I can not recommend Jacuzzi enough. I had Alex B and Cordell C for both of my bathroom remodels, and they did amazing work—were very thorough, but both bathrooms done in two days. Can’t say enough good things about this company, and especially the job well done! (Before and after photos attached—WORLD of difference)

Had 4 showers/tubs removed and remodeled by Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona (AZ Baths?). Installers were Jon B. & Cordone B. They were both great! Showed up on time, were very professional in work, neatness. We had just had two floors of flooring replaced and they made sure they got no material or mess anywhere. Jon is very knowledgeable about work, always willing to answer questions from customers on why and what about process. Cordone was always busy, helping Jon with all aspects as needed. Very happy with results.

I had a walk in shower installed where there was a tub. Steve was my designer and Markus, Kevin and Junior were my installers. Very professional, clean and informative. Thank you Gentlemen.**Be careful about what your told will happen when it comes to financing. Deferred payments do not happen and then you can not get ahold of anyone who cares enough to help.

Tommy and Jaun did such a marvelous job installing our new shower. They were professional from start to finish. They worked nonstop and kept me informed the entire time. I really appreciate their punctuality, going above and beyond, and even vacuuming. Thank you so much, we love it!!

Colton B and Pedro M were refreshingly professional, kind, knowledgeable and great craftsmen. They were on time, explained the process, answered any questions, went over everything when completed and left my house cleaner than when they arrived. My husband and I recently needed a new master bath shower because our old one (which was the original from when our house was built in 1998) cracked in the bottom. After lots of research, I reached out to Jacuzzi because they were a reliable name, running some great promotions and had beautiful photos of previous work.Christian who came for the initial consult was very professional and personable. He did a wonderful job explaining the difference between all the options that were available to us as well as the materials that Jacuzzi loves to use that were very impressive. We were even able to extend the area of our current shower to give us a larger area. We were sold.It took about one month for our materials to arrive and schedule a day for installation. Justin and Brad arrived promptly in the morning and did a fabulous job removing our old shower and installing our new one. I loved that they asked questions of where we wanted items placed as they went (such as height of shelves and bench) and gave suggestions for anything we were unsure of. They completed the full install in just under 8 hours and it looks beautiful!We absolutely love our new shower and would definitely recommend Jacuzzi to anyone looking for a new shower! You won't be disappointed!

My wife and I recently replaced the tubs in both our bathrooms using Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of AZ; a walk in shower in the Master Bath, and new tub in the second.The installation team of Sean and Beth Murphy did an excellent job on the shower replacement, in spite of some unexpected hurdles in the process. We were extremely impressed with the quality of their work, their professionalism, and their amicable personalities as they worked and interacted with us.The tub installation was scheduled for another day and we were advised that we might not get the same installation crew for that one. We called the company and insisted that we get the same team; they returned and did an equally impressive job on that remodel.The shower and tub are both beautiful, and the team of Sean and Beth were a great face for the Jacuzzi Bath Remodel Company.

We used Jacuzzi to remodel our guest shower. The price was great and the installers did a great job.
They called us a week prior and the night before the job. They showed up exactly when they said they would and we’re able to finish the job in one day. The shower looks amazing

This was supposed to have a bench seat. Unfortunately the designer either measured wrong or was only interested in the sale because had it been installed there would be a very small space between the seat and the toilet making it difficult to get into the shower. He also said that the panel would come out almost to the edge of the wall fixing the issue where the baseboard was. You can see it doesn't. I was supposed to get a call about the seat the next day after installation. Never got a call. I called them and asked if we could just swap the seat for a door since they were close on price. Person on the phone had no authority to say so he went to find someone who did. Eventually someone picked up the phone. He proceeded to tell me he had to charge a restocking fee but was willing to waive it since I wanted a door but he wouldn't swap it out. The difference was minimal and could have easily been absorbed. Customer is king is the phrase used at the business I work for. Clearly it isn't theirs. My bath looks good but it could have been much better and they could have had a loyal customer who would highly recommend them. I will say that the installer Tommy and his crew were amazing.

If you're looking to update/upgrade your shower or bath, I HIGHLY recommend this company. The sales rep was wonderful, she walked through a range of options and there was never any pressure. The end product is beautiful, high quality and I think a very good value.As for the installation process, everyone I interacted with was professional, responsive and in communication at all times from start to finish. The installers (Ramon, Jorge and team) arrived early, kept me apprised of progress and maintained a tidy and respectful work space (I'm pretty sure one of them swept my entire garage floor before leaving - it was much cleaner after they left than when they started). I work from home and was present for the install start to finish, and was able to go about my work and regular routine with relatively little disruption.

Chad and Efren were great! They did an outstanding and meticulous job with our complete shower remodel. They were very personable and left our bathroom as clean as before they came. We are very pleased and would recommend these two in particular. Thank you to Plumber Brandon as well. Kudos!

I wanted a professional job for a bathtub conversion to a shower. Doug Parks of Jacuzzi Inc. suggested the beautiful details which are now reality in my bathroom. The installation crew (Matt and Alexander Felix) were considerate, informing me of every step along the way, with updates for projected completion time constantly. If any of these people were my sons, I WOULD BE EXTREMELY PROUD!!!! Thank you, Jacuzzi for an excellent product and for hiring the best personnel for the work.

From the salesperson/design consultant, management, customer support, and installers, all were thorough, professional, hard working, and attentive. I am not sure all jobs should be completed in one day, especially to ensure the product is as sold/as designed because for what Jacuzzi stands for, I believe the jobs do take a two person team and a heck of a lot of time, patience and skill. I love my new shower and really love how it looks in my bathroom. I wish this would have been an option when the home was first built in 2015. Thank you, EVERYONE!!!! I am looking forward to using your organization again for remodeling my other bathrooms.

They did an awesome job tearing out and old tub and shower. Then they put in a very nice walk in shower with new tile and the shower has great water pressure now. The guys that did all the work were very professional. They did a great job and were very accommodating.

Jacuzzi provided two great technicians Alex Chiquete and Isaac Ayala to install a new shower floor, walls and water fixtures with handicap features for my mother-in -law. The job was expertly completed with careful consideration given to movements my disabled mother-in-law would have to make getting into and out of the shower. Great Job!

We had a shower stall removed an a soaker tub installed. Chad and Dylan we wonderful guys to deal with. Very pleasant and hard working. They made sure I knew what was happening every step of the install and left me with a beautiful new bath!

The installers, Cordell B. and Deshaun B. , arrived as scheduled and were very cordial and professional. The job required demolition of the existing tile shower enclosure and a partial wall, requiring the use of a jack-hammer. They covered the flooring from the entrance to the bath and kept dirt to a minimum. The water was shut off for a very short time. The new Jacuzzi enclosure was installed, joints sealed, fixtures mounted, and job finished the same day. They left the site as clean as before they started.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY LIKE I DID.  Its one month after my completion date and my shower is still half done and my messages have been ignored by management. I could have paid half of what I paid them and had a shower just as nice already completed.When they showed up to install my shower it was then that they told me another company would have to do the glass door and I'd have to set up appointments for that company to come out.  So instead of having a completed shower that day I had to wait for a glass company to come take measurements and then order the door which took another month. While waiting I decided to check the shower since I hadn't used it yet and noticed a popping sound under the pan where I would be standing under the shower head. It felt cheap and trust me this company is not cheap, in fact they're probably the most expensive shower remodel out there so I wouldn't expect such poor quality. Also the temperature was backwards(hot is cold, cold is hot).Now I'm waiting for the pan to be replaced before the glass company can come install the doors and they still haven't given me a date for the pan. I was given a direct line to Angie A and have left several messages  that have gone ignored.  I also called their customer service line and was told that my message would be marked urgent for a manager to call me back after their meeting.  They never called me back that day. Finally today Angie left me a voice-mail(my phone didn't ring) minutes before they closed. I called back right away and got her voicemail...again.I've never regretted a decision more then choosing Jacuzzi bath to do my remodel.  Their service is poor and customer service is even worse.  I'm not expecting they'll offer any compensation since they don't even seem apologetic.  I feel ignored by this company who has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and unsatisfaction.

