Re-Bath and Kitchens

The whole Re-Bath team was excellent, from start to finish. Design consultant Bart had lots of great suggestions helping us decide on concepts, styles and colors. He also followed up as work progressed and came around at the end to make sure we were satisfied.As for the work itself, we can't say enough good things about Brad and others that helped him. His preparation included placing cardboard not only on the floor from the front door, but cutting individual pieces to fit each of the 21 steps of our spiral staircase up to the master bath. Lot of plastic curtains to manage dust, too. Bart was always very professional, and his work (he did it all, from demo to floor tiles to plumbing) was excellent in all respects. His texts kept us well-informed about when he was coming over and provided a daily progress summary with photos when he was done.The results were exactly what we wanted, and the project was completed on time and at the agreed-upon price. Re-Bath was also the best value of all of the teams we considered, and we're verry happy we went with them.

Re-Bath remodeled our 35 year old Guest Bath Tub area. They removed all the old tile, tub and fixtures and installed an all new shower enclosure from floor to ceiling. And, they did it all in just three days, including the city inspection. The technician, Jean-Luke, was very cordial and accommodating and did his work quickly and efficiently and with great skill. We are very pleased with everything Re-Bath has done for us!

Alex and Dylan of Rebath did an excellent job removing the tub and adding a walk-in shower with grip bars and a bench for my Dad’s safety. They arrived timely and worked hard for 4 days to complete the conversion. They did a great job communicating their starting time each day and recording their daily work using the group app. They were kind to my family and dog and ensured they kept the doors closed as they worked. The finished product is as expected. It’s beautiful and safe. I appreciate their work and would hire them again. Thanks Dylan and Alex.

The experience from Re-Bath was excellent. Our shower was installed within 3 days even though our older home presented some challenges. :) We were kept informed at every step along the way and the installer, Rusty, respected our house and insured it was clean throughout the process. This is my second bathroom remodel with ReBath. Gabe installed everything to perfection. He was also helpful with decision-making along the way. Michael helped with overall design. We hired Rebath to take out a sunken 43 year old cast iron tub, fill the hole to make it flush with the floor, raise the plumbing & install a new walk in shower. Alex Chavez was our technician. He was completely professional, knowledgeable, & informative. He showed up at exactly the time he said he would each day & worked hard all day. He completed the whole job in 3 days and it is BEAUTIFUL! The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. The customer service Rebath provides is second to none! We had two full bath remodels which included the Master Bath tub/shower conversion into an enlarged shower with original shower converted into a towel / storage closet. Very nice work. Alex Cahvez - our technician /installer - did an outstanding job. Always on time and worked extra to stay on schedule.

Re-Bath removed the old bathtub and installed a walk-in shower. The technician, Macio, did a great job and kept us well informed on the progress. Despite a few missing items that he had to run back and get, he kept the project going and was extremely good at what he did. We are very satisfied with the work.

Had a custom master shower remodeled and it looks great! Sales person was Adam. Took his time & went over everything, with a great eye for color and design. He loved all my animals too. Alex was the installer and he spent a week at my house, and did a fantastic job. He is very respectful, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He verified how I wanted certain portions of the job done, instead of assuming the answer, which was very nice. Had answers too all my questions or wld find out for me if he didn't have the answer. He & Eric (the project manager) had the shower curtain bar upgraded to what i wanted, which was a last minute change, and was delivered the same day. Even installed some extra insulation that i supplied & replaced an extra handicap bar for me. He was great to have here and to work with. Will definitely hire Rebath when I decide to get my kitchen done. End result looks awesome!

