Don and Darrell were awesome. Prompt, efficient, clean and attentive to detail. One issue with a handle that came off the next day- they were out immediately to correct it. Did find the floor was a little slick, but that is being corrected as well. They are very responsive to calls and have checked up on my satisfaction a couple of times after the install. Literally took 2 days to install just as they said and then one day to dry. I especially love the locker in the shower. Highly recommend this company for a tub to shower conversion.

Pacific Bath Company installed a low entrance walk in tub. The installers, Cam'ron and Kurt were on time both days. They demolished the old tub that had been there since 1976. They were careful of making sure they kept the dust contained. Both installers were very professional, courteous and explained each step. They alerted us when they were going to turn the water off and had it back on with in an hour. They clean up after themselves and removed all the old parts. They came back the next day to finish and we now have a beautiful walk in tub. They explain how the tub, Jets, bubbles worked and how the whole system worked. They made sure we were comfortable with all the controls before they left.

A big shoutout of praise and thanks to Bo, Mark, the installers, and all at Pacific Bath who made my tub conversion a valuable addition to my home. Everyone was professional and kind, and the workers were efficient, quiet, tidy and clean. It was a quick and easy process. <3

Started very well. I knew I was paying premium prices but was assured there was a lifetime guarantee and even scheduled maintenance. Well. I did the demolition and removed the fiberglass tub/shower surround and most of the drywall needed to be removed. After a few reschedules based on my needs and an injury to one of their installers, the guys showed up. Things seemed OK. They use spray foam insulation to fill behind things and were nice enough to add a piece of insulation I provided. Now the problems. I have given them a month to make good on the damages, but now I am just ignored. The installers used my toilet seat to place their tools. This resulted in the Toto $50-65 seat that was almost brand new being scratched terribly. I was assured this would be replaced with no problem. Well, here I wait. In addition...the grab bars are a different model from Kohler than the shower system. It looks odd and less than premium. The caulking job was above average, but I could do better and again...NOT premium. The transition from the shower to my baseboard was pretty sloppily executed--again NOT premium. The installers used my shop vacuum as I told them they could. Problem was the whole bathroom was covered in a fine dust that included the mirrors being cloudy with dust. To add insult--the installers would go to lunch and apparently smoke marijuana. This did not seem to effect their work excessively, but it speaks to unprofessional conduct. My experience started very promisingly but has left a terrible taste in my mouth. I can NOT RECOMMEND these folks. I will post this in an effort to warn others and perhaps now they will respond to my simple request of a new toilet seat. (Over $14K of a bill must have just a tiny bit of profit, don't you think?)

Darrel and Luis came to our home and with great care for our property completely removed our old, almost 40 year old shower, in one day. They were both friendly, answered our questions, were efficient and left our house very clean after the first day. On day two, they installed the new, beautiful shower walls, doors and Kohler fixtures. It was a long day, but they were most agreeable, kind and courteous. When the project was finished, they checked it all over with us and left our house in very clean condition. They hauled away all pieces of the old shower and we love the new shower! Darrel and Luis are excellent, skilled men. They are an asset to Pacific Bath Company!!

We had our very old shower replaced. The new shower is beautiful. The installers were so nice and asked our input on placement of certain features like grab bars and niche. They arrived promptly and worked very hard! They explained how the new shower head and faucets worked! They were great!

I decided to have a Kohler Walk-In Bath installed for my wife as I knew she would physically benefit. She uses it now at least every other day if not everyday!

The works were very neat and courteous while in my home. They explained in great detail each step and applied great care to my home while doing their work. The workers could understand and speak perfect English, which is very rare in todays workplace. I would again choose this company for their quality of work and their choice of workers. And the most wonderful thing was the quality of work was excellent. I am 100% satisfied with this company.

Really great professional people. EVERYONE associated with the project was terrific to deal with. Pacific's people did exactly what they said they would do! They told us the date and time of the installation, and they were there on time and ready to go! Took NO time for lunch or breaks! They worked for two days to get the job done...exactly what they said they would do! When they were finished, they cleaned up...it looked like they hadn't even been there...left the bathroom in better shape than when they started! Michelle Beltran kept us informed all along the way with updates on product deliveries, scheduling, etc. You get what you pay for and Pacific Bath and Kohler were well worth the money. The three-year guarantee was a big selling point as well! I can't say enough good things about Pacific Bath and the Kohler line of products!

Pacific Bath took out my ancient bathtub and replaced it with a modern shower. The quality of the work is EXCELLENT and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. Thanks to David and the rest of the install team for their professionalism and skill!

I had the privilege of working with the AMAZING crew at Pacific Bath Company of a shower remodel. I had the original 1984 bathtub and shower. It was ugly and beyond repair. I spent about an hour with Trevor discussing options and the services and product being offered were beyond my expectations. Over the next 2 weeks I was kept up to date with everything. My installers were courteous, considerate, and professional. My new shower is beautiful. Hands down a positive experience!