Sean & Beth M did a fabulous job remodeling our shower stall. They arrived on time and completed everything faster than anticipated. I want to give a special call out how perfect the caulking was!

From start to finish, this Company is amazing. Corey and Dom who did the install were very professional and did an excellent job. They arrived right on time and finished at the exact time they said they would be done. I'm so impressed with my new bathroom and would highly recommend Jacuzzi Bath.

Shower replacement and installation - The Jacuzzi team “Chosen Ones” with Ryan Y, Jesus W, Joseph and Steve P were on-time, professional and did very good quality work. They did some extra little detail work we asked them to do and were very friendly. We are very pleased with the final product.

Did a tub-to-shower conversion and a shower re-model. Crews were on time and professional. What really impressed me was that the lead man, Alex, tried very hard to make our vision a reality. He also capably addressed unusual circumstances - like a block wall directly behind one of the shower walls with no furring strips. He actually purchased a new tool just to deal with that problem. (Speaking of tools - they use all top-notch Milwaukee equipment. That impressed me.) Alex also provided options and allowed me to select what I was most comfortable with. Offering options inspires customer confidence. This was a big job and Jacuzzi provided adequate staff, including Enrique, Thomas and Josh, all of whom were cheerful and professional at all times. The materials provided and the workmanship were of excellent quality. Our design consultant, Doug, also went the extra mile to address our concerns and requests, and answered most of our e-mails. Ed, our area manager, provided all available discounts and waived a fee normally charged for using a credit card. A couple things that are outside the scope of the local Jacuzzi office bothered me. Although the fixtures, grab bars, and shower doors, (all Jacuzzi brand), were all specified chrome, they don't match. Also, the water line between the control valve and the shower head is PEX; I would have preferred all copper. Jacuzzi is clearly a cut above any contractor with whom we've ever worked. To our way of thinking, the bottom-line price was higher than it should have been, but I suppose one gets what one pays for. I would recommend Jacuzzi without hesitation.

We received an unexpected call from Customer Service stating they have an opening for our front bath installation of tub/shower. The scheduler said the installers would be at our home in about 1 hr if that was okay. Luckily, we did not have anything scheduled. Pedro E and Jonny J showed and Pedro went over all aspects and kept us informed all through the process of their work. They cleaned up after themselves when they finished the install. We were pleasantly surprised the difference of the tub/shower and how much improved these looked.For our master bath, We would've to have the same people Pedro E and Jonny J to install the master shower. These gentlemen were very respectful.Bill and Zudie H.

David Thomas, lead installer ran the shower remodel project from start to finsh. We were very impressed with his professionalism, skill, attention to detail and speed. We will highly recommend both himself and this Jacuzzi remodel to all that we show this to. Thank you guys!

Sometime in October, the sales representative from Jacuzzi came out to look at the shower. I believe his name was Brad. We made it clear to him that the house is old and there's a good chance that when they do the demolition, there will be issues. He was more concerned about taking selfies with us.He assured us that they should be able to take care of things. We agreed on an install date of December 1st which ended up being rescheduled at least once, buy jacuzzi, finally starting on December 13th.When the installers came in the first thing that went wrong is they told us they would not be able to install the shelves where we discussed with Brad without covering up much of the window to the exterior, therefore costing us natural light. We agreed on four shelves instead of six. As an aside, the installers seem like they did a good job and kept things clean, but didn't seem to have much confidence.Once the demolition started they told us we would need to get a contractor to repair the wood inside of the walls. There was extensive damage and they were concerned about structural issues and liability. While that is completely understandable, jacuzzi left us with no resolution. We were left to have to solve the problem ourselves. Jacuzzi assured us that once we had things taken care of they would expedite getting us on the schedule.I called their customer service to see if they could suggest somebody to take care of the problem, and of course they couldn't and claim that they had never encountered such an issue. In my opinion, this is complete nonsense. If you remodel bathrooms you're dealing with older houses that are going to have issues.Luckily, I have a friend that remodels houses and we were able to resolve all of the issues in less than one day. That day was December 27th.Catherine called to schedule for Friday January 13th, which Jacuzzi then and once again rescheduled for the following Monday. That means they failed to make good on their promise to fit us in.The job was completed and looks nice, but I don't feel that the work is really worth the approximate $18k remodeling costs. It's all cheap looking plastic. I've already had to call them about a leak at the sliding door and a creaking floor. I can't blame the installer. He did his best with the poor quality materials they use.For the money, we could have had a completely custom shower and a contractor that would have taken care of the wood and any other issues quickly.Jacuzzi didn't even offer an apology for the inconvenience.TL;DR Jacuzzi left us without one of our showers for nearly 5 weeks. I understand things happen and the house had issues, but this was a huge inconvenience as we had 5 people in the house sharing a bathroom. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone after our experience. If they can't handle the whole job, why hire them at all?Unpess you live in a nearly new house, save your money, nerves, and go elsewhere.

I bought this shower hoping to turn my space Into something brand new abs something that my wife would love haha! Hunter H, DeShawn B, and Dylan H did an amazing job finishing off the shower space and leaving the place cleaner than when they got here. We even had a power outage too and they still found a way to get it done in one day after 17 straight hours of work. Absolutely blown away and would recommend this crew every step of the way. We had our shower replaced and couldn’t be happier. Doug Parks helped us design a beautiful shower that is easy to keep clean, Matt and his helper were professional and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Thank you Jacuzzi!

I contracted with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel to convert a bathtub to a walk in shower and to redo the master shower. The sales person spent five hours at our house selling all the benefits of using JBR, one day install for each, top quality produces and installation, best guarantee in the business, we signed. We got a n install date of Jan 4 and 5 for them to be completed, probably sooner. So the Tuesday before Thanksgiving 11/22/22 they called and said they had an opening the next day would we de interested, sure. So they installed the master shower on Wed. 11/23/22. Couldn’t test it because the caulk was wet and needed 24 hours to dry. So Friday I turn on the water and it sprayed all over the bathroom. The shower head had been installed with out plumbers tape AND the neck sticking out of the wall was also not tight. I didn’t remove it, I called them. They took a note and would send it to the service department. One week later I still had not heard, another email to service. The next week I called and spoke to many people finally reach8g the service department manager who sent someone out the next day. He fixed the problems. Jacuzzi customer service called me once a week to check with me to be sure I was happy…well not so far, and I enquired about the tub to shower conversion. Each time I was assured it would be Jan. 4th or before. Yesterday Jan. 3rd I received a phone call again to check and see if I had any questions or concerns, I said yes I wanted to confirm I would be receiving my schedule shower tomorrow, Jan.4th to which she said yes I see it scheduled. Let me give you the preparation instructions, which she did. That was at 9:33 am. So I prepare the house for the workers to come between 7-7:30 am. At 4:10 pm I receive a call from customer service manager to inform me that the shower pan had not been received yet and they would therefore not be coming out tomorrow. He would check on it and call me in the morning. Well, today is Jan. 4th…at 10:25 I phone customer service who pulled up my account and then needed to put me on hold so she could check. After a few minutes she returned and very sweetly told me it would be two to four weeks! I asked to speak to the CS manager and he got on the line after a brief hold. He confirmed that it would be two to four weeks! My question was why? He had no answer, that’s what he was being told. What I can deduce from this is it was not ordered in September when I signed and paid a 50% deposit, and it was never checked on in the 14 weeks since signing the contract! Yes. 14 weeks ago today I signed up for new showers to be installed….I have one but it is unusable because it to date has not received the custom glass needed and one that is now delayed two to four weeks! Would I recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel, ABSOLUTELY NOT! They lie every time you talk to them….even today in the background I heard the customer service rep giving the excuse that they’d had a lot of illness going around their business, same excuse I got in November when I could not get called back or a service appointment until I raised cane! Do not use them, they do not care on bit about customer satisfaction! NOT AT ALL!!! I gave two stars because I do like the look of the shower that is not quite finished….but I have not been able to use it although it has been installed six weeks, but that a different story!