I would like to say the first week that Keatin and Hunter came to our home, they conducted themselves very professional. I was amazed on how well they worked together. They started working emmediately upon arrival. The following week Keatin came alone. He worked impressively hard. He is very pleasant and always let us know what work was done on that day and always cleaned before leaving for the day. He always arrived to the following days, on time. I think Re-bath & Kitchens are lucky to have Keatin and Hunter in their employment. We had a total remodel of our master bathroom with Rebath. It was a terrific experience start to finish. Our new bathroom is stunning.Our primary technician Keaton was completely professional along with being accommodating and helpful in every way. Hunter and Macio also were terrific in providing extra help with our project. we Our designer Deborah provided a design completely compatible to our tastes and followed up throughout the project. We were consulted all through the project for preferred placement of components and accessories and everything was fully explained each day. We received daily updates along with photos of what was done each day. At the end of every workday Keaton carefully cleaned the work area and his access path. Our project was finished ahead of schedule!I am so pleased with our bathroom remodel.

I had a shower stall replacement. Jason and Sam were very professional and thorough. They answered all my questions and left my home very clean.

ReBath took out old and put in new tub/shower & surround, toilets, vanities with sinks, as well as all new plumbing parts and faucets, shelves & grab bars. We also had a light recessed in above the shower.The installer was outstanding in all ways. He kept busy, yet did not rush through it. He was organized and thorough, with attention to the smallest of details. The quality of his work was perfect, which is something hard to find now days. He was friendly, polite, courteous and thoughtful. He went over and above our expectations. Oh, and he even vacuumed before he left!We truly love our new bathrooms!Everyone we encountered from the in-home estimater to the installer were wonderful.

We had our master bathroom and hallway bathroom redone recently we are very happy how everything went since the first day with design consultant JR Crider was very patient and attentive he was very helpful. Our experience with Re-Bath was an amazing experience. Our designer Deborah Blair was top notch. We were told our project would take one week to complete and it was completed on time. Our master bath was remodeled by Ray Diaz. Ray is a master in his skill set and a valuable asset to the company. He was professional in his work and very thorough. We always knew from day to day what he completed and where he was going with the project the next. He would debrief us at the end of the day, then immediately send us a summary of the day's work along with pictures in a group text. Ray was also approachable and flexible during our project. We felt we were 'in the loop' during the project because of his communication with us. This experience with Re-Bath and their staff was a pleasureable experience. We will recommend Re-Bath to our family and friends for sure!

We replaced our shower with a new walk in acrylic shower with a seat and shelves. Our service guy was Macio Lewis. He spent 4 days and was absolutley fabulous. The job was very involved and included concrete work, plumbing, soddering copper, sheetrock, and moving the drain and more. He was very professional, efficient, and prepped that surrounding area to avoid a mess. He cleaned up after the job and did an exceptional job work. I would highly recomend his services and hope he is recognized by your company. He was delightful and knew what he was doing. Well done Macio!

Didn't finish in 2 days as promised, told us we owed $1,200 extra when the job was done, left the job unfinished when they said is was all done, had to come back a 4th time and fix mistakes, installers had zero communication with the salesman. I would never use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone!

Keaton and Hunter Linford were very professional and personable and did an excellent job. They recognized details that should have my input before completing and had good suggestions. They were conscientious about cleaning up after themselves each day. I would give them 5 stars. I felt the sales pitch was a bit canned and rushed but i’m overall happy with the choice.

If your looking for a high pressure sales person who bad mouths the competition and talks very badly about others this is your company. We chose to go with another company for many reasons, they didn’t bad mouth there competitors, the cost was substantially less and overall were a better company. Finally we had to throw the guy out of our home. He insulted my wife by not understanding we were getting many quotes and we made it clear we don’t do business with people like him. If this is how he was trained this company should be ashamed.

Re-bath from the sales person to the install person is top notch. They did what they said they would do and we could not be happier with the results. Mario ( the tech who did the work) was a complete professional. He communicated well and his work was a 6 star if there were such a thing. Every day we would get a mail detailing what time he would arrive and he would send pictures and comments on the work completed The job site was kept clean and we were ready for company after he finished. He dusted, swept and cleaned the entire bathroom before he said he was done. Biggest thing is he cares that his customers are happy. Yep we would use this company again without hesitation and would request Macio be our tech

We had our old tired fiberglass shower replaced. Our installer Keaton Linford was on time each day. And kept us updated on his progress. He worked diligently each day. He was pleasant, clean and very professional. It was a 2 day job, and it is beautiful!