Well, Jay sold us a 1 day job that I learned was actually a 2 day job when Whitney called to schedule. We got rescheduled once, and then our 2 day job this week ended up having one issue after another. We will be without a shower for a week! We spent a pretty penny to have this shower done right…. So now I’m let hopeful that they will actually complete the job Friday and it will be perfect. Not a good experience, disappointed is mild!

Seth and his helper were outstanding in everything they did…on time, cleaning up, putting things away. Couldn’t have ask for better people to do the work. Love our new shower.

I give a grade of 4.5 for the following: Although the remodel wasn't quite what we wanted, it all worked out in the end, got 2 niches instead of 1. Downside of the project was we couldn't use shower until a week passed. Doors were not usable and had to wait for work to be done on original niche. Also no contact from anyone about the project, I had to call to see if anyone was interested in our experience.

Due to my disability, I requested a walk in shower to replace the bath tub.Alan , company representative came to our home and was very professional and explained the options to us . Edwin and Justin, came on time and did an awesome job of doing the work .They were hard working and very efficient and finished the work in two days as promised.They cleaned everything up and explained the warranty to us.we are very satisfied with the entire process.

Old (1958) bathtub with original tile surround remodeled to a walk-in shower, plus removing old (1950's) toilet and installing a new one. Two day job with all demolition and removal day 1. Day two was the finish. Excellent work and cleanup by the 2 men. Kept me informed or in the loop as needed to ensure I liked the finished product. Love it!

Pacific Bath Company installed a walk-in tub for me. From meeting with Jarret to gain information and sign a contract to James, Marquese and Zach installing my tub, I experienced superb service. I feel as though I’ve become a member of Pacific and Kohler families.

The 2-day installation was completed with care and concern for my property and me. The job was done with a high level of professionalism including the work of Daniel the electrician.

And now for the tub … it’s phenomenal! I’ve used it several times already. It performs perfectly. I feel so much more confident bathing than in my previous standard bathtub. Replaced my 40 year old shower in 2 days. Can't say enough good things. On time, on budget, cleanest installation, great people to deal with from estimate to complete installation.

Matt and Matt (yes, both workers were named Matt) were amazing. They installed my walk-in tub. They were amazing. They covered my floors with drop cloths for protection. They ensured to close the front door whenever they needed to go in and out because I have a cat who likes to dart out if he sees an open door. The work was done in two days! The Luxstone design is beautiful. Matt and Matt were very pleasant, polite, and professional. They kept me up to date on their progress. There is a small patchwork on the wall that needs to be completed and Matt noted it in the file that he will return to complete that. Before leaving, Matt explained the function of each dial on tub and also gave me cleaning instructions. Amazing job!

Although we are pleased with the operation and appearance of the Walk-in Tub, I have since discovered that the installation crew did not fill the hole left in our concrete floor after relocating the drain from the old tub. And they left a large opening in the drywall for the water lines. I'm not sure the workmanship meets the plumbing codes? The tub hides these discrepancies- if you can't see it, nobody will know. But, unfortunately this work should have been completed for what we were charged. Once again, we are victims of a contractor cutting corners for their profit.
We also didn't enjoy the games the Senior Consultant played, allowing us a substantial discount.

I absolutely love my new Kohler walk-in shower, and the people at Pacific Bath made the whole process run so smoothly. Sales rep Cory Aronson was extremely knowledgeable and helped me design the perfect shower to replace the bathtub in my master bathroom. The expert installation, done by Ismael Flores and his assistant Michael Warner, created the space just as I had envisioned it. I was very impressed by their work! The friendly office staff kept me updated throughout. I would highly recommend Pacific Bath to anyone looking to remodel or update their bathroom.

My overall experience with Pacific Bath Company was excellent. I did a lot of research before purchasing my Kohler Walk-In Bath from Pacific Bath Company. My experiences with other companies was abysmal - from outright rudeness and bad mouthing the competition to not knowing anything about the product. This was not the case at Pacific Bath Company. We made two trips of 120 miles each to visit Pacific Bath Company's office so that I could see and sit in a Kohler Walk-In Bath. While there I had an opportunity to speak with Director of Sales, Nathan; Production Manager, Brett; and Sales Manager, Rick; all of whom were gracious with their time and knowledge. I had a lot of questions which they patiently answered. The Office Manager, Michelle, was always upbeat, friendly and helpful. You can tell that everyone has bought into the Company's customer culture. My In Home Consultant, Trevor, was pleasant, polite and professional as were the installers, Edwin and Dan. I was especially please that they were respectful of my home making sure that nothing was damaged. They also cleaned everything before leaving both days of the install. There were several issues following the install which were taken care of the next week. I am very pleased with the function of my Kohler Walk-In Bath. I especially like the automatic water purge cycle and the automatic turnoff feature of the Bubble Massage Control. I would suggest that a similar turnoff feature be added to the Back and Neck Heater. This was an expensive investment but as the saying goes You get what you pay for. I am very happy that I made this investment in my future health and well being. And, I am very happy that I chose Pacific Bath Company.

