Very rare to have a technician arrive on time for any type of home appointment but Joseph arrived earlier than expected, which was much appreciated! He explained the process beforehand and confirmed the pricing before doing any work. The finished product looks phenomenal! You can’t tell there was a repair done or even damage to begin with.
I was given a quote on Friday and had the technician scheduled to come out the following Monday morning. Christian was super helpful in getting the quote done by pictures via text. Saved so much time and hassle vs having someone do an in-home estimate.

I contacted Miracle Method to refinish bathtubs in a home after tenants moved out. As a Realtor, I work with a lot of contractors/trades, Miracle Method was one of the easiest I have worked with in a long time. They scheduled an in home consultation to refinish bathtubs in order to give me an idea of what would be needed in order for the refinishing to not only look the best, but also to last a long time. The estimator was on time and was able to provide me a quote on the spot. The price was fair, so we made a decision quickly and their office got us scheduled immediately. The job was started on time and completed on time. I highly recommend this company and would use them again. I listed before and after photos of the bathtub for reference.
Really wish I could speak positively about our experience overall but just too many issues. We had 2 shower / tubs resurfaced and a new shower door installed.
Initial installs and work were done fairly well. Given runs in the finish and some missed areas in polishing I can't call it an A job. Maybe a B- considering the whole experience.
Shower door part was unavailable at time of install and we were asked if we would accept a similar part. We said yes and were told they would follow up next week. Never followed up. Months later and still no contact about the part, clearly forgot us and made excuses about part availability but when pressed installed several days later.
Pointed out issues in the finish and was told. tech would repair. Tech showed up unannounced in the morning (scheduled for 4pm) to install the handle but was unaware of repairs, did not look at them, and did not address repairs nor follow up. Having to contact yet again to resolve the issue.
What started as a pleasant experience turned sour due to lack of quality control and poor customer service.
Overall, forced to accept the job even with such flaws due to being cheaper than a full replacement but thought we would at least get a satisfactory experience given the positive reviews.
Techs were courteous but inspect your job carefully feeling every surface for runs and flaws and expect to need to continually follow up on outstanding issues.

miracle did three bathrooms for us. results were excellent! while original rooms were nice, the revamp made them into showcase quality. Josiah, the technician, was also excellent; he is a very personable, friendly young man who took his time, focused on details, ensuring a quality outcome. we highly recommend the miracle as the process turned average rooms into a wow factor.

Resurfacing of our current kitchen counters Wow when they were finished it was Beautiful My wife and I are really impressed with this organization and the truly the professional work. They are polite, clean and very responsible and I might add unlike many companies today they showed respect for the customer. Also on time both days when work was being done!

Tim came out and took pictures and measurements of our terribly outdated bathroom showers, tubs and countertops. After working through his formula, he gave me a price that was much lower than I was expecting! Extremely affordable, especially if you are considering a rip out and replace. Our materials were builder grade and 25 years old. Stained, yellowed and chipped. Scheduling was very easy to coordinate and the work (on 2 bathrooms) was complete in 2.5 days. The smell is the worst part, but they made us aware of that going in. Smells like strong nail polish, but it's been a week and the smell is completely gone. We are having our other 2 bathrooms done this summer and excited to see how those turn out. It absolutely looks like we did a replace instead of refinish.
This is a very economical way to update a bathtub and surround. We are very happy with the work done. We thought they did a very good job. Johnny was very polite and courteous.

Blake arrived to explain the process needed to refinish the kitchen countertops and backsplash. From start to finish my project was treated professionally and with the utmost consideration. Every step was calculated with me and my concerns in mind.
Even my concerns with a cutout for a cooktop swap were addressed and resolved End result was AMAZING! The value of Miracle Method has no comparison. Josiah the technician was committed to the absolute best result possible. I have already suggested this process to family members.

They did a fantastic job. Friendly, efficient, professional workers. The sales team said one day. They should be more straight forward it is 1.5 days and then time to set. So plan on not having use of kitchen for 3-4 days for a more realistic time frame.
My bathtub had a hole in it…they were quick to respond to my call and came out a week later to do the repair. The color match is very good and it tooks fine. The technician was on time and very pleasant. The only challenge or issue for me is the floor was cleaned up to get the resin off but the solution used has left a coating on the tile. I have mopped it twice, using 2 different solutions cannot get it cleaned.

Miracle Method of Tempe just finished my bathroom tub refinish. It turned out very nice. Much better than expected honestly!! And, the price was reasonable. The sales guy, Sam was great. The refinisher, Eric was very nice and worked hard. We are very pleased.

The real magic was Tyler. He is one of the most polite and professional people I have ever experienced. He was great not only with the bathtub resurfacing work but was great with our pack of animals (dogs and cats).