We have redone our master bath and a second bath this year with Rebath. We installed a fully custom oversized shower that involved significant tile work, drywall work, and custom glass. We also installed a Rebath product shower/tub combo with standard glass doors, and had the tile flooring replaced in both bathrooms. David was our designer for both projects, and Mo was our installer. We are extremely happy with how the bathrooms turned out. David is amazing with design. He was so patient and spent time going through online images with us and meeting us at the tile store. He designed bathrooms that perfectly meet our needs and look beautiful. Mo's workmanship is incredible, and he has a great attention to detail. The inside layers of the showers and flooring looked as carefully installed as the exteriors. He cleaned up the bathrooms every day, and the mess of a remodel didn't affect any other parts of the house. This company uses superior products, and all employees we interacted with (in and out of our home) were professional. We feel confident in the quality of the two bathrooms, and would highly recommend this company.

I’m so excited about my guest bathroom having the Complete redo. Tub, ADA toilet, backsplash around sink and behind toilet with a soft touch closing seat/lid and vanity that’s soft touch closure too. Brad, the technician did an awesome job. Then he did the my bathroom and only had to do the ADA toilet the vanity and backsplash just around the sink area. And both got new medicine cabinets that have the 3 glass openings and the ones that were in the walls are gone and tiled Great job TEAM

We had the extreme pleasure of having Curtis from Re-Bath and Kitchens remodel our master bathroom. From the very start he was kind and informative. He encouraged us to be picky and to make 100 percent sure everything was done to our liking. He was so professional and on time each day of work. He communicated with us every step of the way and we really appreciate all the extra effort into making sure our house stayed clean! The first day of work plastic and cardboard was laid down in all working areas and walking path throughout the house to ensure cleanliness. Our installer, Jacob, and his crew did a great job staying on schedule and communicating that schedule and planned work. The end results were very nice and we are enjoying our new bathroom after just a week remodeling.

Robert (the salesman) did an excellent job in presenting the information about the company and their services. He didn't pressure me and he satisfied all my questions. The scheduling worked well. I needed to change it until after the Christmas holiday---which they did without any problem. Doug was the lead worker on the bathrooms and he was excellent. He was quick and professional in every respect. When I had a question, he would take the time to answer it fully. He kept me informed as to what he was doing and the progress. At the end of each day, he gave me a summary of what he accomplished for that day and what was scheduled for the next day. Every person I deal with in the process of getting the job done was very professional and efficient. I am very pleased with the results of the project and would recommend them to anyone.

We had our master bathroom 90’s separate square/box shower and small soaking tub removed and a new walk-in shower installed in its place. Brad and team were very professional, followed Covid precautions, worked very efficiently daily and kept a very clean working area each day. They put cardboard down throughout the path in our house leading up to our bathroom to protect our floors. They kept us constantly updated on progress daily. They also cleaned up wonderfully when the project was finished. We are very pleased with the final product and it was completed a day early, which is awesome. Thank you for the great work and for completing it earlier then expected.

Every aspect of my experience with ReBath was excellent. This is the way customer service is supposed to be. The employees assigned to work on my project worked as a team and they kept me informed every step of the way, including a daily verbal report on progress as well as a daily written report that went to the whole team. Everyone arrived when they said they would and the materials they used were excellent quality. The technician that did the work was a real craftsman and he was very good at checking with me when there was a decision to be made.

Brad and Randy did an excellent job for us. We had four bathroom counter tops/sinks replaced and a shower rebuilt. They cleaned everything when they were finished. We are VERY pleased. We highly recommend the whole Re-Bath staff - Alyssa Jones, Raymond Hernandez, Brad McBee, and Randy. The entire project was well planned and executed.