Pedro E and Greg did a fantastic job. They were efficient, respectful, and professional. I will be sure to use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone.

We remodeled 2 bathrooms using Jacuzzi Bath remodel. It was expensive but the reason we used them was because we went through Costco. We are supposed to receive a 10% discount in the form of a Costco card. Fully 3 months later, we have not received the card. I have called the office 6-7 times and still getting a run around. Next step to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. Very disappointed.

Overpriced company will pester you. They called me up to 6 times a day, every day, to schedule a consultation. The consultation was scheduled for 60 minutes, but went over 90 because the salesman wouldn't take no for an answer. We had three bids at that time, and Jacuzzi came in at more than double the others (at $33k). After the install was done by another company, Jacuzzi continued to call. I couldn't even ask to be removed from their calling list without a request to schedule an inspection and an offer to work on other remodeling. I wish I had never given my contact information to this company.

Pro: Salesman was friendly and knowledgeable.Con: He failed to include the price of the “window kit” in the contract. An additional check was written for that kit.Con: It took for months for the original check to be withdrawn from my account. The second check has yet to show up in my account. Finally, after contacting Costco, Jacuzzi was paid via credit card and the amount of the second missing check was deducted from the total amount.Con: Although the contract says that the Costco rebate will be received in 4-6 weeks, it has been 11 weeks and we have yet to receive the rebate. Jacuzzi customer service says, “…we tell people 6-9 weeks…”Pro: After 5 months, and putting the payment on a credit card, the Costco rebate was received.Con: Cleanup was atrocious. Debris, dust, caulk, water spots etc. had to be removed from the floor. Caulk, sawdust and debris had to be swept/removed from the driveway and the street.Con: Wires to an outlet were cut during the demolition. I had to provide parts and tools in order for power to be restored to the bathroom.Pro: Per the above, Jacuzzi, at my request, was quick to send out a certified electrician to check the repairCon: The window kit was poorly installed and had to be redone.Con: The shelves were visibly crooked and had to be redone.Con: A ¾” gap was left between the floor and the shower base and filled with caulk and had to be addressed.Pro: All of the above installation issues were addressed and quickly resolved by the construction/installation customer service.Pro: The final product looks niceFinal recommendations:Con: I DO NOT RECOMMEND Jacuzzi Bath and Remodel

The team (Pedro E, Greg and Dave) did a great job converting our tub to a shower. They were punctual, communicated well throughout the project and left the space clean. Looks beautiful!

Tommy and Chris were amazing install techs. They were very clear on what was going on and how the process was going to work from start to finish. Some of the most professional and thoughtful techs I have ever worked with. When they left everything was spotless and dusted. I would recommend these two to anyone looking to get their shower remodeled any day of the week. Thanks Guys for everything!

My new shower is nice looking. The 2 installers Cordell B. & Sean D. were Professional & friendly & a joy to work with. My only regret was choosing the wrong size shower seat.

How lucky can one woman be! My entire shower was removed to walls and remodeled to a wonderful walk in shower. Project done by Matt and Tommy. They are professional, artists, organized and a pleasure to be with for entire project. Result is perfect. I am anxious to use it and in the meantime, been walking into bathroom and looking at it. I told the men that I have not much to do at this point in being careful with virus so leave some of the cleaning to me. I took a sneak peek and Matt was vacuuming up every speck of dust and Tommy was cleaning the mirrors. They both are an incredible asset to Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. We had a misunderstanding on what shower bases we would receive and Jacuzzi replaced those parts with no questions ask. Chris and Matt did excellent work and completed two shower replacements in 2 days. We are pleased with the work done and would certainly recommend Jacuzzi for your bath remodel needs.

Our installers Colton and Patrick were great! They arrived on time and were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They removed our old tub/shower and replaced it with a walk-in shower, new fixtures and sliding door. The whole job was only 5-6 hours and they cleaned up and disposed of everything. Our bathroom looks amazing! In addition, from the time we purchased our shower and enclosure until install we received a weekly check-in phone call from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel to ask if we had any questions or concerns or if there was anything we needed from them. Great customer service, product and employees! We will be doing our other bathroom with them!

We Purchased 2 showers with Rain Glass doors & 1 Soaker tub. Great product And installation but i had a problem With then sending in the final invoice To close the zero interest on the deal But i got to the right guy & missionDone ?? So i called and wanted toAdd a shower wand like in the 1stShower witb a slide door & Yikes$1850 ADD … So we passed !!This could have been a 5 star reviewIf there was service after the saleI would have been happy to pay $1000Or so But $1850 !! Tell me to BEND OVER !! Seriously !!! $1850 !!

I decided to get a quote since they had a 50% off sale. The salesman insulted me a few times regarding a dirty skylight window(as a means to make me want to buy a new shower). Then quoted me 12k after I told him I wanted the cheapest thing they offered. For 12k a shower I could get some insane custom tile work. I was blown away they charged 12k with 50% off per shower for their cheapest product. The salesman also said like 8 times he was good at 2 things, price and design. I just wanted a plane walk-in shower, to replace my current old walk-in shower.

We had our bathtub converted to a walk in shower. From working with our salesman Steven to our installers Alex B & Gavin M everyone was so professional! Alex & Gavin made sure our home stayed clean. The shower turned out beautiful! I'm so pleased this is the company we chose to go with!

We had our bathtub/shower converted to a shower - The whole experience was wonderful and Fred and Cesar who did the installation were professional, friendly and did a beautiful job. They were organized, careful with removing and bringing equipment/materials in.....you almost didn't know we had a remodel done. Ryan and Markus came around 8:00am and worked non-stop until around 7pm. They took out the old bathtub, plumbing to tub, fixture, drywall. They replaced the drywall with plywood, installed a shower with new fixtures and new shower pan. They cleaned up every speck of dirt they might have created and when they left , the only way you could tell they were there was the presence of the beautiful new shower. They did an excellent job, were very courteous and professional

Mike and Tag came and installed a complete new shower in master bath which previously only had a tub!They were very courteous and did an amazing job!! I would highly recommend Jacuzzi Bath !! If you live in Idaho I hope you have Mike and Tag as your servicemen!

