We were very satisfied with Desert King Windows from the estimate by Frank Johnson to the install by Christopher Garcia and Mikel. They covered all areas; installed new windows carefully and professionally; and cleaned up after the job was completed.

Ennis was my Sales Contact and he was Absolutely Great. He was out two times and I felt sorry for him; I live in an Adult Active Community and our HOA is very difficult, but Bless His Heart he helped me work through it and get the windows installed.
I Love Them, especially my Beautiful Picture Windows, they are Awesome.
In fact I had neighbors stop and call me letting me know how Great they looked.

I worked with Alex, who again was Great along with the rest of the crew.

Professionals that know what they are doing. Cannot say enough good things about how I was treated and the quality of work that was done. I will use them again.

I've used True view in the past and was relatively happy until today. Had a rock thrown through a tenants window and my first call was to them. Their service call fee was $495. I confirmed that was just the service call fee and not the glass install fee. She confirmed that was correct and that the technician would confirm the glass fee while on site. Their fees have become outrageous and I will be using other glass companies from now on.

I'm so happy I found Sunny State Glass! Dwayne was able to come to my house the same day to inspect why one of my windows was leaking. He gave me his expert advice and didn't try to upsell me on anything. It's so refreshing to find someone that is actually professional, honest and upfront these days!

These guys are the best. Called for an emergency patio window break and Dan came out and did his thing. Very professional and quick. Price was a tad bit above others but… for short notice same day quick professional service… I will gladly pay. The experience was well worth what I paid. Will definitely refer them to friends I have in construction as well as the property management teams I know. Thanks again guys. Happy customer here.

First let me say that I have absolutely no vested interest in this company and we have received no incentive of any kind (except quality service and a great price) to post a review for them. Yesterday we had our sliding glass door replaced by Vision Windows & Doors. The process began with Dave, the regional manager, coming to our home to measure, explain the product choices, and give us an estimate. After doing a little research on their door manufacturer (Anlin Window Systems) we found that their product is highly regarded, made in the U.S.A., and comparable (if not better) than the products offered by the premium window replacement companies. We were offered a VERY competitive price and were told that Vision would do a complete job in the installation of our new door, removal of the old builder quality door, and total clean up. We agreed, and gave them a deposit for the work. A few days later their installer, Kris arrived to take exact measurements for the replacement door.
After waiting just 3 weeks for the manufacture of the door Dave called to set up an installation appointment. Within a week Kris arrived and got to work. I must mention that he was very conscious of social distancing and was wearing a mask upon arrival. He was punctual, proficient, and extremely detail oriented. Working alone he completed the install in a few hours. Based on his measurements the new door fit so well that aside from the requisite bead of caulking around the edges there was absolutely no touch-up required to either our interior or exterior walls.
So- there were absolutely zero negatives using Vision for this project. They are personable, professional, and customer oriented. Their product is amazing- superior quality at a great price. We have already noticed a difference in the amount of heat radiating through the door (far less!) and the noise insulation is amazing as well. And the locking system, one of the primary factors that made us look for a replacement door, is superb. If you want to spend $10K on a replacement patio door then by all means go ahead and call Andersen or Pella. If you want quality work and a great product for a fraction of the cost then call Vision. You'll be glad you did.

I just had a project done replacing my windows around my house. To start, I have to say that I think Marvin Infinity windows are the best out there when it comes to durability/pricing (after reviewing basically every window on the market). I worked with Greg Johnson, and from start to finish...very through! First, he’s not your typical salesman as he’s more into building relationships through communication, and getting completed what’s most important to you on your project. Installation was great and Kenny made sure everything was done in timely manner, cleaned up and you could barely tell anyone had been there for a major upgrade. Nice to know if I need anything, I can always call on Greg or Kenny. I’m sure these windows will last me a lifetime, and I’ll be referring them over to family/friends. Nice work guys!!