Technicians arrived on time . They introduced themselves and informed me of what they where going to do . They were diligent and professional. They removed me old tub and shower stall and installed a beautiful large shower in 2 days as stipulated in my contract. It was a pleasure to do business with Pacific bath from the start to completion I highly recommend them!

My wife needed a walk-in bath tub. Kohler is the best. Pacific Bath Company handles Kohler products. They are very easy to work with. Installation took 2 days as predicted. The crew work was smooth and the finished bath tub is excellent. .

The staff that came out to do our shower install when above and beyond. They worked non stop to insure that that shower was going to be safe for my 90 year old father. Dad just loves the new shower. They removed all the old remnants of the old bath tub their clean up was always spotless daily.

Replace an existing tub with a Kohler walk-in bathtub work was done on time professionally the team was courteous cleanup was great all repairs to the wall surfaces were done tub worked perfectly completely satisfied and the tub is great what a wonderful experience being able to sit upright and have a nice hydrotherapy massage going on. Both my wife and I have asked you arthritis in her back in her knees and what a soothing experience this is. We just don’t have the mobility to get out of a regular tub or into one for that matter safely but this tub does the job

HIred Pacific Bath to tear out bathrub and replace with walk-in Lux Stone shower. The product itself is very nice. What was disappointing was the damage they made during installation and the fact I ended up having to hire another contractor to repair (approx $500). They broke a hole thru to the nextdoor guest bedroom, gouged the bathroom ceiling, gouged the beadboard and the bathroom door. They fixed the bathroom door by putting filler into the gouges without trying to match the door paint. They patched the bedroom wall but didn't paint. For almost $15000, I figured I should get a first class product AND installation. Overall, a huge disappointment and a bigger pain in the aXX to get repaired.

Pacific Bath/Kohler removed our existing jacuzzi tube and installed the Kohler Walk-in Bath. This product and service is not inexpensive but certainly is great value for the investment. The Walk-In Bath is a very high quality product that provides walk-in air bubble and water jet whirlpool treatment. It's effective and wonderful. Pacific Bath, a regional partner of Kohler worked with my wife and I to design the installation, define the placement, verify the fit, layout, electrical, plumbing that would be needed as well as the exact correct and attractive look. The initial representative was very knowledgeable, through and competent. Although not typical, from contract signing to install was only one week. The Pacific Bath Install Team were in contact before the work began to confirm the specifications and agree to a work date. That team showed up as scheduled and completed the tear out, plumbing and electrical additions and connections plus bath and custom surround plus clean up in two days. It was a very professional and committed team, a first rate product and trustworthy organization. We are extremely pleased.

Pacific Bath Co removed our old tub /shower combination and installed a new Kohler walk in tub with beautiful suround including a 50 gal water heater. They did all the electrical and plumbing using professional electricians, plumbers and instalation people. They were done in less than 2 days and is beautiful. We are quite happy.

Remodeled upstairs master bath. Pacific Bath installed a Kohler walk-in bathtub with 27 jets. Louis, our installer, did an excellent job and we are enjoying the Kohler quality.

I wanted this email to be one of the first things you saw Monday morning. I had my first bath in my Kohler walk-in tub Saturday night and have to tell you it was just short of heavenly. What made the whole thing so wonderful was the incredible installation job which your Lead Installer, Joe Martinez, accomplished. They made it exquisite.
He went miles out of his way to create a beautiful tile backsplash, move the tub out from the wall to place a shelf behind it and retile the floor. Joe and his assistant, Lorentavious Robinson, left my entire house spotless. They put down tarps and canvas walkways, plastic protective walls so my bedroom, which is just beyond the bathroom, was totally dust-free.
Every night they swept, vacuumed and cleaned up everything so I could use the bathroom easily. They did not leave behind a single trace of all the work they did.

Joe and LT were such a pleasure to have in my home. So courteous, careful and pleasant. Actually, much nicer than most of my family! (Just kidding!)

To refer back to the backsplash behind the tub, it was necessary to remove the decorative tile which was in place before the walk-in tub arrived and, fortunately, I had extra tile available. Joe cut and matched and put together this really beautiful tile wall piece (I have attached a picture so you can see what he did).

I can't say enough about Joe's professionalism and care to be sure I was going to be happy with this new tub.

I have had work persons in my home who have not treated my home as though it were their own. Joe and LT did.

This was an arduous job, requiring three days to complete but they never seemed to sit down and rest for a minute!

I can't tell you how grateful I am that these gentlemen were the ones selected to come to my house.

Very high pressure sales tactics. There product may be great, but being bullied into buying was horrible. I cancelled my contract. After I cancelled, they were willing to give me the discount that I had asked for the day before. It felt like I was at a car dealership. Expect prices to be at least $25,000 or more.