Miracle Method saved our existing shower, saving us TONS of money in the process!! The shower floor was old, stained, and we even tried to “refinish” it ourselves.. which ultimately led to more damage than we knew how to handle. From the start, the miracle method team was incredibly personable, professional, and downright a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend- 10/10!
Very happy with Stan's friendly and professional attitude when giving our estimate and explaining the process. Joseph our installer was the same -- on time, diligent, a perfectionist and a really nice person. The walk in tub/ shower install looks amazing. So glad to have the old skanky 1970's glass doors tub out. We are aware the finish needs some care -- i.e. do not leave wet objects on the surface, shower seats should be removed between showers. We have a 5-year warranty and will ask for a redo on the finish if we see flaking before then. Again, very happy with the people and product from Miracle Method of Tempe. Highly recommend.

Used Miracle Method of Tempe to refinish a fiberglass tub. I found it easier to have them refinish the tub than to rip it out and install a new one. They did a great job and it looks like new. Saved me six weeks of remodeling...
We had our bathtub & tub surround done by Wade F. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond to do an amazing job. The result was above our expectation. We are extremely happy with all the services provided by Miracle Method....the gentlemen who did the estimate answered all our questions and were extremely polite and very considerate. We have no complaints and would have no problem recommending this company to our friends. We got the estimation done on Jan 30 and the work was completed on Feb 7th. Everyone we dealt with, the estimators, office worker and Wade,....all have been great to deal with.

Our bathtub was dull and scratched and replacement was really expensive. Steve Bess the tech came as scheduled and was clean and efficient. After the first step the newly coated tub looked great. The second day he came back and installed silicone to complete the work. I am very happy with the results.
Steven did an impressive job turning my 32-year old yellow whirlpool tub into a shiny new white tub. He even went out of his way to spray the removable jet heads that I couldn't find replacement parts for. And on inspection a couple days after spraying, he noticed a minor crack on the base of the tub and sanded it smooth and resprayed the area. Top-notch service and highly recommended!
Our house was built in 1941, original bathtub. There wasn't anything wrong with the tub, we want to keep the house as original as possible. Previous owners had painted the inside of the tub and it was a gross off white making the tub look dirty next to the very white subway tiles that had been put in.
We found Miracle Method by chance and saw all of the amazing reviews!
Our technician was Steve Boss. Talk about someone who cares about the job he does and doing it the very best! Hes professional, efficient and hard working!

Steve completed our bathtub resurfacing today and we are very happy with the results! It looks amazing! He did a great job and was professional and knowledgeable. He was very focused and cares about his work. He also did a wonderful job cleaning up afterwards. We enjoyed meeting with Blake to discuss our remodeling projects and he offered a variety of great ideas. We spoke with Tamra to schedule our bathtub resurfacing. Totally happy with my experience with Miracle Method. I had a double vanity and kitchen sink resurfaced. Our technician, Steven, was more a craftsman and artist. Not only was he meticulous in his process but a perfectionist in every aspect. The preparation to completion were painless, and he left the house cleaner than when he had arrived. Respectful of my belongings and a joy to work with. Not often you find these qualities in an individual ...took great price in his job. Highly recommend!
I was very impressed with the salesman and the refinishing crew. All were clean cut, polite, and on time. I already knew the countertop surface would look good as we were referred by a family member. We had the kitchen countertops refinished along with a bar and 2 vanities. So much easier than ripping out the old stuff and saving our walls from a recent repaint. At this time, we couldn't find a contractor if we wanted to, but when we decided to make the purchase, the job was scheduled and completed a few days later. This was the perfect opportunity to change out the old mirrors and fixtures and start with a clean surface on the countertops and vanities. Thank you!

I had my almond color fiberglass insert tub/showers refinished in white. They did a great job and seamlessly fixed some chips and cracks. I really updated my bathrooms for much less than replacing the old showers.