We spend $13K to install new shower. The installer did not connect hot/cold water correctly and we asked for installer to come back and correct the problem, which they did promptly. Two weeks later, the shelves started to come off the wall and grab bar started to come apart. We called three (3) times to have someone come out and fixed and also contacted thru messenger and were promised call back in 24-72 hours. So far, no one called and we just puzzled as to why we cannot get a call back.Horrible, horrible customer service. I would not recommend this company.

I filled out some form months ago and now they keep calling me. I've told 3 separate associates that I am not interested in a bathroom remodel. They said okay they will take me off their list, yet they called me the next day. I had to block their number, and yet they still leave me voicemails. How do I get this company to stop calling me? I just checked my phone records and I have received 11 calls and 5 voicemails. Please stop harassing me.EDIT: About 30 minutes after writing this review, they called me on an 800 number. I may need to look into a restraining order and/or filing a complaint with the ROC as well.Edit2: Their response below is incorrect. I did not call to make another inquiry. I called and asked them to stop calling me. I blocked so many of their numbers and then they would call me on another number that I hadn't blocked yet. I think I blocked over 5 of their random numbers.

Wow! I don’t believe this company.First, I was lying in bed during my 4th week in the hospital. With a little help from my friends, George came to my house and took all the measurements for the remodeling. I was able to use the video app on my phone to complete the transaction.Second, sooner than anticipated the installer were ready to install.Third, still in the hospital - now the 10th week - Corey, Andrew, and Cassey took out the bathtub, removed the dirt and grim, and unclogged the drain for the installation. Then, through the phone video I was able to determine the location of shelves, hand bars, and seat location for the walk-in shower.Fourth, the installers offered good alternatives for the location of the shower inserts. The installation and cleanup were done in one day.Fifth, and finally … I would like to thank all the above and the office staff Michael, Angie, and Hunter for helping.

They brand themselves as a luxury high end bath remodel but the service seems to be anything but. The only reason I purchased through them was because they said they would include a ceiling panel in the initial estimate as the shower ceiling is only about 7' high. However the estimator did not put it into the order despite telling me they had so I had to sign a change order when I had to repeatedly ask to confirm the parts. I was also promised that the shower head would be raised since it came out at about 6' while I'm 6'5. Instead they kept it the same height and added a curved extension that took away another couple inches. It took a month and a half to get around to the install. While installing they ripped a 6 hole in the drywall which they didn't repair. They went on and on about how they cut out the middle man to save hassle and improve quality while everything they put in is fairly cheap quality. The showerhead is plastic. The basin is quite slick and not angled particularly well so there is always standing water in the bottom. Really all they did was funnel more profits up the corporate ladder. But at the end of the day they successfully replaced the shower and it hasn't leaked, yet.

Jon B came and replaced both of my showers in my bathrooms. He was professional, courteous, on time and a very nice guy. He and his crew Adrian, Brandon and Martol all did a great job and I am so happy they came out. My bathroom looks great and I love, love, love my jacuzzi soak tub. Thank you so much!

We used Jacuzzi Bath to replace and old bath tub/shower with a walk-in shower. Doing business with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was an enjoyable experience. They contacted us on a weekly basis to inform us of the timeline for installing. And much to our surprise the install date was moved up one week earlier than originally scheduled. The installers Fred and Pedro E. were on time, respectful of our home, cordial throughout the day, and completed the work as promised. We were very impressed with there workmanship as indicated by the final product. Finishing a job is not just a rubber stamp. They made sure the shower was perfectly lined up with our existing door jams, floor, and walls. Verbally they wanted to make sure that we were happy with the install. You could tell that they are proud of the products that they install and the company that they work for. Kuddos to Fred, Pedro E., Steve (sales rep), and Jacuzzi.

We had a 37 yr. old bathtub/shower combo with tile and grout which was a bear to clean and no safety bars to help get in and out of or up and down in the tub. High above the tub was a small rectangular window where the enclosure was just painted drywall where the tile had stopped. In one day, they installed the new shower removing the old tub and digging down through concrete to replace the original trap that was prone to clogs, adding 2x4 wood to the lower part of the walls before installing sheets of wood to which they attached the new shower material which was cut all of a piece for each of 3 walls and which went all the way to the ceiling. They also covered the window enclosure with a window kit of the same material so that it is now waterproof. Their workmanship is beautiful. We got to pick where a shower seat and two safety grab bars and two corner shelves were placed. Then glass doors were hung that have one towel rack inside and one outside. The doors are suspended from and roll on a rail above so I don't have the problem of cleaning out a channel that traps gunk at the bottom of the shower. It's gorgeous! and can and should be cleaned with just water and vinegar 50/50. There's more space to shower now without taking up any more floor space that the tub took. the length of the tub defines the width of the bathroom. It's gorgeous and we are absolutely thrilled. The workmen were a pleasure to have in our house. They worked 12 hours straight to get this done for us. We are having our other bathroom tub and shower done by Jacuzzi in October. We can't wait!

They also suggested modifications to the original design that saved us additional drywall repair expense. they also suggested a slight change in design for the seat that we had installed that enhanced the beauty of the shower. I had a shower installed after some major repairs in the ensuite bathroom. They did a great job and it looks very good.I called a few weeks after the install because the shower floor seemed very slippery, and I was hoping there would be something they could do about it. As it turns out, there is! It took a few days to hear back from them but when I spoke to Angie, she was able to send someone out the very next day to apply a kind of textured coating.Brandon came out, arrived when I expected him, and quickly took care of it, leaving me with clear instructions about how long to wait before using it, and letting me know if it was not quite grippy enough they could do a second coat.I appreciated this extra service to help make sure the shower is not the scene of a future slip!

Both Fred and Pedro E did an amazing job installing my new bathtub/shower! They were very professional and the bathtub/shower came out great. I think they deserve a $200 bonus!

We have had an excellent experience with Jacuzzi. Our initial design/deposit meeting was in June, we requested an October installation and our job was completed on October 6th. Every person we have dealt with has been extremely professional and helpful, especially our demo team of Andreas, Tomas and Brandon. They were so neat and tidy and completed a large job in 8 hours. Day 2 brought us the installing team of Colton and Pedro M. They were just fantastic, working extra hard and extremely neatly. They were very careful, laid plastic over everything for protection during the demolition and did an excellent job installing the new shower. We were able to make choices for our design. Our installers, Matt, Nick and Manny did a fantastic job on removing our old shower & bathtub. It was replaced with a Walk-in shower, we also added a bench and a fold up bench in the shower area. Matt let me know exactly what they were doing every step of the way. We provided him with how we wanted the shelves, benches and grab bars. It’s exactly what we envisioned! It looks beautiful!! I highly recommend Jacuzzi bath and remodel. From the presentation given by Ryan to the installers Colton and his partner ( can’t remember his name) did a fabulous job. They were both very professional, courteous, friendly And answered any and all questions that I had. They covered up everything before they started ripping out the old shower. They walked me through the process brought me in a couple of times to see the placement of my safety bars and shelving and gave complete instructions on how to take care of my new shower. Before they left they made sure all their mess was cleaned up by sweeping & vacuuming. They left everything very neat and clean. I would definitely recommend them.

On June 17,2021 Steven and Nate from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of AZ did an amazing remodel of our master bathroom. This entire area was transformed into one large shower. Both groups over a two day period were very professional, knowledgeable and respectful of us and our surroundings. Total clean up each day. More explanation at the work site before work started than I’ve ever received nor needed to receive. Steven and Nate said it was important that we understood the process before they began work. At this time, I’m unable to review the USE of the shower for about another few weeks. The 7 foot glass enclosure wall and ceramic floor installation has to be performed by a couple other companies. Would definitely use them again. Excellent exceptional customer service and incomparable work skills.

