Best New A/C in Phoenix AZ

We found a home in a great location and the backyard we dreamed about but it did not have a pool fence. My husband and I were new to the process but knew we wanted to increase the safety for our loved ones in our home and those who come to visit. I received several qoutes from quite a few fence company’s and found CLEAR CHOICE POOL FENCING to be the most personable, friendly, and knowledgeable as we decided what color, size and style of fence to go with that best suited our backyard and safety concerns. Everything has been guaranteed and they even worked around us the day we moved in so we didn’t have to stay one night without the fence up! I am so grateful for the help and patients while making this decision on top of the flexible and quick time frame everything happened. They were very accommodating and have stood behind their work. Jonathan and his crew did a fantastic job with the block wall around our home. Jonathan quickly acquired permits for the wall after we signed with him and started within 2 days of receiving the permit. Within 3 days of starting, the job was finished and looks amazing. The price is fair and the work is quality and done the right way.

Nice guys all around. Easy to deal with and very responsive. We've dealt with them three times-first time was a perimeter chainlink with barbed wire, second was a wrought iron fence, and most recently the repair of the original chainlink after it was heavily damaged in an accident. Each time has been a breeze to take care of-nothing to worry about during the entire process. This time, we had damage on Sunday and after estimates and quotes, they were out by Thursday (right before a holiday weekend) repairing it. Quality work and we've always had quick turnaround. Highly recommended.

Had a wrought iron pool fence that needed repairs to both some of the posts and the fence panels after many years, plus a couple of RV gates with broken hinges. Communication with the office was clear, and they gave accurate arrival times for both the estimate and performing the work.

Job was done as promised, and the work is excellent! Would definitely use Gate Repairs and More again.

Great company. Rudy was our salesman and he knows his stuff. They promised me a date and were able to keep it with no problem. I expected the job to take a couple of days, they finished in one day and everything worked perfect. I am very please with this company and their quality of service.

As an an out of town rental owner, it's hard to find a company that you can trust from hundreds of miles away. I was able to find Security Garage Door on the internet and was able to connect them with my property manager Top Property Shop out of Glendale. I spoke with Charlie from the Security Garage Door office, and was able to have someone come out and check a rusted fence within a day. Since I had prospective tenants looking at my property the following week, they were able to get in-and out quickly and were able to scheduled the work right away. I'd recommend Security Garage Door to anyone who needs Garage Door Repair or even fence repair.

Very disappointed 0 stars! I spoke to Juan personally on Monday he stated he would stop by the afternoon to give me a quote. He Never showed up. I decided to give him till Wednesday still no call no show. By Wednesday evening I texted again asking if he was still going to give me a quote. No call back, no text nothing. Very dissatisfied with the customer service. I'm definitely happy I didn't decide to contract the company. If this is the way they treat their customers I couldn't handle the no communication. Now I understand the other person rating them so poorly.
FYI: I understand the shortage on personal and material. My issue is the no call back, no quote no information.

Unfortunately the issues began literally from the start. When the gentleman came out the last week of September 2019 to take measurements and give us a quote, we were impressed and real excited to be doing business with Ironman. That excitement quickly diminished.
We were told the fence would be completed in 4 to 6 weeks, and someone would be calling to collect a deposit and schedule the work. No one called !!! I had to reach out, asking to put a deposit down and confirm scheduling. Of course the deposit was taken but apparently noone knew. We later received a call asking for the deposit. I informed Ironman that the deposit was infact made then asked about the start date. We were told we would receive a call back with a scheduled start date. Nope...never happened
Yep, you guessed it, I had to again call Ironman company AGAIN about the start date. We are now told ot wont be for another 6 to 7 weeks, if were Lucky because everyone is busy. I debated about the timing but what could we do. She said some one will call and confirm..heard that line before....
We finally get a call with a schedule date of early November, we said okay. A 2 man crew came out, the guy debated with me on the Placement of the fence. A few minutes later he realized we were correct.  They dug holes, fence parts off the truck and realized they had the wrong screws and left, saying a word. The only way we found out was, yep, by calling Ironman..again. The scheduler said they would be back the next day, which they weren't, and from there we got the following excuses and delays; Not enough butterflies, there weren't enough caps, there weren't the right screws, there wasnt enough screws, having to wait for parts to come in from vendor, waiting on the vendor...
The project was literally piece mealed together and finally completed with the placement of the final caps for the fence on December 19th 2019. And now, after all of that, Ironman had the odasity to promptly send us a bill for the remaining balance in December 20th 2019. We were discounted a little over a hundred and thirty dollars for all the inconveniences caused by the crazy fiasco.
After several hit and miss ccommunications between Ironman and us, Ironman took it upon themselves to attempt to run our credit card that was used back in September for the downpayment and make an UNAUTHORIZED and FRAUDLANT transaction. When asked why they simply said, well, it didnt go through.
When I checked our CC account, there were 5 attempts made .Highly illegal !!!
BBB has been notified....
Beware shoppers, I would think twice about doing business with this company...ever.
Sadly we were referred to Ironman by a friend...they let us down, our friend down, their customers down. So, this is the long way around in saying I would never send a referral to Ironman....

This will be a biased review seeing in how I am employed here and with that being said this company strives to be the best. The employees and the clients are treated as family as well as friends. I have been in the industry since the mid 90s and this is where I will retire. These boys are one of the best contractors i have ever dealt with. Great workmanship, on all the projects they've done so far. Price are fair market value these days too. Me and my wife will call them soon for some other work we need done.

This company was very quick to respond to my residential inquiry and was happy to provide a quote. Once the details and price was verified, Block Fence of Phoenix offered their services within a few weeks and came out to my home for a more detailed measurement, in the middle of the summer. My block wall was finished in two days, and 3 fences were installed 3 days later. Their work was very professional looking and even had my neighbors coming over to ask who did the construction.