We got to design our entire Shower ourselves.We used Silver Vein Cut Natural Stone. This shower is absolutely Beautiful!!Oh, and the Best installer that did 99% of all the work was Stephen Bennett. Let start from the end because that's the best part. Our technician Justin left us with our jaws dropped. Our new shower is PERFECT!! Justin was quick and efficient! He cared about his work and our thoughts on some details. He left the area impeccable! He came through 110%! The rest the crew are also responsive and have great customer service.

Re-Bath was the best decision my husband and I made when it came to deciding who we should go with for our shower remodel. The in home consultation was very easy and fun when choosing our product selections. Debra Crawford did an amazing job in helping us decide materials for our budget and explains the process of what was to come during the remodel phase. Jeff Landsiedel and partner (sorry I forgot his name) did our demo and plumbing - they were very clean and made sure dust didn’t travel farther than the bathroom. Justin Packwood finalized the project by filling in our old sunk in shower that was 16” deep with concrete to level it with our foundation and install our new shower. He was polite, professional and took every precaution to ensure a good install. It looks so beautiful and it’s huge!!!! Justin’s detail in the installation process was on point. He provided instruction on the dos and don'ts so we wouldn’t interfere with the drying time. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the installation. I highly recommend ReBath if you’re in the market for a bath remodel.

Kevin did a great job with the install. The whole team was great from sales (Adam), to keeping us informed through calls and the group text chat. The job was done quicker than we expected. Remodel of 2 bathrooms. The look and function work really well. Adrian was great and explained everything in detail. A few outstanding issues and some materials were not up to par but the company was ready to make it right. All in all, a good experience.

After remodeling my kitchen in Jan 2021 I hired ReBath again to update my master shower. It was completely demolished & updated. Rusty did a great job demolishing & Sam went above & beyond in the installation process. Would highly recc.

We are very pleased with our bathroom remodel, especially when Steve found an unseen problem with the pipes behind the shower wall and was able to work around that, saving us a considerable extra charge. Alyssa Jones our personal consultant and designer helped us bring out what we wanted and needed for our new bathroom. The work went as promised and our installer, I call him that because he needed to be an expert at framing, plumbing, fit and fare, all the trades needed to be a one man show. Good work but very expensive. Took forever (2 months) to get started after signing the contract. A showroom is needed where people can compare styles and colors, because the samples carried by the rep do not really represent the final outcome.

We were thrilled that everything happened just as we were told. Workers showed up when they said they would, did the work they said they would and got done when promised. All Messes were cleaned up before workers went home each evening. This all added up to two very happy customers. Happy with the final product as well as the process.

This was overall a very unprofessional place to work for. I'm not sure if every branch treats their employees with such disrespect but my experience was overall awful. I had to drive 4 hours there and back and was not reimbursed for gas or offered a place to stay while i was there at all. I found a place to stay in phoenix but i was never told my schedule or when i needed to work and i was expected to just assume i needed to be there. I would text and call the manager asking when i needed to work and i would get no response until the day before i needed to be there. The texts i would receive would always be very late at night and was expected to drop everything and drive 4 hours to get there at 1am to the persons house i was staying at, or wake up at 2:30 AM to get there by 8am. When i told the manager i had to drive that far, he used that as an example for something he didn't give a s*** about in front of the other person i was training with. I called to let him know that i needed to be met half way by either getting reimbursed for gas, given a place to stay, or even just better communication otherwise i didn't think the job was going to work out for me. He never once tried to call me back after that. I'm not sure if i was treated this way because i am a young female and he thought i wasn't capable of doing the job, or if he was just that arrogant. I worked for a different bathroom company since i was about 16 years old and i was never treated with the amount of disrespect that this company gave me.