I am having this company remodel my bathroom. Right now I have a bathtub and shower combination. I am having that taken out and a walk in shower installed. George is the service representative and designer that came to my home to draw up the plans and quote us a price. He was absolutely fantastic. He listened to our needs of what we wanted and showed us different choices of colors and textures of shower walls. George did everything he could to bring the project within our budget range. He was so knowledgeable of all the materials that will be used on our project. He made sure all our safety issues were met He took his time making sure all of our questions were answered. I will be posting another review once the project has been completed.Well I tried to due a new review but it would not let me so I will just add to this one I already posted. Today Jacuzzi installed my new shower and I am very happyTodd and Matt were my installers and they were both fantastic! .They were both very thorough and made sure the job was done correctly. There were a couple of problems which they addressed and handled on the spot to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with there willingness to make sure I was satisfied . I contracted for a bath tub to shower conversion. Steven and Ashley were assigned to my project. Both were on time and very professional. Steven went over my contract in detail to confirm everything was in order prior to starting the project. After a couple of corrections were made, the work began. They took extreme care in covering all of my furniture and placed tarps down on the floors. I can't compliment Steven and Ashly enough on how well this team performed from start to finish. Extremely disappointed. We need a bathtub replacement and wanted to use somewhere local. Upon scheduling, the scheduler did not tell us that all homeowners had to be present for the presentation. My husband scheduled the appointment. I work from home and have meetings. The salesperson went on a long pitch about our needs and what was important to us, and despite telling them, he tried to have my husband rush me through a critical meeting I was in. When I told him I could not be present, my husband could be asked to reschedule. We initially agreed until he told me I would need to make 2 hours available. We wanted a tub, not a song and dance. It is unreasonable to expect anybody to give 2 hours of their time. AND he kept touching my arm when he talked to us. Stop touching people. It's weird, offensive, and we will not be using your service

Excellent experience from the in-home consultation to the install. We were especially pleased that our materials came in early and the work was done three weeks ahead of schedule. Our new bath/shower is beautiful. Our installers Ryan and Harlod were on time, focused, neat, and thorough.

Took time to make sure everything was correct. Had plumbing problem which they took care of. They were here 2 days. Martell was here both days, second day by himself. He was fantastic. Shower looks great. I would always request him as installer.

We have now been completely ghosted for 2 months after our job was left incomplete. We got the call that our supplies for our two bathrooms were ready so we could install a couple weeks early if we were okay that the bathroom shower door would be installed shortly after. We agreed and had a great experience with the installers themselves. They were super professional and quick. Since then in October, we have had to chase down vague answers about our missing glass door (while obviously having paid for the job). This was not a cheap job - we did 2 bathrooms. Meanwhile it looks like people after us have definitely had shower doors installed immediately. It feels like we were dropped like nothing after paying a large sum. It's unacceptable to have to BEG a company for updates proactively. At this point I am unconvinced we will ever get that door installed. Do not EVER agree to an incomplete install from this company. I would never refer them to anyone at this point.

I had two bathrooms redone, one was a tub to shower conversion. The whole process was great , from the person who came out to look at the job to the installers who did the work. I was keep informed the entire process by getting calls almost once a week. During the calls i would be informed the time frame when the materals would come in to when the installation would be done. The install was done over two days, Aug 30 and 31. On the first day Anthony M. and Daniel installed the first bathroom. They were professional and kept me informed during the day. when they were done for the day they made sure everything was cleaned up. On the second day it was Anthony again and TomasC . again they were professional and did the job in a timely manner. I was totally impressed with how my showers came out and happy with the company as a whole.

We had a new shower installed today. I cannot say enough great things about Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. Our shower was outdated and would either hit our head or almost break our toe getting in on the steel tub. The type of surround that they have is beautiful! The colors are up to date and completely changed our bathroom, all just by updating the shower. From the moment our salesman walked into the door we knew we were going to get our new shower through them. They stayed in constant contact with us and called us every week with updates on our installation. We received a call yesterday asking if we were available today due to a cancellation. Matt and Connor came this morning and started working right away. They made sure everything was covered and even with demolishing the old shower they kept things clean. They are both friendly and hard working. They stayed in communication with me all day and even made sure everything that he had for materials was correct. I will recommend them to everyone. They have many options and even have seats for inside the shower!! We have another bathroom and maybe just maybe we will upgrade that shower again!! Thank you, Matt and Connor and all of the staff!

We had a visit from Designer Chris Poland a few weeks ago to review our needs and quote the project.Chris was very informative, professional, and personable. He walked us through in detail the processes, materials, our expectations, scheduling and pricing.We did not chose to use Jacuzzi, but Chris was great.

Jacuzzi is a very professional company. The sales people were excellent and knew their product well. The two installers, Darrell and Todd did a very professional job in the installation of a walk in shower. The quality of materials and work was first rate. I would recommend this company to all my friends.

I want to thank these guys for coming out on this install. My husband is due to return home from the hospital in a couple of weeks. Getting this done was going to make his homecoming easier for both of us. My installers, Colton, Patrick and Brandon were awesome. They let me take pictures to send to my husband in the hospital so he could be a part of the process. Coulton took time to explain things, consult me on placement of shelves, bench, fixtures. Patrick was friendly, professional, efficient and cleaned up so well and both were very good with my dog who is always so happy to have company. I enjoyed having the guys in my home. They all went above and beyond.We had quite the mixup at the office level and I have to say although I was not happy with the staff even after receiving weekly phone calls assuring me everything was on schedule, when it came the day of the install no one showed up. We had to reschedule due to errors in the office and were able to resolve the issue.

My in-laws had 2 showers installed and were very happy with the work that was done. The installers Nate and Manny were very nice and they did an awesome job. They were knowledgeable and kept everything very clean while working!

Just had a great in home meeting with Josh Whiting designing and arranging financing for the remodel of our master bathroom shower. It was really great getting to see the materials and color options in person and how they would look in the lighting for our bathroom. Josh was amazing and took the time to explain everything to us and make sure we didn't have any questions at all. Thank you guys so much for working with us to remodel the shower and give us a working shower in our master bathroom again.Update: Steven and Ashley just finished installing our shower. It looks amazing and I couldn't be happier. Working with Jacuzzi has been great, we ran into some issues with the condition of my house during initial installation (the original 1970s cast iron drain pipes were completely rusted out and starting to fall apart) and had to put the project on hold until we could get the plumbing repaired, jacuzzi was really easy to work with and even appologize that they couldn't complete the project. Once our pipes had been replaced it was a simple phone call to reschedule the install and now I have an incredibly beautiful shower in our Master Bath designed with the materials that we picked out exactly how we wanted it. Thank you Jacuzzi.

Macey was very knowledgeable and wonderful to talk to. She was honest and answered all my questions. Staff called every week up until the install to relay status of my project. I had my tub taken out and replaced with a walk-in shower. Looks wonderful. Very spacious and modern. Install only took 1 day. Installers, Todd and Darren were polite, clean, and showed up on time. They did a great job. Cost was a little more than I wanted to spend, but I feel it was definitely worth it. The process was so simple, compared to other companies I received quotes from. Definitely recommend Jacuzzi.