There was an issue with the product and they were very accommodating in getting it corrected to.my satisfaction. We had a dingy bathtub with some damage that had been poorly repaired. Miracle Method refinished it and it looks brand new! Steve was great, prompt and professional, and I'm thrilled with how nice and clean our bathtub looks now.
Blake came to the house right on time and gave us a number of options for our bathroom shower. We decided to replace the shower door and he was able to show us a variety of options (and at a variety of costs) that met our needs. A few weeks later, Wade came to install the door and re-coat the shower and he stayed late the second day to be sure all was completed to his and our satisfaction. Tamara was so personable in handling all the details.
Had two bathtubs refinished and had slip resistance staining applied. Great work, courteous technician was very professional and helpful in choosing different options . Upgraded to have handicap step and grab bars installed for safety. Reasonable pricing and more affordable than having tubs replaced. My technician was Tyler and it was a pleasure having him do the work. He was very efficient and left the work area spotless when finished. Refaced two tub/shower enclosures in 2 bathrooms. 2nd home we have used their business. Great job, looks brand new. Steve was our tech. Great guy, on time, made some bad spots disappear.
We had two large bathrooms full of cultured marble -- double sinks and large tub surrounded by acres of cultured marble -- very outdated, discolored, cracked and ugly. We thought our only option was to tear out the tub and replace it with a new tub and expensive tile, and replace the sinks and counter tops. I decided to do a google search on refinishing cultured marble and Miracle Method came up. We talked with Blake at length about the process and decided this was a better alternative. Steven Bess showed up to start our job and from the first minute I opened the door, he made me feel confident and excited about the project. He was here for 5 days and we began thinking of him as our new son (Lol!). He was respectful and very particular about his work. He would bring us in to check out every step. I love it when I see people who love their work and are proud of what they do and that's the attitude of Steven. We so enjoyed our interaction with him, but the best part about it is the result. The experience was wonderful. Steve my technician was delightful, extremely professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned up everything and got the job done early on my request. I am so pleased with the finished product, I wasn't sure exactly what to expect as I have never done this before, but I was extremely happy. I have shown it to several friends and they were all pleasantly surprised.
Miracle Method refinished the two tub sink in my kitchen. They showed up on time both days and cleaned up when they were done both days. The refinish looks amazing. The sink looks brand new. Time will tell if it lasts. I recommend them!

Our cultured marble tub and countertop in the master bath looked worn and outdated, but our budget wouldn't allow for replacement. The renovation makes them look like new for a fraction of the cost. Great job by Steven and we'll definitely be using Miracle Method of Tempe in the future.

I'll be transparent and admit they offer a very small credit for adding a review. That said, I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. I had a damaged cultured marble sink and really struggled to find anyone who repairs them. Using Miracle Method was less expensive than replacing the double sink and counter top. And came out looking better than when it was new. The only thing I didn't expect was that the counter doesn't feel smooth anymore. You can definitely feel a slight texture when you rub your hand over it, but that isn't enough to be a concern.

Steven did the transformation of the main bathroom in our house! He not only arrived on time everyday, but early! He was very thorough and very friendly. Since I have to little ones in the house, he left the exhaust fan with us so that we could continue to pump out the fumes. The smell wasn't too bad, just very strong. Had Miracle Method of Tempe come out and refinish my walkin shower floor. The old tile was chipped and faded and the tile needed to be regrouted. Shawn and his crew did a fantastic job of transforming my old shower floor into a brand new modern colored floor with the grout lines sealed and chips repaired. Easy to clean, beautiful. Miracle Method refinished two cracking sinks for me. They corrected the cracks and then refinished the sinks with a porcelain product. They communicated well, finished on schedule and, most importantly, the sinks look great! I highly recommend.
Repaired my bathtub, which was broken at a very difficult angle. The work looks outstanding, and the gentleman who did the work was punctual, professional, and friendly. I'm VERY happy with the work done, and I will definitely be coming back for any future repairs/projects.

Excellent job. I had a tub that is old and worn. But you can't just pop it out and replace it because it's cast iron. This was a just like having a new tub. Professional staff came exactly when they said and took as long as they said and communicated well via email and phone.
They did a fantastic job resurfacing a 70 year old fiberglass shower stall. It was cracked, discolored and had slight mold from lack of maintenance. Two professionals did the job over a couple of days, and it looks new again! You'll never be disappointed working with these guys.

update 1-9-2018-Steve was back at my home again but this time to do my hall bathroom countertop. miracle method did it again, looks so much better it's definitely worth it to have them come out and update the place without having to rip out a counter and thus potentially damaging the cabinet underneath. have been so pleased, MM will be back out to do the master bath counter top within 2 months or so. the hits just keep on coming MM, keep up the amazing work you do.
I had my shower base and tub repaired and refinished. The before and after is unbelievable. Knowing this is possible is a game changer for other projects. I also had two sinks with cracks repaired. I would’ve had to replace a two sink/countertop vanity in my master bathroom had I not found Miracle Method.

Amazing! Miracle Method redid the bathtub and tile in my fixer upper home and it really was like a little miracle. It looks like a brand new bathroom. They were able to give the old, stained, acid eaten tub and outdated grey tiles a shiny new look, and in a different color which I couldn't believe. No joke, if you have an outdated bathroom that needs redoing but don't want to spend a fortune to have things ripped out and installed, call them.

Had the kitchen counter and bathtub both refinisged. They filled the chips and cracks on the tub, sanded down a raised seam on the fermica counter, and applied the product. Both rooms look really good!