Re-Bath & Kitchens was a wonderful company to work with throughout our gynormous project! The quality of the cabinets and all the workmanship was excellent and we are loving our new kitchen space!

So I go to the showroom to look at what they sell...right away I was told no prices were available...that (as I figures) I would need to set up an appointment with a designer...then I would get a quote start to finish with Re-Bath doing all the work..I was also informed that from day one Re-Bath does any repairs or service on the unit ? Look they may have an awesome product...do awesome work ...but I refuse to allow the headlock you throw on anyone doing business with you...tell me what it cost...from the jump...I will decide if it fits my budget...not jumping thru hoops to do business with you on your terms

Rebath upgraded both of my bathrooms in my townhome. The process, from start to finish, was incredibly smooth and painless. The cost is pretty competitive and their products have decent warranties on them.The free in-home consultation was a breeze, and I didn't feel like I was being upsold at all. My consultant was Jim Blackburn, and he was helpful and informative and attentive.The entire process took a week, and the technician was great. He was professional and courteous, cleaned up every night, and would give us a run down of what he was doing each day.I will gladly recommend Rebath to anyone needing a new bathroom.

I always think a project will be quick and simple. But not if it is done right. Re-Bath specialists installed a beautiful porcelain tiled shower, making sure it is waterproofed and nicely framed. A friend said I got my money's worth and I agree.

My wife and I hired rebath or five day kitchens and bath a few years ago. While some of the work was satisfactory, we have had many issues which have risen since the job was done. We would not hire this company for any work whatsoever...they get in and get out and want to be paid! Just beware of the hack job that you may see. There is much shoddy and sloppy work!

We are so pleased with the remodel we had done by RE-Bath. We went from a bad tub and shower curtains to a huge shower with glass doors that are so easy to clean. The tiny bathroom now looks huge and clean . Our bathroom remodel started out with Jim Blackburn, who guided us through the process of selecting materials and design converting our bathroom from a tub to a shower. The team of Jesus and Sammy were terrific, they are perfectionists. When we do our next bathroom remodel we will request that Jesus and Sammy do the job. Thank you Re-Bath!

We were looking to get our standard size walk in shower redone. Tear it down to the studs and bebuild. The designer that showed up was very nice, knowledgeable and had a good but long presentation. After picking out what we wanted, she showed us the price....$18,000!!! We told her our budget was around $6,000 up front. Even when we got rid of basically everything we liked and went down to the standard product, it was still $14,000. I'm not even sure why she stuck around to do the presentation and have us pick out what we liked knowing she couldn't come close to our budget. Shop around before you settle...this was outrageously overpriced for what we wanted done.

Extremely pleased with the work performed. Everything delivered as promised. Our craftsman, Eric Schwab, was terrific.

What a waste of time. We contacted Home Depot so we could get a basic Home Depot tub installed. There’s no way we’d ever pay you 8000 dollars.

Mike is a very good sales representative, first of all he’s very easy too, talk to, down to earth, he knows what he’s talking about, it was like a 101 class on Re/Bath more than likely I will have Re-Bath do the job.

Our design consultant, Bradlee, helped us all through the project. She was creatiive, available to us, and always had a smile on her face! Jesus, who laid all the tile, is a master!

ThIs is our third bathroom upgraded by this fine company! You will not find a better backed product. I loved my new show in Baltimore, so naturally called ReBath to take care of a new shower in my Glendale Arizona home. Now, having moved into our new home in Paradise Valley, ReBath will be doing this shower too! I never regretted the other showers. Recently Re-bath remodeled our bathroom - it looks wonderful! This is in large part due to the technician assigned to the project: Aaron Torres. Aaron is professional, friendly and treated our home with respect. Typically, he arrived daily at the agreed upon time - in the event he was to be delayed he informed us that morning of the new arrival time.He informed us of what he planned to accomplish each day. I will admit there were a few issues during the redo of our shower but in the end everything turned out beautifully.