From the inception of having the salesperson to the house. The discussion we had with him was personable, comfortable and informative. There was no pressure whatsoever. My wife and I usually do not make hasty decisions in the sense we thoroughly research what we want or like or don't like or don't want. After discussing with the Jacuzzi salesperson it was obvious to work with them. This was not a hasty decision as we had researched other options, but we were concerned with having a guarantee of the work completed. Jacuzzi offers a lifetime guarantee of their products and installation. Check the first box.The communication from their office to keep me updated on product arrivals to their location to finalizing the install date was fantastic. I must have received 5 to 6 calls keeping me informed in an 8 week period. Check the second box.The installers arrived on time, were neat, clean and very respectful of our home. Check the third box.The installers explained their work prior to beginning and then walked us through the post implementation along with showing us the water fixtures we had installed. The fourth box is now checked.Last but not least, the installers were friendly, personable and in this case, Corey and Dom were great to work with as they clearly explained everything. I am a hard person to appease, but Jacuzzi, from the onset of the salesperson to after the installation, did an outstanding job. My family is very pleased with the outcome and products. AZ Baths removed a tub and shower and built and installed a new custom walk-in shower for us. This was not a typical swap and the end result is just incredible. Such a great job. Tom & Anthony were our installers and they were friendly, professional, efficient, and extremely considerate of our needs and our home. They really went above and beyond any expectations we had for service and quality. Any future projects we have will definitely be only done through AZ Baths and Jacuzzi. We had the bathtub and shower remodeled in our master bathroom. Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona was great to work with. They were very responsive with any questions we had leading up to the install. The installers, Matt and Manny, were AMAZING!!! They explained everything clearly before they even got started. They made sure to get our input for anything that might be different based on personal preferences, such as fixture placements, etc. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we are plan on working with them again when we remodel our 2nd bathroom.

Fred and Pedro E installed our new walk in shower yesterday and were awesome! Shower looks great and Fred went over all important information with me instead of just handing me papers (which he did give me what he went over on paper too). They were very professional. So we wanted a new shower for our new home. Should've known with their same day you need to sign high pressure tactics this wasn't the place for us, but my husband REALLY wanted a new shower. *Note- if it ain't broke- don't fix it. We were happy because we got our project started in 4 weeks instead of 12-16 BUT the shower products are not what we were promised. We had a shower head that was paid $40 for at Lowe's which let water come out the shower head and hand held massager at the same time and were told we could get that in a matte black. Found out today- LIES. The install would be done in 1 day- LIES. the glass will be installed within 2 days after your shower is done- LIES. (oh- and you have to pay them glass folks separately- AFTER giving Jacuzzi thousands for the shower install) I do not recommend these folks. Please PLEASE shop around before signing on the dotted line. We were left with a half done shower for over a week because their sales representative didn't measure for our panels properly. Then they promised someone would call the next day to give us an update. Somehow someone forgot to call for 2 days so I had to reach out to them. Again- I don't recommend this company. You can spend your hard earned money at Lowe's or Home Depot and get exactly what you want AND save THOUSANDS!

Steven and Kacey were an excellent team. Remodeled two rooms: one tub area and one shower area. The work was excellent and installers consulted me at appropriate times. Installers were careful of my home, kept it as clean as possible and worked steadily. The quality of the installation was very high. I would be pleased to refer these two and their firm to others.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona did a great job remodeling our bathroom. They installed a new, accessible shower for us. The installation was done in one day, and the team of Darrell and Frankie worked steadily for 12 hours to get everything done in a professional way.They cleaned everything up when they finished the job. The shower looks really good and is great for our family.

!!!! This company is a complete fraud! Run away!!!!!!!!The sales person was asked to leave several time and refused to leave. The company quoted 15k for a 3-4k job. The salesperson pestered my old disabled mother for a check.On another note, they use OSB for shower backerboard. OSB is NOT recommended for a shower area. PLEASE research appropriate types of backer materials.Many of the five star reviews appear to be fake. Take note that many of the accounts that left glowing reviews have only given one review to Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona.

We had our tub taken out and replaced with a shower in our park model trailer. We are very happy with the results, but I must give the installers Darrell and Stephen a huge shout out. They were very professional, kind courteous. Their total respect for each other was obvious during the whole job. They worked over 12 hours with little break time and cleaned up perfectly. The gentlemen replaced an old oval tub with a new Jacuzzi Shower. Matt, Gavin and Dustin were all so nice and immediately went to work making sure everything was covered up in the bedroom, as we have a open bathroom and bedroom. Jacuzzi Bath is an excellent company to work with! I had my shower remodel completed today. I got a call every week with updates of the materials for my shower. The installers arrived on time and were very professional. Steven's took time to explain everything to me and even pointed out 2 issues with my house water pipes and valve that may cause problems for us down the road. The Jacuzzi installers did a great job - Andres, Antony and Kori were fantastic. From demolition to clean up they were on time, professional, and courteous. Our installer was Jon Boyer. He was great. Very professional and very friendly. If we re-do our other bath, we would definitely request Jon as our installer again. Jon and his assistant, Manny were pleasant to work with. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there was a delay in getting the materials so our install date was pushed back about a week and a half and we did not get updates on the delays or anything between those 6 weeks, like the sales guy told us we would. We had to call them a couple of times to find out the status. But as far as the install with Jon, he gets 5 stars.

The techs, Brad and Darien were on time and finished in a timely manner. The work is beyond beautiful, its perfect. We had Anthony and Manny from the Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona remodel our bath. They were very friendly and on time. Our bath looks wonderful and they did a great job. There were some hiccups along the way. They resolved most of it except they made marks on wall they did during the remodel. Chunks of of the wall were taken out and weren’t fixed. It’s an eye sore and we were told to do it out selves. For such a large amount a money we spent on this, these marks, we thought it would of been an easy fix. They said it wasn’t in the contract to repair the two wall areas. My parents have bad backs and aren’t able to repair the wall themselves. I hope we can have this matter resolved.Other than that, we enjoy our new bath. Thanks.

Steven and Casey arrived precisely on time which we very much appreciated. They went over every detail of the installation showing us all products. They were incredibly knowledgeable and I could not have been more comfortable with their work! In particular the seam in our shower was so inconspicuous that I had forgotten it was there...perfectly done! They stayed til the job was complete....13 hours! Justin and Dom were my installers and they were fantastic! Did an amazing job and were very helpful and understanding. They both made it their goal to assist my wife who is disabled with setting up her hand rails as well as the height of the bench install.During the install they also found a major issue that my home builder got past building inspectors. They didnt even bat an eye and fix the issue properly and took to the time to advise me of the issue and explain how they were going to fix it properly.

Our Installers were on time, laid out all protective drops for floors and bathroom fixtures. Tommy and Duncan took us through all the steps of the install, finished in a timely manner, workmanship was top notch. I am a much larger guy, Tommy made sure that all wall anchors were set well and did an exceptional job on the seat. I appreciated having Josh come and visit with us this evening. I know that bathrooms aren’t cheap to remodel, but really didn’t have any idea what to expect. We’ve got two small bathrooms, one has a shower and the other has tub. Initially, we were looking at just one, but decided to get a quote to have them both done while they were here. For the shower pan, bathtub, three walls (in each bathroom) and sliding shower doors in both the cost was about $32k. With rebates and incentives available, cost came down to $27k. If I decided to purchase tonight, the cost came down another $4k. I loved their product. My wife especially loved the fact that things would be so easy to keep clean. Unfortunately, we weren’t in a position to say yes tonight, but are excited to work towards making this a reality in the next little bit.

peter & Alex did a excellent Job in only one day.It is now 11 months later and I will say the remodel job was well done. Shortly after the job was finished I had some trouble with the shower water controller and the came and fixed pretty quick.Now early in December 2021 I am having little trouble with the controller again but no one will return my calls. Lifetime guarantee???? If anything changes you will see it here.

