CUSTOMER SERVICE US NOT DEAD at Desert King Windows. I want to truly thank Jayson, president of Desert King Windows for helping resolve an install issue that took place back on the 1st of June. The crew that was sent out to install our 7 windows ran into a major issue and I needed immediate attention by Desert King Windows. Who calls me but the owner of the company. When does that ever happen? Let alone someone who cares and with knowledge to solve the problem, ever calls you back. Jayson resolved the situation with that crew and sent out a new crew first thing the next morning. All windows installed correctly by noon, AND WE LOVE THEM. Jayson even helped us with the overall price and graciously waited for payments when we were ready to pay in full. The windows have placed the 3 front rooms back in enjoyable comfort for the first time in 10+ years. I can't say enough about Jayson and his help resolving a difficult beginning. We are looking forward to adding more windows to our 35+ year old house and the great comfort that will be enjoyed for many years. Not to mention the increase value to our house. Thank you Jayson. Both the window and the Casita door with glass and blinds insert look wonderful. We love them. Energy Shield did a great job from coming out and looking at the site and giving us an estimate to measuring and then the final installation. I would highly recommend them.

Got 10 new windows and from start to finish it was a good experience. Both Greg & Adam Johnson stopped out at the job and seem to really care about their customers. The installers were on time & took great care on the installation. They were also very friendly and professional. Windows look great & really dress up the house. We believe that in the AZ heat Infinity fiberglass is the way to go. Definitely would recommend them.

I cannot express how happy I was with the quality of work they provided. The final product was installed with great care and turned out really nice. Four stars!!

Buying new windows turned out to much more of an adventure than we anticipated. The difference for us turned out to simply be the quality of the product. We loved every aspect of their windows. Their sales representative did a great job demonstrating the multiple features of the windows. We were given an installation date of May because of the number of jobs already scheduled before us, but much to our surprise, the windows arrived and were actually installed in April.

Unsure of what to expect we were concerned about the installation of the windows. The two men that did the installation were very courteous and polite, but even more importantly, were extremely hardworking, meticulous and diligent. They took great care of our house, wrapping things in plastic, cleaning up each area as they worked around our house replacing all of our windows. They picked up everything outside and did their best to leave everything as they found it when they started. When they were gone we had little more than our typical weekly housecleaning and our home was back in shape.

While we have only had our new windows for a few weeks, we love the finished product. Everything about the new windows has made a noticeable difference to our home inside and out. We can't wait to see the difference they will make in our summer utility costs. Obviously, we highly recommend you consider using Krasiva for your home as well.

Great people, great product at a fair price

I called Jason at Econ Windows to come out and give me a quote on a broken window, while other companies told me it would take 4 days just to come give a quote, he took time on his day off to give me the quote the same day! When he showed up (very punctual) he was quick, professional, and best of all was well priced and ethical. He did not take advantage of me needing a window asap, he just got to work and got me a fare price for a great product. He also stayed and helped me clean up the broken window/glass that needed replacing, before I had even committed to giving him the job. He went above and beyond to earn the business. When it came to install, he was fast and did great quality work.
If you are looking for a window company to do business with, I would highly recommend him and I will be calling him for any future jobs! Thank you Jason!!

The Lady that answered the phone was very incompetent. I asked to receive an in home consultation, and she tried to give me an estimate over the phone and at the end told me she could be wrong and does not know. I again asked for an in home consultation to get an accurate estimate. She began asking me questions about the installation and what the home was made out of. I am a long haul truck driver, and I didn't make the house so there for I do not know what it is made of. She was really unprofessional and did not do her job well. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!
