I had a pane of glass broken by my niece in my front window yesterday, so I called Valleywide Glass. The gentleman at the front desk explained what I should do and then gave me the piece of glass with no charge. I’m a small business owner myself and I will use Valleywide Glass from here on out. I highly recommend using them!!

Craig and Kris were great! Super quick process, Craig was very direct in explaining his professional opinion and what door options they had. Window & Door Co. came in 3k less than the next bid. Once I had signed with them, Kris was quick to reach out and schedule the final measurements, providing an ETA on the sliding door (also 12 weeks quicker then other companies I had got quotes from). All in all, great pricing, great communication, and a great install. Did not catch the installers name but he was in and out within 4 hours, took his time setting up to protect the interior flooring and exterior stucco. Highly recommend these guys to anyone!

After reading reviews and speaking with several window replacement companies we purchased Infinity windows (11 windows and 2 sliders) from Capstone and had them do the isntallation. The results are amazing! Greg (one of the owners) came to our house and answered our questions about the product and installation process. He's a very good communicator and knows what he's talking about. The window replacement crew (Chris, Ed and Kyle) were fantastic in many ways. They were on time, covered our floors and furniture, worked hard and well together, cleaned up everyday and all had terrific attitudes/personalities. Hector did a great job repairing the drywall, covered our floors and furniture, cleaned up when finished and was also very nice. We're very happy with our new windows and highly recommend Capstone Windows and Doors.

Power Window Repair solved the problems with both rear quarter windows on my 1992 Mustang convertible. Angel did the repairs in less than three hours and also adjusted them to eliminate the gap between front and rear glass. So nice to have full functionality again! Angel and Cynthia were very professional. Overall, an excellent experience and highly recommended. Very much worth the trip up from Casa Grande! Freelite did an outstanding job at our home; we needed more light in the study; they came out to assess the situation and together the decided on the size and the location. This also necessitated some roof work (this was a flat roof). Their subcontractors were each efficient, pleasant, and diligent. The job was accomplished quickly and well and we couldn't be more happy.

We bought a sliding glass door from them. We opted for the composite material. After placing the order, we waited 10 weeks, yes 10 weeks, to hear from someone about installation. At that point, we called the salesman -- who had urged us to be patient about installation -- to complain. We heard from an installer a week later.

When installed the panels overlap -- they door was not measure properly. Windows World and the installer both insisted this was normal which is of course ridiculous.

The door, while solid and of decent quality, is extremely difficult to open and close. The installer returned and said this is just how the door is designed...there's nothing that can be done. I have another call into have someone come out and look at the door.

We are about to start the process for replacing windows throughout our upstairs. Given our experience, we are not considering Windows World for this. There are simply too many competitors out there to give repeat business to them...

We moved into our house the 7th of June, Hot! All the windows rattled all the time, single panes, aluminum frames. Our 1st SRP electric bill was $388. A full month after window installation our bill dropped to $209. All installers were great. Cleaned up after install, including taking away the metal wrought iron we requested be removed from over the windows. Leo the owner has verified we are happy with our windows and sliding patio door. We prefer family owned and operated businesses. We highly recommend LJ Neal and sons. Definitely worth the cost.

It was a very pleasant experience from the sales to the installation. Dustin (sales) went above and beyond helping me move furniture and take down blinds. The installation crew was punctual, polite and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend.

Such a wonderful experience! The windows are beautiful and every step of the way was professional and well worth the price. In particular, the installers were such nice guys - professional, thorough, helpful, polite and super about cleaning up. A+ to all!

The customer service at this place is appalling. I had one broken Anderson window that I needed replaced. The guy who was supposed to come out to measure (Britt) never showed. When I called, he acted as if he didn't know who I was or that we had even had a conversation. He basically played dumb instead of owning up to the fact he made a mistake. We shared some words and he told me to get my window someplace else. The landscapers (they were paying for the window) called Lasting Impressions and Britt basically hung up on her. She (the person from the landscape company) filed a complaint with the BBB. Needless to say we got our window from R&K Building Supplies in Gilbert. The service was 1000% better.
