Our shower remodel was done as the Project Manager, Jason, explained it to us. The remodel was started earlier then was forecast and was completed in one and half days by Andres and Jose. They worked very hard and answered questions we had. We are very satisfied with their work and recommend them for future projects.Picture # 1 after picture #2 before.

I currently work for Ben and finally found an employer that isn’t afraid or to good to bust his butt day in day out on the whole project with his employees! He is very meticulous, knowledgeable, and extremely accurate in all of his projects. He is the definition of a caring boss and professional businessman!... Can’t wait to see how many more families dream homes we make come to life!

Unscrupulous business, calling my mother trying to get a hold of my EX-WIFE to try and sell her on some home remodel. Called numerous times throughout last month. Get your records in check, make sure you honor your DO NOT CALL requests and stop the harassing multiple phone calls.

We were introduced to this company (Tabitha) from a contractor we were going to hire to do a renovation on a home we just bought. He sent us to Renovation Inc to look at various materials for cabinets, shower, floors & countertops. From the start Tabitha was very unfriendly and acted like we were taking up her precious time. The store hours on the door say they are open on Saturday, but in a conversation with Tabitha, who came off as very snotty, told us that they are wrong and they just started to close on Saturday. Luckily, we had an appointmen but we arrived early thinking we could look around the showroom until our appointment time. Once they arrived, we were introduced to the couple. The husband was very nice and friendly. Tabitha was not. She never smiled, never tried to build a rapport with us - didn't seem to care about earning our business. She may be talented in decorating, but she is not talented when it comes to connecting with a customer, making the customer feel that they matter, and that she wanted our business. In today's market, there are a lot of design options. Tabitha really needs to learn the importance of customer interaction and the importance of it. Her interaction told us that she thought was too busy and good for us and didn't want to say or do anything to prove otherwise. In text messages she never said thank you or you're welcome. Honestly, she is the rudest person I've ever seen who owned a business and who supposedly wants to work with people and earn business.

We took samples with us, and she told us she was going to meet with the contractor at the house to do measurements. We sent photos of our choices and of course, promised to bring the samples back asap. There was a miscommunication, and she was unwilling to do get the measurements done, even though it was her and the contractor's miscommunication fault. I was having dental surgery trying to accommodate her busy schedule. With all of this we decided that it was obvious Tabitha did not want our business and the contractor also lost our business because of her lack of customer service and flexibility. Once we fired them she kept texting us asking for the samples even though we promised we would return them within 48 hours - which we did. WIth the exception of the husband, the other guy that was there when the samples were dropped off was as unfriendly as Tabitha. Hopefully this review will help her learn that the customer is the basis of a business - not her so-called talent. I would stay away!

We used West Haven Builders to remodel and update our home. Robert and his wife Ana were professional, responsive, honest, hard working, and a pleasure to work with. Robert is incredibly talented and does impeccable work. He is easy to have in your home and neat. Their prices are competitive and their work is second to none. It is rare to be wowed anymore and we were wowed! We will definitely use West Haven for any and all projects going forward.

In getting to know Trevor I've realized that his attention to detail is unmatched. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his work. I definitely be referring him and using him in the future

We hired ABA Home Remodeling to replace all of the original windows in our home that was built in 1965. The difference it made has been amazing. There's less noise, less dust in the house, and the windows look amazing! Everyone at ABA was patient in helping us understand our options and the installation process. The installation team was courteous, professional, and did amazing work in a short amount of time.

We are very happy with our new windows and would recommend ABA to anyone in the same position!

I hired Mesic Contracting to do Re-Leveling on my grandmas manufactured home in Mesa. They do excellent work and will definetly use again.

We had Retro Pro remodel our kitchen in our 1982 house in Tempe. Their work was excellent as always. They had done our master bath in 2009, I believe, and our guest bath a few years after that. They are not the cheapest but that is not really what you should be looking at. They don't start a job till they have ALL the supplies needed and the crew to do the work. Eric and Angela were professional and dedicated to helping us to get exactly what we wanted. Oscar and Blake our dedicated crew were wonderful. They always let us know when they were coming and kept us informed on the process of the job. Steve the project manager was always available to answer any and all questions. Keith and Serranos are unprofessional and not dependable. He gave me a quote for quartz countertops installation that was higher than other fabricators but I decided to accept it based on positive reviews. He didn't like the idea I wanted to buy slabs from Arista Stones, saying they are not responsible when their materials are defective. When I insisted because I liked the slab, he asked me to change my Sales Rep from the one I worked with to one he preferred. He said that my rep just got fired. As I heard none of these were true. I talked to a new rep, I bought a new sink and a faucet and, took a day off at work and was ready for templating. A day before, Keith just texted me, he was not going to do the project, without providing a reason. Regardless of Serranos response to this review, I would not use them and recommend to stay away.

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.

Paid for windows but they won’t install. Business has gone under and fighting in court right now.