Both Darrell and Chris were very professional. They clean up the mess as they went along and were very respectful of my home and my time. The install of my new tub and the demolition of the old one was done in one day. Jacuzzi called me weekly to keep me updated on the progress of the fabrication and was very customer focused. When we initially made our purchase with Jacuzzi Bath the manger called to congratulate us on our purchase and promised the the installation process would be exceedingly above our expectations. The job was supposed to take 1 day, but the contractors were not able to finish that day. Not a big deal. On the second day, we were advised that they had the wrong size shower door and would not able to finish the job. I asked the contractor to relay our request to have the shower door expedited as I was paying a substantial amount of money and now the conversion was not completed timely as promised. Four days passed I received no communication from Jacuzzi Bath of AZ or an apology for the mix up. On the fourth day, I had to reach out to the sales rep via email, who had a customer service agent call us. The sales rep did not call us or respond. I expressed my concerns to them at that time. She said she would reach out to management to see if there could be some sort of compensation for the distress, but never heard anything more of it. I was kept informed from that time on to get our shower door installed. From start to finish the installation process took approx 2.5 weeks. I did finally get a call from the general manager with his sincere apology and his willingness to make things right. Thank you Chris for stepping up to resolve our concerns.

I cannot say express how happy my husband and I are with the tub-to-shower conversion. I had no idea the results would be so professional and so very stylish. The finished product looks as if the house was built that way. I cannot thank you enough. Not only was the job done professionally by Jon, he also was so careful working around our walls and floor. You could tell he took pride in his work. And it was an added plus that Jon let us peek-in at different stages to see how this all came together. It is still hard for me to believe that Jon was able to accomplish the conversion in one day. We love our new bathroom look. Our Designer Najib walked us through the history, process, and financing of the tub. He was very knowledgeable and professional. His demeanor and candor won us over. Cameron B and Cesar V came and did our bathtub reminder and tub to shower remodel. They were prompt and hard working and did a beautiful job. The tub is beautiful upstairs and is so much more insulated. It used to be so noisy in the master bedroom when the kids took showers and now it is so quiet! We love the new shower downstairs as well! Both beautiful and well made. Plus the lifetime warranty is amazing!

After all the wonderful reviews, and their great reputation, I would not recommend them to remodel a bathroom based upon my experience.1) When the contractor arrived, he was not masked, nor were any of his workmen. We are in the middle of a pandemic! I expect any service professional who even think about entering the house to wear a mask. At a minimum, ask the home owner if you do not need to wear a mask. I felt so uncomfortable in my own home.2) When our shower was installed, the bathroom installers broke our tile. We use the bathroom everyday, and I have photos of the bathroom from right before they came, and no tile was broken. If the tile broke during the install process, they should have told us! We have extra tile, and they could have put in the tile when they were putting in the shower3) Right after they installed the shower, a medicine cabinet that was screwed into the dry wall, and had been there for years, literally came crashing down on my head. The cabinet fell and shattered everything that was in it, broke the cabinet as well as the tile below. Coincidence? Perhaps, but most likely due to the work that had just been done to the bathroom.The salesman who we spoke with was also quite pushy, and we felt like we had to make a decision right when he was in our house. We are not the kind of people that like that sales tactic, and we do not just make large financial decisions without thinking things through, so we found out later that we could have gotten better quality for a lower price only after we agreed to go with Jacuzzi.

We had a shower installed and our Installer JON B was truly exceptional. He finished the entire job on his own and in one full day. We are so impressed and still amazed at how it turned out.

Jerry, the construction manager, supported Steven and Todd throughout the project. Kristen, with customer support, answered all of our questions from the beginning to end, and was very helpful. Brad and Jon were so nice and respectful. They worked quickly and without interrupting me as I worked from home. I was impressed by the plastic and tarps they draped in my master bedroom to keep dust from landing on furniture as they worked. This obviously wasn't their first rodeo.

I recently had a very big job completed for two bathroom showers; master and guest. They are both on the second floor and undoubtedly this added some challenge. This was a two-day job and I can't say enough about how hard working and dedicated to quality and customer service the (as it turned out) two crews handled the job. Unfazed by setbacks (company sent out a drywall repair man to fix a hole that had to be cut to access an inadvertently broken water pipe) and working 12-hour days, my showers were transformed so that the entire bathrooms really look brand new. I was really stressed for a time about the cost and now that the job is complete I feel the money was well spent for added value to my aging home. The installers really made a difference as they were friendly, attentive to questions, kept me informed at every step and were very nice to my pug! FIVE STARS to Justin, Bob, Darrell and Tom!!!

Chris and Darrell were fantastic during the tub installation. They arrived on on time, with a smile on their faces. They were professional and very patient with answering all of our questions. They laid down drop cloths and cleaned up everything as they went. They were very careful not to ding any walls or furniture when bringing in the fabricated walls and bathtub. We converted our tub to a roll in shower. Because we have a Del Webb home in the Sun City area, it took two days to complete the job. The first day Kory and Bobby did the plumbing and concrete floor work. on the second day Matt and Chris did the framing and installed the panels, All four of these guys knew what they were doing and explained things to us every step of the way. They positioned grab bars, shower curtain bar and the shower head exactly where we wanted them. Any mother or boss would be proud of these men. When we cancelled the project they were supposed to refund us over $2,000 which they failed to do instead they sent the check for $313 and when we try to contact them we got no response. They talk a big game about taking care of their vets however they do not take care this event appropriately it's a shame!

We had Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona come out and quote a complete remodel of our existing walk in shower. The gentleman that did the quote was very polite and professional. The problems started when he gave the price of the remodel. I am always very leery of someone give you an non itemized price, and writes the information on a dry erase board. Reminds me of a call dealership. I was SHOCKED when I saw the exceeded $18,000. I had previously done some homework, and have a strong opinion that the job should be between $4,000 and $5,000. they even push the fact that the material had silver in it. Kind of like how people were pushing colloidal silver as a cure for COVID. Also if a contract runs ads on TV, guess whos paying for those ads? Anyone that hires them. In addition I asked for the quote to be emailed to me, and never received the quote.

Scheduled a remodel appointment for our master shower. Kyan showed up early and was very professional. He explained all of the available options and truly listened to what was important to us for the remodel. We were very satisfied with our experience. I spoke with a salesperson on the phone today and when I tried to setup an in-person consultation at my home, the female salesperson asked me if I lived alone. When I told her I was married with kids, she asked me if my husband would be home for the quote. I told her it was not necessary because I am the decision-maker when it comes to remodeling and design in our household and she refused to allow me to move forward with an appointment without my husband. I told her I did not want to move forward with a company that tells me how to run my household. I don’t recommend working with this sexist company. We are not in the 1960s and women are just as important as men. Get it together!

Looks like its only me that has had horrible representation by this organization. I am a disabled veteran, who was attempting to upgrade a bathroom for my grandmother. I have had to personally I feel as though I have been lied to every step of the way, from financing, to even updates in the process. I get contradicting phone calls, which have totally made me question the legitimacy of the process altogether. Often the blame is placed on others like any good business will do, but it feels like every time Justin Hatcher states something will happen, I end up attempting to follow up and am always forgotten about. If you want honest and upfront business, I do not recommend them.

