy came out again for the second time he was able to quickly take care of the issue. They were professional and I just really love my showers!

I had a horrible experience with my shower/bath remodeling with home concept. The bathroom tub was delivered wrong type. The edge of the bathroom tub was not even out until I told them to fixed it. My old customized blind wouldn't fit in after the remodeling, and I was told that they will pay for the new blind I picked. However, they denied to pay for the whole cost of the blind after I had purchased it. The guy who supposed to fixed the edge of the bathroom was so hard to get hold of, and kept forgetting my app. The whole remodeling process is very frustrating and expensive. Please do not use this company. You will regret it.

A few hours later I had a phone call from Luxury Bath and met with the owner of Home Concepts Custom Remodeling. After a friendly discussion we came to a mutual agreement about the quote, shower remodeling workscope and timing. When remodeling is completed I will follow up with another review.

Although this remodelling did not start out as a five star review it at least ended as one. Had a remodelling scheduled with this company. Went two weeks longer than expected and was very frustrating to work with one member of their staff. At least at the end of the day the bathroom looks great, the owner personally came out to apologise about everything that went wrong on the job and made it right.

I felt very comfortable with the entire process from start to finish. They did a fantastic job.

I called this company and Shenay or Chenay (no clue how to spell her name). This employee did not want to give me an appointment without me being me (wife) present at the time of the visit. The reason they do this is because most of the time the wife is the one who tell the husband (or significant other) to move forward with the purchase of something expensive such as remodeling. I’m in sales and if someone is calling your company is because you are interest in working with you. She gave me a fake appointment because when we called to confirm we were not even in the schedule. The reason she did not schedule me was because I was not going to be home and in order for them to visit; husband and wife have to be in the house.

This company remodeled and replaced 2 bathroom showers and did an excellent job! Professional, on time, very accommodating and excellent work.

Bad Company said we won some certificates at the home show for 1,500 off scheduled for Saturday they never called to confirm I called them said they weren't going to be able to make it very poor company I would not suggest them to anybody if you can't make it to schedule the work how can you make it to do the work bunch of BS, owner called back prior to his response sounded partially drunk asking what he could do to make it right I told them they should have scheduled correctly and made it out to the appointment they told me somebody was supposed to be having a baby not had a baby and they never told me that when it was scheduling this was when I called to complain and they didn't have me scheduled for Saturday they have me scheduled for Tuesday so the owner can say what he wants it's a bad company I've had a bad experience with them owner should not be calling people crying like that

Home Concepts provided a great technician to install a new shower floor, walls, and water fixtures with handicap features for my mother-in-law.