Ashley came to my home this afternoon to review my window and sliding door needs.
She was very Informative about her company .
She also was very knowledgeable about the products that they sell. She gave me great information in regards to the window and the sliding doors showed me examples explained how their windows differed from other windows.
She also was very informative about their pricing structure and optional discounts and other savings.
I have gone ahead in purchased some products from this company.
At this point I would highly recommend talking to this company if you are looking for windows or doors

Great company to work with! Installers did a good job. However their caulking wasn’t that great, found some on the floor and countertops even though these areas were covered. They should be sure when dropping caulk they clean it up right away. Also some of the caulking is thick around the edges of the windows, shouldn’t be as it shows more and is unsightly.

The service tech was superb! Fixed our broken regulator. Only took 20 minutes. Price was less than our favorite mechanic. Best thing is he installed in our garage And I didn't have to have my car sitting in the mechanics parking lot with a window completely open. Thank you for offering a mobile service!! I would highly recommend!!!

My mom needed a new sliding patio door, and after contacting several companies, Freelite was the obvious choice. Every single person I had contact with at Freelite was friendly, helpful and went over and above. From Karen and Lorrie in the office, to Josh who did the estimate, to the installation team of Ivan, Tyler and Leo, each exceeded all expectations. Mom's door is beautiful and works perfectly after the team made sure every little detail was just perfect. If you need windows or doors, Freelite will not disappoint.

I ordered the sliding glass door on Feb 2nd. Was told 12-16 weeks, which was fine. Finally got a call for install at 18 weeks in mid June. They came and during installation, discovered that the glass doors delivered didn’t fit the frame, and they would have to “rush” a replacement order. They left several open gaps to the outside where 110+ degree Arizona heat could get inside. I had to call them 3 times to get an ETA for the replacement door panels that they mis-ordered, and am finally given an estimate of Aug 1. Then it moves to Aug 15. Installation finally scheduled, with a timing window of 12-2PM. At 2, I call and am told the driver is 40 minutes away. After 1.5 hours, I call back, and the driver tells me he thought I was in Mesa, and he’s now over an hour away. It has been one mistake after another with over 6 months time passing from order to final install, very poor communication, and no conveyed concern or sense of urgency or empathy to resolve my issue. I never write these, but simply could not let this one go without addressing. Do not use Window World of Phoenix.

I was pleased that I made the right choice when I chose Red Rock after several estimates. There estimate was affordable to my budget and exceeded my expectations. They kept their appointments and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I highly recommend their service, you won't be disappointed. Thanks to the crew at Red Rock!

Very great company to work with and would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for new windows!

My homebuilder uses them to install bathroom mirrors and accessories (towel rods, toilet paper holders, etc). They weren't able to install them prior to us closing on the home and it's been a nightmare getting them to come back. First time they came the master bath mirror was cut wrong so they couldn't install. One of the installation crew stole my neighbors dog that day and refused to admit it until he was told there was video evidence of it. He left to bring the dog back and then they haven't been back.. no showing 3 appointments (12-4pm windows) now with no apology or call to reschedule. I called to verify they were coming today and was told yes but again - no show. Save yourself a headache and avoid this company!

Our window replacement by Anderson was a great experience. Kyle Blackwell was our salesman and he really set the tone and pace of everything that followed. He explained everything and took the time to be sure we knew exactly what to expect. He was professional and knew the product. (And funny too) This company ensures they deliver what they promise by being meticulous and efficient. Their measurement and install crews keep the house clean and are very courteous. We were very impressed with everything. We LOVE our windows and doors. I highly recommend Renewal by Anderson!

My order was not what I expected. The two larger windows were not openable. The locksets were passage handles only. No locks. Doors were excellent but when all was delivered I was shocked that there was no installation. Had to get an independent contractor in to do that. Also got proper locks from Home Depot and we installed those ourselves. I prefer to work with local small businesses but things like this are making it difficult.