The company called or texted me several times reminding me of the appointment. Salesman., Russell, Russ did not seem to know the product. He went through the motions, wrote down the price and said that was for today only. I told him if he wanted my answer today it was, no. He said he thought I was that kind of guy. Refused to write a proposal. NEVER, NEVER BUY from This COMPANY. TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE.

Caveat Emptor! I was very disappointed that it took the salesman over 3 1/2 hours to provide a quote that was outrageously overpriced. I could remodel my entire house for what he quoted me which was $22K - $45K for 2 showers depending on which product I chose. The options were extremely limited, and I couldn't get everything I wanted even at $45K. Make sure you ask for an itemized quote and I would recommend never financing through their lender because I was quoted at least 8% APR with outstanding credit. Typical used-car salesman tactics of I can only offer you this price today. I was furious and absolutely hate this type of company. The overhead and markup offset any kind of discount they offered. I deal with contractors on a daily basis and none of them are this bad.

Everything went well, professional and responsive installers. Only problem is with the floor pan itself. Depressed channels used for quick drain work but they create slippery spots where they intersect and set me up for a fall. Constant use of the hand holds is required. Otherwise, love the new enclosure. Just needs better no-slip design.

Jacuzzi employees (Anthony, Andres arrived at 7 a.m. as scheduled and worked diligently, quietly and efficiently. Kory arrived a little later when the old shower had been removed and it was time for a plumbing issue to be resolved. All work was completed about 3 p.m.. They left the bathroom spotless. A slight misunderstanding left me with a concern; Once notified, a representative returned and has suggested a remedy that exceeds my expectations. Meanwhile, I am enjoying my shower immensely.. On a side note, Angie is phenomenal!!! She is very knowledgeable, maintains her composure under any circumstance and in my eyes, the company could never overpay her!

Lyle and Parker arrived as scheduled, fully explained what they were going to do to replace tub with w/i shower. Finished in a timely manner and left our place as clean and neat.. Flawless work, could not find a flaw in the finished product.

At the start , this company a pleasure to work with when we decided to remodel our master shower. From the professional, knowledgeable and on time sales rep (Andrew), up to and including the installers Cameron B and Jon B.. The installers were on time, they walked us through the steps of the job, and welcomed us to observe and ask questions. They ensured that our floors and furniture in or near the work zone were protected. They cleaned up their demo debris before moving to the installation steps. When they found that the warehouse person(s) had pulled the wrong colored panels (per the contract) they rectified the issue quickly. As we observed each step of the installation, they did not cut corners. These two craftsmen are comfortable with their job and put quality at the top of their list. They cleaned up their work area ensuring no debris was left behind. They then walked us through the warranty, the operation of the shower, proper cleaning and maintenance of the surfaces and the waiting period and why we needed to wait. They setup a temporary shower rod and curtain for us to use until our backordered doors are installed. All around a great experience. Cameron B and Jon B. really wrapped up the package of caring, professional and desire for the job to be done RIGHT by this company. The employees at the front end of a company can promise you the Taj Mahal, but it is the people that make that happen, that really cement the commitment to that promise. 3/22/2022. Took me 30 + days to get my doors installed after they charged me for the project completion without the doors being installed. I got the run around, unkept promises and passing the buck from JOSH, AMANDA and one other one that I did not get their name. FINALLY, they decided to give us an upgrade on the door so they could close this job. Once again, the installation crew was great. Clean, professional and polite. Even with a minor hiccup, they did a phenomenal job. I will think twice about using JACUZZI in the future and I WILL NEVER DO A PROJECT WHERE GREENSKY FINANCE IS INVOLVED.

After obtaining 3 quotes, we chose Baths for Less to remodel our shower. Best price by far, not too small. Great communication before during and after project completion. There was a small problem with finished look of framing shower entry, but they corrected it and even held up cashing final check until we were happy. I would recommend you get a quote from them

Baths for Less was a great company to work with. They took our old outdated tub in our mobile home and turned it into a beautiful step in shower that will work well for any elderly person who purchases our trailer. The guys who installed the unit were all very professional and kind. I would highly recommend Baths for Less.

George came over to quote me to turn my nightmare shower from 1974, into a beautiful, easy to clean shower that will last forever. I am so looking forward to installation in 5 weeks or so.

Bids were WAY out of line! Salesman was visibly upset when we told him that we wouldn’t give him a same-day answer. Very high pressure and out right rude! Strongly do NOT recommend!

I have to say these guys were so cool but most of all so professional & better than I expected. Steven would explain to I through the whole process & asked me what I wanted. Loved his energy & he would tell me if there is an issue we have a solution. Great guys & they did an outstanding job on my bathroom showers. I am very happy with my new walk-in shower! Bath for Less staff came in on time and worked quickly to transform my tub/shower into a beautiful Walk-in Shower! Since I am in my 70's and have trouble with mobility, this transformation was more then cosmetic, for me. Thank you to all the staff that was involved in changing my life and my bathroom.

We had an appointment with them for over two weeks. The day of the appointment after waiting for someone to show up we decided to call just to be told that our appointment had been canceled due to a scheduling conflict on their end. We never received a phone call or text message stating they canceled our appointment. They have lost a potential customer!!!!Bad customer service equals bad business!!!I had to leave 1 star because zero star weren’t an option.

IMPORTANT we had an install with jacuzzi bath .our who process took a lot longer then what was expected .we had the first shower put in the guy fell and then cracked the pan not only that but we had a lot of other issue he was smoking a weed pen in our bathroom and brought someone who did not work with Jacuzii bath to help him on our project who messed up our floorit was only supposed to take one day took 2 he cracked the pan so then we got the new one in 2 weeks later luckily they had to redo our shower that’s when we found so many mistakes that we would have never have found if the first guy did not mess up. plumbing was done wrong no insulation in the window that was coved up no wall glue in other spots the flooring we had was ruined and that took another month to get fixed yes they fixed it but all in all we had to reschedule painters and missed multiple days of work to actually keep an eye on the second time due to all the corners that where cut in our first install so if you do go with Jacuzii bath I would keep an eye on what is and is not being done and make sure it is done right the first time around

The salesman was a relatively nice guy, very informative. The installation crew was very efficient and did a good job in my opinion, having been a carpenter myself.They did promise us three shelves and a foot rest. However the foot rest was not with the wife thought it was and while they were doing the installation she declined that, and the field foreman exchanged it verbally with me for another shelf so we would have four shelves in the shower.Worst case scenario they were going to give us $100 refund as the shelves and all the small items were $100 apiece.As it turns out apparently, the shower style that we picked suddenly was no longer available and I could not get us the fourth shelf. Nobody as of yet has reached out to me to give us our hundred dollar refund.Even the bank financing the shower remodel was a little surprised that no one had contacted me. It’s now been upwards of two months and no one‘s called yet.Make certain whatever style shower stall or whatever you buy is not out of style or is not one sitting in a closet that they’re going to use. And make sure it’s put in writing that you get money back if they don’t put certain parts in the install.I would’ve given them a five star, but the hundred dollar refund irked me quite a bit.If I had to do it all over again, would I use them?I don’t know....

We have structural issues with our house after jacuzzi did a demo for our bathroom…was in contact with the service department to get it remedied….the company they use was very poor at contacting me and I eventually told jacuzzi to send them away…they have another company to access the damage…this has been a lengthy process and still nothing done….would not recommend their services….they are supposed to be professionals…but are not….I contacted jacuzzi based on adds I saw on television….be careful on how you choose a contractor
